My husband and I went on a Saturday night and the place was not busy. Very chill and relax vibes. The service was amazIng. There was only one waitress working as the host, waitress, bus boy and cashier. She let us sit anywhere. She did everything and was super friendly and attentive. Although she was the only one w9rking, she kept our waters fills and bought us extra napkins without we having to ask. I ordered the house pho and I can honestly say it's the best pho I had in the Arden area. The broth was clear, flavorful and light. The meat was well seasoned, soft and perfectly cook. The meat was literally falling off the bone. This is now my to go pho place in Arden area.

I've been to this restaurant once and have been dreaming of going back! My friend brought me here after trying it a few times and I'm so glad she introduced me to a new spot I can go back to. There's tons of options to choose from. The fulton house pho is so incredible, the broth is rich without tasting greasy, the meat is tender and filling, and the portion is huge. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean, and parking is easy.

I happened to be near the Arden area and was looking for some soup for the rainy whether that's been happening recently and stumbled upon Fulton Pho. My immediate reaction to seeing a beef rib was that I HAD to try it so I ordered it along with some egg rolls and fish balls. As the service felt very homey and comforting I felt as if the Pho broth was sort of lacking in flavor as well as the meats. I found myself needing to use sriracha & hoisin sauce for some flavor. The egg rolls and fishballs were really nice with the sweet & sour sauce. Other than that I really enjoyed my first time experience here!

4.5 Stars to Fulton Pho! This spot is still super yummy, with the egg rolls still being as delicious as they were 1 year ago. The pho portions are still excellent with lots of meat to noodles to broth. Ordered all the same items as before, except I got brisket & flank instead of meatballs. We also got a side of chicken wings. 4.5 instead of 5 stars this time as I felt the broth didn't have the same depth as before. Still my preferred local pho spot!

I always preface Vietnamese food reviews with "credibility." I travel all over the US and international. I've visited Vietnam several times. I love the food. I love the culture. This place is Pho-King awesome. I ordered the Dac Biet Pho, Smoked Brisket Banh Mi and Cafe Su Da. The broth in the Pho was delicious, nice a rich aromatics, collagen floating around on top. I added a small amount of lime and chili oil to my liking. 10/10 for me. Pho doesn't get much more authentic than this stateside. Smoked brisket Banh mi was tasty, I can understand why people like it. I prefer the traditional Dac Biet, but I wanted to try something different. I enjoyed it, 9/10. Cafe Su Da was flavorful and strong. The owner is very nice lady, I spoke with her and shared my appreciation for the food. Very humble and has a great business. Some pho spots can appear dirty, not this place. The dining area was spotless, the kitchen was clean and free of clutter. Go get some Pho-king awesome Pho in Fulton! I hope this review was helpful

In a nutshell; decent pho place, ok amount of food items to choose from. Isnt the most outstanding local pho place ive tried but still a welcome experience to try out. Was seated easily, server was nice and food didnt take too long get to our table. The establishment is rather simple and nothing too flashy. Theres a good amount of parking out and shouldn't be too much of An issue even in busy times. Overall I wouldn't mind trying the place out again If im in the area.

Breaking news: Local Man Encounters Smoked Brisket Bánh Mì at Fulton Pho Restaurant, Survives In an unexpected twist at a neighborhood simple decor no-frills pho spot, a lone diner discovered a smoked brisket bánh mì on the menu last Friday afternoon. Reports confirm the staff for being warm and welcoming and the baguette was "crispy on the outside, soft on the inside," while the brisket, described as tender and garlicky, held its own. Eyewitnesses say the sandwich was "tasty, satisfying, and definitely worth eating," though early statements indicate it fell short of being a transformative life event. Authorities advise locals: don't expect enlightenment, but do expect a pretty good lunch.

Husband and I both got the house pho. The broth was pretty good. However, the rice noodles weren't as soft. It came in a small size bowl compared to most pho restaurants that I've been too but the portion was a lot. We both couldn't finish it lol. I think next time we'll just share. The ribs were pretty tender but there's no flavor on the meat. Ribs were plain. Great service though. I love the signature wall. Thought it was cool. We also ordered the combo banh mi to go. The sandwich was okay.

5/5 we really enjoyed the pho broth & meats. It will be our pho spot whenever we're in the area.

Great pho that's also approved by my traditional viet grandma and aunties you can tell the ingredients are fresh, prepared daily and served in generous portions. I got the Pho 1 with everything in it and the banh mi thit heo nuong, highly recommend both! Plenty of parking and fast service.

Sometimes you just want a simple and good bowl of pho. Fulton Pho came through in the clutch for some hearty pho. Smaller restaurant but has plenty of seating for small groups. The pho came out piping hot. P4 is a custom pho where you can choose up to 4 proteins. The broth was clean but a little salty at the end. Great portions! They have 5 different TVs playing different things. Service was good. Small parking lot. Prices are reasonable.

I wish I had known about this place sooner! A great hole in the wall off of Fulton Ave. I ordered the honeydew melon milk tea and the large custom pho with ribeye, flank, fatty brisket, and well done brisket. The honeydew melon milk tea was so good that I actually said "oh wow" out loud. The pho broth was delicious and not fatty at all. It was extremely hot so my noodles got a little bit chewy since I had to wait for everything to cool down so I could eat, but I didn't mind at all. The waitstaff was very friendly and checked in on me a few times while eating. It was really nice to sit and eat by myself while soothing music played on the restaurant speakers. I will definitely be visiting again to try some of their other menu items.

E9. Fatty Scallion - basically, green onions in oil.

Service was a 10 but the food overall was not the best. The noodles were not blanched or even out in water beforehand so they were rather tough. I would not be going back.

The woman at the front who took my order was very nice. I've dined in before and the tables are fully set up with all the necessary condiments, but today I just needed to get home and hope the food could do its thing. I ordered the pho gai, which is lighter and cleaner than the typical Vietnamese beef pho. The broth has a slightly fermented, deeply umami flavor, probably from fish sauce, along with lemongrass, chicken broth, chicken breast, and ginger. Perfect when you're stuck with a cold. It was packaged really well with chili oil, jalapeños, celery, lime, and the noodles on the side. There isn't a ton of chicken if you're looking for high protein, but I didn't care. It was so good and soothing. Nothing like sweating over a bowl of herbal soup while sick. I also ordered the Lao sausage, which has a great blend of aromatics, especially lemongrass. It comes with a sauce I'm not totally familiar with, but it's bright and limey, likely fish-sauce based, with something like charred pepper or tomato that almost reminds me of a Mexican salsa. So good. This place is awesome. I've only ever gotten soups here, but I definitely need to branch out and try more of the menu. Prices are very fair too. The soup alone was just under 1.5 liters so great bang for your buck.

Sometimes this spells out trouble because I want to order the whole menu instead of a sensible amount of food. It was a lot of food, but I've learned House of Thai Rice & Noodle is best enjoyed family style where you get to enjoy a few things. The pricing is very reasonable for the portions and the flavor on the dishes is so good! I don't know what they do with their Chow Fun, but the noodles were so flavorful, soft and fluffy and didn't need any extra sauce. The Tom Kha soup is a comfort food for me and this is always a great option. I forgot to order rice with my curry, but eating it like a soup is equally satisfying. The Kao Soy was flavorful and the noodles were great with the broth and toppings. I've dined in and gotten take out and both are great experiences. The team here is so friendly and welcoming. I've tried a lot of spots around here since I work nearby, and this has been on my list for a while because of how highly it's regarded. It was busy at lunchtime, but we were seated immediately and brought iced waters. The menu is huge with a lot of great classic options. We ordered the angel wings (personal favorite), pad see ew with fried tofu, and red curry with fried tofu and rice. Everything came out very quickly and was nicely plated. The curry had a great mix of vegetables, always love the tender eggplant the most, and it was rich, but not overly heavy, with great flavor. The pad see ew was also delicious, smokey, and had a nice mix of cabbage and broccoli, which I've never seen before but actually really liked. It was nice getting something other than just straight noodles. Angel wings are a longtime favorite and brought me right back to childhood dinners at Thai restaurants with my family. Not every spot has them, so I had to order them when I saw them on the menu. They were delicious, just how I remembered, and plated nicely with a light, flavorful sauce. The food overall was excellent and service was attentive. My only note is I should've asked for spice. I think they assumed we didn't want any heat, which is probably typical for most people, but I definitely prefer some spice in my Thai food and I appreciate when they ask. We were also two people at a six-person table since that's all that was available, so felt a little bad about that. Toward the end, they sat a single diner with us, which was a bit awkward to be honest, but luckily we were finishing up. Overall really good experience. Just remember to ask for spice if you want it, and maybe consider takeout if it's busy and don't want to share a table.

It Does Exactly What It's Supposed to Do -- And That's Why I Like It…read more Noodles & Company has always been one of those places I enjoy going to, and this location held up to that expectation. It was clean, and the food tasted just like I remember. Now let's be clear -- this is not where you go for a gourmet meal. But when you've got a craving for spaghetti or pan noodles, it absolutely gets the job done. The reason I give it 4 stars isn't because it's the best food you'll ever have -- it's because it's one of the best at what it does. And sometimes that consistency matters more than anything else. Now, let me talk about one of my favorite little treats -- the Rice Krispy treats. These take me right back to childhood. They're made fresh daily, so you're not getting something that's been sitting around. My daughter used to work at a Noodles & Company, and I still remember her bringing one home for me after her shift. That alone makes it a win in my book. Service here is a little different -- no traditional wait staff -- but it works. You order, sit down, and they bring your food out. When staff comes by, they check in to see if you need anything -- utensils, seasonings, or just a quick question answered. It's simple and efficient. I also appreciate that this is a place where young people can get their first job experience. So if things aren't perfect, give them a little grace -- they're learning. And from what I've seen, they're friendly and trying to do it right. If you're looking for something familiar, consistent, and satisfying, this is a solid choice.

I decided to order the black garlic ramen. I also ordered extra broth and extra noodles, which I usually do when I order ramen from a restaurant. However, the extra broth was $6.50, and the extra noodles were $4.50. The price for the extra noodles seemed ok, but $6.50 for extra broth?? Yikes. But, like I said, I was celebrating and hungry, so I bit the bullet. The soup came out fast, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I honestly didn't think the soup was going to be as good as it was. The broth was smooth, creamy, and the garlic flavor didn't overpower it. Also, they did a good job with the egg. The yolk inside was gooey, but not runny. It might seem like something slight, but I get kinda annoyed when ramen places just basically throw a hard boiled egg into the soup. That's not how it's done. This place did it right. One thing that was kinda of weird was that my extra soup and noodles came out in a seperate bowl from my main order. I was under the impression that my extras would be put into one bowl, to make a bigger bowl of ramen. It wasn't a big deal, but it seemed unnecessary to have to keep adding my extra noodles and broth to the main bowl. So overall, I think 4.5 stars would be an accurate rating for this place. It was clean, had good service, and the ramen itself was really good, not to mention that they did a good job with the egg. I only took off half a star for the steep price on the extra broth, and having to keep transferring the extras to the main bowl. With the tip, I ended up spending about $33. Yea, it was a little steep, but sometimes you have to treat yourself. Its definitely worth a try.
