Came to Inbound for the first time for a lord of the rings themed event and it was so so fun! I had no idea what to expect but they did a great job of engaging with the community by having a costume contest, bringing in various vendors, and having a band play live music. They also had LOTR themed drink items which was super fun. Their menu is vast with lots of different alcoholic options besides beer as well as some N/A options. They also had a food truck parked outside which was really nice. There is mostly street parking nearby so be prepared to parallel park but we had no problems finding a spot despite it being a busy event and a twins game happening the same day! Definitely worth checking out for good vibes. read more

What a cool place. The decor is light wood, long beams, and some very interesting tables. The bar has seating on all sides. There is also an upstairs arcade and a stage. So before I talk about the individual beers, overall the beers here were the best in Minneapolis. That is in my limited experience. If you are in Minneapolis and could only make one stop for craft beer, I would recommend Inbound Brew Co. The BEER: Old Tricks amber Lager 4.9% ABV... full bodied in flavor and ABV will not cripple you, totally crushable all day Lager Ghoul's Drool American red ale 6.6% ABV... I got ripe fruit and Molasses, weird, but good. Maybe some prunes, almost has a Barleywine flavor. Raspberry Jam Bam blonde ale 5.4% ABV... deceptively light at 5.4%. Has the Raspberry perfume flavor. It was okay. Fruit of the loop west coast IPA 6.4% ABV... lower in IBUs for a West coast. I really liked this a lot. I got pineapple. Some unique flavors. Hazy Shades Hazy NEIPA 6.9% ABV... this is super good, caught some clove like a Belgian, in an IPA for me this was next level good. This is FIRE, a super star. Aviator Hazy Pale Ale 5% ABV... fruity West coast hoppy, smooth finish and slightly sweet Juicin' Voorhees DIPA 8.1% ABV... YES... so juicy, so delicious and crushable, but only if you don't have to work the next day. Potions Hazy IPA 7% ABV... Juicy, smooth, resin, light hops. Very good. read more

Inbound BrewCo was a brewery that was on my list for a long time. It's always so satisfying when one of these breweries gets to be tried out by us. We had Movin' to the Country which was a peach beer and I can say with some confidence that they are referencing the song "Peaches" from Presidents of the United States of America. This beer was good and of course obviously sweet as peaches are very much so. But not too sweet. It was a fairly well balanced beer. This beer is also creamy and smooth as well as light bodied and crushable. Good beer and a fun one to drink! read more

I came here due to an event that was being hosted here (Pitch-A-Friend). Being in the North Loop area, parking here can be incredibly challenging especially when there are sporting events nearby. I thankfully took an Uber but some friends who drove separately couldn't find parking without paying for a meter or an open lot. Even so, they had to park 3 blocks away and walk over. The space of the brew hall is fairly large with lots of seating, but the biggest appeal would be the pinball machines that they have (need quarters to play). I went ahead and tried a flight of beers but wasn't impressed on how they presented it. The taste of the beers were okay, but none of them exceeded my expectations. The overall service was fine, but as I was people watching, I could tell some patrons had to almost work their way up to the bar to get a bartenders attention due to the overcrowded bar stools. They do not have food on site but rely on a rotation of food trucks. read more

Oh my goodness! There are so many breweries in the North Loop all of a sudden! I had no idea this spot existed! Lucky for me Get Knit hosted their ticket purchasing party for Rails and Ales 2023 here on a Thursday night. It has an overly industrial vibe. The bar stools were not overly comfy, but I was only there for one beer and made do. When we come back for the train tour I am going to grab a low table to sit at. The lady barkeep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful steering me towards what I was looking for. A fruity sour or similar to try. I make it in here w friends a couple times a year....usually a holiday when it's free parking. Made me chuckle when ordering a beer the beertender asked "you come here often?" I giggled and replied "no, I'm cheap, only on holidays". The beer is always good and the staff friendly. I like the bright tap room. Parking is usually pretty easy. You can usually find a few well behaved dogs inside. I like that the brew house is right behind the tap wall. On Memorial Day or Independence Day they've been known to do tap beer deals if you wear red, white or blue. Despite my visits being infrequent the consistency is always spot on.... delicious beers poured by friendly beertenders that I tend to chat up. They have a nice, small selection of merch. Bonus.. Sometimes you are just in the mood for a beer. Frankly, this doesn't happen to me often, but yesterday was one of those times. I used Google Maps to find somewhere close to where we were and was directed to Inbound Brew, which is near the Warehouse District. This is a really bright and inviting place if you are in the neighborhood. According to the website, they have 30 craft beer tap lines, but I'm not sure if it's a rotation or all are available all the time. I had a Laser Loon, which is a light Pilsner. It was easy to drink, cold, and refreshing. The other light beers were a bit out there, including a peanut butter honey blonde, raspberry blonde ale, and apricot pale ale. They also had "hop forward" and dark beers, so there is something for everyone. My wife had the (seasonal) grasshopper slushy with hard seltzer, which is a better tasting Shamrock Shake. This could be addictive. I'm not sure if it was alcoholic, but since it has "hard seltzer" I imagine it is. I really loved the decor. The tables and benches are made from huge pieces of wood and it's just a very inviting, relaxing vibe. The whole front of the restaurant was open-air and it felt great in this unseasonably warm weather. The bartender was super friendly. They offer some packaged snacks like pretzels, but they had the same appeal as what Delta airlines offers mid-flight. However, the menu did say that food trucks are frequently present (but not when we were there). On street (pay) parking was easy to find. I recommend checking this place out as another small craft brewery. read more

Solid place! They have a slushee seltzer that was really good, the bartender said they change it out weekly I think. The space inside was light and had the classic north loop 'industrial' feel. I like that they've got a little bit of outdoor seating, and it was a nice day out so they had these huge windows open too. Solid drinks, would probably come back! read more

We found this brewery just by driving past it. We decided to stop in because the atmosphere looked nice with a very open concept and open garage door to enjoy the nice summer evening breeze. I was here from out of town for a baseball game. Came to Inbound for a afterwards for a drink. The bartenders skip us multiple time to serve others. Finally, served us after everyone else was taken care of. When I went to order another, the bartenders were drinking and talking with others, completely ignoring that I was at the bar. Very cool place! There is a wide variety of seating options and there is great lighting because they have huge garage doors they can open when its nice out. I had a fruity ale that was delicious and in the summer they also have tasty alcoholic slushies. The bartender was attentive but not intrusive and I hope to come back sometime. read more

We had an amazing experience at this brewery and all the beers were super good. The bartender hadn't worked there for a super long time was so positive about the company and how they work alongside other local brewers. There was a lot of room to hold a plethora of people. BLUEBERRY LEMONADE FRUITED SOUR 5% - this was lighter for a sour , and I didn't get blueberry at all , but it was an easy sipper . TO BE CONTINUED... WILD BERRY FRUITED SOUR 5%- this one tastes exactly like a fruit punch and easy to drink . I really enjoyed all the fruit flavors it gave . FARM PARTY SAISON 5.4%- this was most like a sour like I'm used to . Very carbonated and bitter . Get lots of clove taste and makes your mouth pucker a bit like I like . Lastly - RASPBERRU JAM BAM RASPBERRU BLONDE ALE 5.4%- I loved this ale the raspberry was so beautiful and this was light beer . I would recommend this one to anyone who is a light beer drinker . Started off with the "Celly" Pilsener ($6) - a very light bodied but crisp beer. Not very bitter and would go great with a meal. Next, had the "ok thx" IPA ($7) - a multi hop ale with a lingering aftertaste. Nice to sip on for the end of the night. Didn't have the snacks here, but they do have the option. older male bartender is extremely racist - have experienced this several times with this specific bartender. asked me to leave because of my dogs breed... he was sitting quietly under the chair not doing anything as I was chatting with a new friend at the bar. I was not even there an hour and barely touched the only drink I was served there. he accused me of having a "weapon" (I certainly don't, I am a small girl... i did have a small puppy though) & said he was going to call the cops, which I encouraged at that point as I have family in law enforcement and I had legitimately done nothing wrong. it was such an absolute joke. they later asked my new friend, who also happens to be a POC, to leave shortly after because he stuck up for me saying I did nothing wrong. this is beyond offensive and I will be requesting to speak to the general manager and/or owner asap. I also encourage the manager to check their cameras and ask witnesses that were present. my friends and I have been regulars at this bullshit establishment - ive spent too much of my hard earned money there just to be disrespected and discriminated against. PS. there is not a single worker there who is of color - please diversify your staff while you're at it. I'm sick of older white males pulling this shit off because they think they can. I will be spreading the word of my experience on social media and to my other friends, neighbors, and colleagues that would frequent this racist establishment. read more

I love that I can go there for live music, trivia, to play board games from their selection, or to just hang out. They have long picnic style seating, and I've never felt like it was too packed to be able to sit or get a drink. We come here all the time for the apricot ale but just recently learned about the MN Wild Rice beer they make when we did a brewery tour and it's our new favorite. Highly recommend stopping in here if you're a beer lover - tons too choose from and always a food truck outside or options to bring your own snacks! Attended this brewery for my first time as an event. Prior to this I had always intended to visit but never made the time due to its location. It is nestled near target Field and really truly is a beautiful industrial style brewery. I had a friend that rented out the entire space for the wedding. The beer selection was good in my opinion. The brewery doesn't seem to stock too many IPA style beers and also not heavy in the stout section either. I feel there is a good middle ground.I opted to try their PB milk stout which does contain nuts as far as the brewing process goes so it is not recommended for somebody that has a peanut butter allergy or nut allergy. It had a low IBU I thought in comparison to other dark beers in the same category thus making it less bitter than their Russian imperial. I honestly cannot comment on the pricing because, the wedding rented out the space and had an open bar. I can say that the pricing for that is wrapped in the pricing of renting the venue out and i thought that was really convenient. As far as the ambiance goes, it was a good combination between open and rustic with a splash of industrial because the windows were Floor to ceiling and you could see all of the piping in facility. I thought there was enough seating although picnic style it allowed for people to mingle with one another. I also really enjoy the way that their bar was set up. It's location took up a large section of the back wall which made it easy for the lines to move quickly when ordering beer. The location of the bar still was not in the way of comfortable seating and movement. All in all being that it's a "classy" brewery and not your typical grunge pub style brewery I had to give it four stars. That is encompassing how well their staff handled the wedding party, politeness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility and overall beer menu. I can't wait to visit again very soon. read more

I came here solo for an I AM Sarah Edwards and Hands On Twin Cities event tonight and was pleasantly surprised! The space is open and fresh, inviting, and fun. There's an upper deck area with some seating but most of the seating is on the main floor in cafeteria-style long tables with benches. There's an area for live music in front of the upper deck area. Really cool! The decor is what I'd describe as "urban cabin." Cozy, woodsy, and inviting. When I first came in, I was greeted by a tiny Burmese mountain dog puppy! I love how dog friendly Inbound is. There were at least 5 dogs total there tonight. I ordered from the food truck that was outside tonight to bring dinner home for my boyfriend -- SO good. Don Oishi Kitchen was the truck, we got the chicken and beef rice bowls and pork gyoza. Can't wait to run into their truck again! I also took a beer from their "to-go" fridge. Love the range of options, I forgot to take a picture of it. I got a can/pint of the Fruit of the Loop (cute name), which I didn't realize until after I got home was an IPA. I wouldn't normally pick an IPA to drink but it was tasty! The can was also fun, bigger than my phone and hefty overall. I'm looking forward to coming back for a date night sometime! read more

Really great place to relax and chill with friends. I was recently here after a twins game and really enjoyed the space. Lots of light and very clean. Fun wood tables and seats all over to hold a large group. I don't drink much so I had the grapefruit soda that is made in house. It was fabulous. They also have free ice water and allow pets! The beer drinkers in our group really liked what they had and there were no complaints from anyone. Easy access to the freeways and inexpensive parking. I will be back again for a fun place to chill with friends and have a nice cold beverage. read more
