I went for an event and it was a really nice turn out. The staff was super nice. Their selection of beer and NA drinks was great! We also were starving so we ordered so much food!! Roasted pork tacos, chorizo tacos, and chipotle ranch chicken tacos, and smoked brisket mac and cheese. My favorites were the roasted pork tacos and the chipotle ranch chicken tacos. My boyfriend's favorite were the chorizo, but I thought they were a little too greasy. The Mac and cheese was good but it's hard to impress me with Mac and cheese. For beer I tried the IPA 300 Mango, which was really good!! Also loved the Finnegans Blood Orange. Boyfriend loved the Narc drinks. And we both decided the hop water here is incredible!' We caught an Irish band playing here live around St Patty's day, and boy was that fun. The outdoor patio is great, and it's near the Twins Target Field. The interior is also spacious. I appreciated how they had some decent food offerings to pair with the beer. read more

I like this brewery. The 2 beers I had were quite good and they have cbd infused Seltzer, interesting. They also have food, but I didn't get a chance to try it. I came here on a Tuesday night, which I learned is trivia night, so the place was pretty packed. I found a seat at the end 9f the bar. Both bartenders were great. Oh, and you want to ask where the restrooms are because they are hidden. I found out when I went to where I thought the restrooms would be, there are offices there. LOL. This is such a great brewery for the location and the games that they offer! It's a place that our whole family looks forward to going to. Honestly their beers aren't always my favorite, but they do have some good offering. The narc THC drink is great if you like that. We stopped by on a Saturday and they were busy. There was a derby of some kind going on with lots of cheering. We had no trouble ordering and they told us we could order as many small beers as we could carry when we asked about flights. That gave us a laugh but I really liked the option of the smaller glasses. There was a game on and as we sat and watched they just got busier. We chatted with some friendly people and it was a really nice time. There was food you could order which looked good but we had already eaten. We had such a fun tailgate at Fulton before the Drake vs. SDSU game at Target Field! You can often find paid street parking nearby, and it's a great spot to go before a baseball game with its close proximity. I hadn't been here in a while, and was pleasantly surprised with the space inside! A large bar with three folks serving drinks, a lovely outdoor patio with tons of seating, plenty more seating inside, and a cozy back area with booths. There are some pinball games and other fun additions that make this a great place to meet friends. I especially appreciate the wide variety of seltzer drinks they offer! As a gluten free gal, I'm always wary of meeting up at breweries since I'm not always sure they'll have something I can drink. I loved the variety of flavors they offered, and opted for the tiki drink (higher ABV than the others)! It was packed when we were there for the tailgate, so my only knock would be that the small number of women's bathrooms made for quite a line. But otherwise, great service and drinks! read more

This was our last stop on the 2022 pub pass tour. We were headed there before a Timberwolves game. Our plan was to park there, have a beer and snack, then get back in the car and park nearer to the stadium. Traffic was awful, so we parked in our regular spot and hiked the mile to the brewery. You can take the skyway from LaSalle parking to about 3 blocks from the brewery so it worked out well. I got the Snow Emergency stout which seemed appropriate given the weather and traffic. I also had the pork street tacos on corn tortillas which were very good. You get three tacos but no sides so I suggest you also order some chips and salsa to share. All were good. The walk to Target Center was easy and the Wolves won so great night. read more

A much loved brewery I'm too cheap to pay to park for so I tend to only pop in on holidays. Side note: if you use Facebook for hours; there's a Fulton Taproom page.... you'd assume you'd use for info? Don't it's not monitored so not updated. Use the Fulton Beer page for all the tap room goings on. I haven't ate here more than the chicken tacos once. Not that they were bad... they were some of the best tacos I've ever had! The beer here is great. What could be superior to great beer? The pretty outstanding friendly and knowledgable staff! Funner? Definitely peruse peruse the kitchy vending machine!! Need fun socks? It has them. Need a fun little something to hand out to friends to let them know you're out of ..."cares" to give? Has the perfect token! The tap room is spacious and never lacking in friendly patrons that let a beery stranger like me chat them up. Fulton merch is on display and easy to peruse. I need to get my priorities right and realize the fun and deliciousness that I am guaranteed to have at Fulton is worth the couple of $s I'd spend on parking. Albeit parking isn't free, it is close. Not to mention once you park you can easily bop around to five nearby breweries. Modern brewery in the middle of town that had plenty of people inside on a Wednesday night. Despite many of the tables being taken, there were still seats at the substantially sized bar in the back. Giant draft list up top sorted by style, which also includes hard seltzer if that's your thing. Tried the "Hop Kingdom 300" ($7) first - fantastic full flavored hoppy ale with a crisp finish. Very simple and hard hitting IPA overall. Followed this with the "Coffin Dodger" ($7) - a dark lager that has a burnt finish. Not as good as the first beer, though alright to slowly drink. Bartenders weren't swamped for the nights so it was easy to order. Seems like there is a small food menu here as well if needing bites. read more

Went to Fulton Brewery for their Mini Holidazzle! I had the blueberry Fulton Narc (sparkling THC water) which was good. We also had nachos, a walking taco, and pulled chicken sliders. Everything was good except for the pulled chicken sliders, I would not reccomend them, we should have gotten the pulled pork sliders. The ambiance of Fulton was fun! read more

Try all the flavors and you'll fall in love with light beers (ditch the doors or bud light especially) after drinking blondes at FULTON. The food is good food for drinking. My girlfriend and I stopped in here before a show at the Fillmore, and we were pleasantly surprised to see that was a great idea--Fulton does a deal where, if you show them your tickets to a show at the Fillmore that night, you get $1 off each beer you purchase. We had no idea going into the brewery that was a thing, so that was a nice little revelation, and they apparently do it for every show at the Fillmore (a shrewd marketing tactic if you ask me, especially with how close it is to the venue). After we got our beers, we each ordered a meal. My girlfriend got a BLT sandwich with some coleslaw, and I got a Chicago-style hot dog with chips for the side. The hot dog was delicious, and I wouldn't consider myself someone who gets hot dogs a lot when we go out, but the description was just too good. It was loaded with creamy cheese sauce, bacon bits, and green onions, and it was the perfect pre-concert food to get my stomach ready for some beers at the Fillmore. (This was also back in August when we went--looking at the menu now online in December, it looks like the food has completely changed, so that says to me the kitchen is dynamic and the menu is pretty fluid, and the options they have now look just as amazing as the ones they had back in August). So, if you're looking for a place to grab an actual bite and not just bar food, this place is perfect for that. Another great aspect of this brewery is the space itself--there is a very large indoor area with many smaller and larger tables, and there's a big outdoor patio that is perfect to sit at in the summer when it's not too hot. We started on the patio, felt the sweat starting to form on us from the hot August sun, and headed inside to finish our meal and beers. The patio overlooks 6th Avenue and the Fillmore across the street, and it would be a perfect place to hang out with your friends on a cooler summer or autumn night. There's also a street entrance directly to the patio, so that's always nice as well. The beer was solid--we got one pint of the Chill City Chugger Shandy, which is basically their flagship beer with a bit of lemonade in it, and a pint of the Star Tribune Extra Extra!, a decent pale ale. Both went down very well with the food, and neither of them were heavy, something we appreciated for the summer season and the hot weather. They also had a 6-pack of their non-alcoholic beer, which I picked up for home (I try to not drink as much at home compared to when we go out, and NA beer is an easy way to practice that mantra), and, for an NA beer, it was a pretty good brew. When I'm in town next, I'll be picking up another 6-pack to put in the fridge next to the usual Athletic cans. And finally, the staff--staff is what can make or break a place and your experience with it, and the staff here were awesome. They were knowledgeable, funny, and personable, and they were helpful when we were trying to figure out what to order with their suggestions. The people who came around and cleaned up the tap room stopped and spoke with us several times as we ate our meal, and all of them had laid back attitudes and were super polite. I felt extremely welcome at the brewery, and kudos to Fulton for hiring such awesome workers. Make sure you tip them well when you visit! read more

The mainstay is the Sweet Child of Vine and a close second is the more potent "300" which is delicious and packs a boozy punch. The Hazy was very average (pictured). Fulton's makes the best Minnesota beers I've tasted in my quest to taste as many as I can, which explains why they are so busy. However, if you go pre-game, if you want a beer, get there 2 hours early or be prepared to do a lot of standing in line. This place would be 5 stars if they could figure out a way to serve the crowd they know they are going to get on game days. Also, there is no happy hour on game days - their website needs an update on that little point, or you might be deceived into thinking they have deals they don't really have. We ordered from the "game day" menu - tacos and nachos - and both were excellent, not only the best MN beer but also the best brewery food I've experienced. Deserves five stars, easily, except that we couldn't get served a second beer because the line at the bar was out the door and not moving. read more

Tried Fulton brewery yesterday for the first time. Very disappointing all the way around. #1 only one size beers and a bit high priced compared to other nearby breweries. I like the option of a tulip or a pint. #2 Bartenders have NO personality at all, no small talk, all business, "what do you want?" #3 Ordered the bavarian pretzel, arrived burned, great tasting cheese/mustard dipping sauce, but still could not cover the burned taste of the one end of it, $7.00 is too much to pay for a burned pretzel and as it was delivered I said yuk, its burned and was told that's how they are. No way, I have ordered pretzels at many other breweries and never had it burned. Stopped at Modist Brewery right up the hill, delicious beer, packed everyone was having a good time unlike the 6 people down at Fulton. Now I know why they had only 3 full tables and Modist had no open seating left. We won't be back. read more

Minneapolis beer drinking for the hipsters. Food trucks included. The IPAs and stouts are delicious. For some reason, they don't offer a tasting flight, but they let me sample as much as I wanted. Strong, bright, and hoppy IPAs and fun taproom in downtown Minneapolis. Meatloaf burger with chips and pickled vegetables made for a tasty dinner. Taproom is a bit loud and often busy during event days for sports in the city. Expect to see a huge blackboard of beer options, most of them leaning into hops bitterness. Hopstar is a superb session IPA with hints of juiciness to mellow out the dank hops. Lonely Blonde is a popular light ale with a sincere nod to German wheat tone. Double Dry-Hopped 300 IPA is a fine, citrus hops-leaning IPA that still has a hint of malt sweet back there. read more
