Buyer beware. I believe the sales manager's name was Mark -- a heavy-set Latino gentleman who handled the price negotiations. On Friday, February 28, at around 7:00 PM, I went in to purchase a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport that was advertised for $38,060 (see photo). During negotiations, Mark insisted I had to purchase paint protection, LoJack, and several other add-ons totaling nearly $7,000. I declined multiple times, but he claimed the items were already included in the price -- something I later confirmed is not legal to force on a buyer. He refused to move from a price of about $45,000, despite the vehicle being listed around $38,000. I ultimately walked away. After leaving and doing some quick research, I returned to the dealership and informed him that mandatory add-ons are not allowed. At that point, he changed his story, saying the products were already installed on the vehicle, then provided yet another price including LoJack, claiming it was already in the car -- which did not appear to be true. In my opinion, this felt extremely dishonest and misleading, and the entire experience came across as very shady. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle here to carefully review pricing and question any forced add-ons. read more

One of the most frustrating and trust-destroying dealership experiences I've had. Here we go, been waiting to write this. Went and bought a used truck at 26,000 miles from these guys this past November. Since which time, I've thought about just how bad this experience was and I'm referring to absolutely everything about my experience. Worked with Juan in sales. Juan repeatedly told me certain "fees" were required in order to buy the vehicle. I questioned this multiple times and was given the same answer every time. Later, I learned that those fees were not actually required, and I was left feeling misled from the very beginning. Great start right Just two weeks after purchase, I had to have the car towed back to the dealership which made it feel like something critical had been missed during the pre-sale inspection leading to a leak of which stranded me on the way to work. That tow cost me $120 out of pocket and was told many times that I would be reimbursed. To their credit, they actually performed the repair and put me in a loaner for two weeks. The reason it was two weeks was because I had mentioned that the defroster button wasn't working, ya know something that a simple pre-sale inspection would have uncovered. Took forever for them to get the part in and when they did, they found out they actually had to replace the rear window.... Back to the $120 reimbursement, I have not and apparently will not receive it despite being told I would by the customer care rep Tommy. Had to keep texting, emailing and calling him until he finally told me that the management went back on their word and would not reimburse me. Now keep in mind, I'm within the 30 day dealership warranty when this all happened. While the car was back in the shop I wanted them to repair the nick in the windshield and fix the ford sync system so I could actually make a phone call with it. Keeping with the theme here, none of these were fixed. What I'm trying to convey is that I don't feel there was any effort put in to trying to help me fix little things on my new purchase. Basically a feeling they didn't care about me being satisfied despite the money I forked over. This is funny too, I had to keep asking for them to give me the temp dealership plate, documents from purchase, and record of services performed. Everything was just one headache after another. There's actually more to include but I'm tired of thinking back on this experience and writing about it. By the end of this process, I had no trust left in the dealership's communication, follow-through, or concern for customers once the sale is complete. read more

I contacted this dealership to see if they could beat a quote I received from another Ford dealership. Initially, they claimed they could, but it turned out to be a complete waste of time. When I arrived, the numbers they gave me were completely different. I even sent them the original quotes, only to be told I needed to read the fine print. Turns out, the sales-kid didn't done so himself and overlooked a key detail. The manager eventually got involved, but instead of resolving the issue professionally, they made a dismissive comment about how I shouldn't "do this to myself" if I'm looking for better monthly deals. At that point, they tried to renegotiate with their original number, but by then, I was already done. Another dealership offered a deal that was $35/month better. The whole experience was unprofessional, and the manager made it personal when it didn't need to be. Absolutely THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!! Do not come here. To start off my experience with this staff was hostile and unwelcoming and I am not be giving my business to them. They started off with a deal that we had agreed too, come to find out the made a "mistake" with the pricing and demanded a 3 months in advance to pay BECAUSE OF THERE MISTAKE! Once we negotiated that I would be doing that I headed over and told them I wanted to finance with my bank. When I said this they gave me two options, finance through mine and they would add $5,000 for a package deal. First purchase since the McCoy Mills takeover and had a great experience. I was able to talk to Abe, the veteran owner, and he was a straight shooter, family man who I was happy to do business with. Not too often you get to deal directly with the owner in the buying process and I'm glad I did. Buying process went FAST and smooth. This is not a business with integrity. They are your basic, stereotypical, underhanded dealership. "What can we do to earn your business" & "Nothing personal. We wish you the best". These two statements are the first line when they wanted me to buy a car and then the last line after they sold the car out from under me. If you are reading this and thinking about any car other than a basic model, do not call or do business without sitting in their plastic chair in the middle of a showroom. I know this is pretty standard, but this is 2021 and inventory is sparce. people do business all the time without setting a foot in a building. I found a rare car, initiated contact, sent all my information, had an approval, and was just on the "numbers" and then they ghosted me [as they were selling the car]. They told me first come, first serve but I had a deal working first. They never even asked for a deposit or anything. All they had to do was tell me the payment and I would take delivery. I had done all the shopping and test drives but couldn't find the car we wanted. They had it. Admittedly, I am 3 hours away, but I was ready to buy. The only issue was when to take delivery. They also knew this in advance. I was transparent and they led me along until they didn't need me. I won't name the salesperson because it happened to him too [lost commission] but I don't get the sense he advocated for his own deal at all. having sold cars before, I am sure the managers told him what's up and he just rolled with it. I was just some schmoe they couldn't care less about. Bottom line, there is no integrity with this dealer. Find the car you want but don't trust them to hold up their end. I made an online appointment almost a week in advance for a safety issue so it should be higher priority but when I get there the service man stated oh we don't always see online appointments - and his attitute was like Oh Well - you'll have to wait 4 hours.
