They gave all the adults kid size cups and it was hot outside. Food was ok, nothing great The manager/ server was so gruff and salty, if you asked any question her reply was " sweetheart this isn't the Hilton" and is came with a head tilt and rolling of the eyes, so we didn't dare ask for anything extra or refills of our mini cups. I enjoyed the fries as they were well done and crunchy and seasoned with a flavorful seasoning. They offer generous portions. The Hangover fries had a cheese sauce, chicken tenders, bacon bits, and chopped green onions. Enough for 3 adults to share as a side. The Reuben sandwich had a nice toasted on a marble rye bread with their homemade dressing, sauerkraut , and generous portion of pastrami. Had lunch at the Full Tilt Saloon yesterday. Our bartender server was wonderful. I ordered baby back ribs. They were obviously boiled with barbecue sauce dumped on top. No seasoning on the meat.. no barbecue flavor. Very tough to cut and chew. French fries, very overcooked and hard. Let's start off with the service? They were quick to reach our table Our server did a good job no complaints. Everything was served in a quick and respectful manner. The food was another story. my wife and I shared a $28 lunch. It was sold as a shared lunch. We got pulled pork and brisket. The brisket was good. The pulled pork was not edible. It was so salty we had to leave it. So there was $28 on a lunch that we got to eat half of. We had 2 ea 90 Shilling beers, seven dollars a beer. I know that that's just kind of the cost of what it is but a couple beers each is $28 plus a $28 lunch we couldn't eat. Now we're it close to $60 and then they add on a five dollar we can't afford to pay our employees wage. Now I'm at $65 plus a tip, which of course was 20% and tax this is lunch two beers half lunch I couldn't eat. And if I know my tax laws right, I don't think they have to pay taxes on their tips it just continues to go on these folks didn't do a bad job but I promise you they did not do a $75 deal for half a lunch we really could not eat. cold. We actually store our Motorhome in the Ridgeway area. Try to make it up about every three weeks. Hang out for a week. Go back home. Ouray is a beautiful mountain town. And we'd like to support those small businesses. But honestly, I felt that we got the shorted on this lunch. There are lots of restaurants in that area. I would choose more wisely in the future. I'm thinking a ham sandwich and cold beers out of the cooler underneath the shade tree along the river is looking pretty good. Make your own choice. I'm just passing along my opinion. read more

We ordered the Bacon Bleu Burger. According to the menu, it gas Gold Canyon Chuck and brisket beef blend, blue cheese, bacon, lettuce, pickles, tomato, and mayo on a brioche bun. After a few minutes, the waitress returned and notified us that they didn't have any bacon. I changed my order to the Southern Chicken Sandwich that, according to the menu, has fried chicken, Cajun aïoli, and pickles served on a brioche bun. The Chicken Sandwich turned out to be excellent. The aioli gave it terrific flavor with a hint of spice. I would give it a 5/5. My girlfriend stayed with her original Bacon Bleu Burger, even though they didn't have bacon. Looking for a place to have a few drinks after eating. Their drink menu on the window caught our eye so we decided to head on in. The restaurant is small but cute, they have a side patio when the weather is nice. The bartender, Shannon, was very friendly and knowledgeable on all sorts of drinks. We started with the key lime pie and root beer float drinks. Both were super yummy! Next round was a chocolate martini and a cherry soda/lime aid. These were delicious and plentiful. The wife and I visited here for lunch, on Sunday, October 9, 2022. We had just had some refreshments at the nearby Ouray Brewery. They had mixed me up a couple of perfectly balanced gin and tonics and my wife drank their beers. I opted not to mix hard liquor and beer, so I ordered a Moscow mule ($9). The mule came in a copper cup, and consisted of Ketel One Vodka, Roses lime, bitters, and ginger beer. Unfortunately, I couldn't taste any ginger or lime or the burn of the Vodka. It seemed the tiny portion of vodka had just been added to ice cubes and water. This definitely didn't even resemble a Moscow mule in any way, shape or form. I also ordered the Green chili Philly ($17). The Philly came with ribeye steak, caramelized onions, Hatch green chiles, American cheese on an amoroso roll. I had a side of onion rings with this. The food made up for the lackluster, uninspired Moscow mule. Steak had no fat, thinly sliced, chiles were hot, and they added a nice amount of melted cheese. Onion rings crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. If you visit here, stick to the beers (my wife liked hers) and the food. Stay away from the overpriced, weird cocktails. read more

Outside seating was all taken because it was a beautiful day but inside was nice and quiet. The bar had a few locals just hanging around. We had their sangria which was strong and very good but I was sad had no fruits in it as sangria usually has. We had the chicken sandwich which was absolutely delicious. We had gone on a short hike along the Uncompahgre River and we're doing some shopping. While at one of the shops, I asked the cashier where she likes to eat at. Drinks came out very fast! For lunch, I went with the Pub Burger. The food certainly hit the spot! For my second round I went with another IPA, Hazer Tag (no photo available) from Odell.
