I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that was honestly one of the driest things I've ever tried to eat. I could barely get through two bites. The fries that came with it left me with pretty bad indigestion later, which is unusual for me. Our daughters ordered pizza, which was fine--but it arrived about 30 minutes after our food, so we weren't even eating together as a family. We also ordered a bottle of prosecco that was barely chilled. We had to ask for an ice bucket just to make it drinkable. We originally had a 7:45 PM reservation, but showed up early hoping for a change. They were incredibly accommodating and got us seated immediately at 6:30 PM on the patio. It turned out to be the highlight of the night--we absolutely loved the atmosphere out there. I had already been about four times before and had determined that I was never going back after my last experience. Well, this one was even worse. Maybe some of the worst service ever. They have all these cute, nice looking folks serving the food and they're a little matching aprons, but they seriously lack any sense of urgency or attention.
