Given my prior positive experience, I reached out to Mauricio to see if this could be done. I also noticed 2 holes that I'm not sure if it was there when I first got the furniture or if something else bore out. These were about the size of a dull pencil tip but on the underside of the furniture. Mauricio was extremely patient with me upon getting the details as I was considering getting a second opinion from some local exterminators on the risk of another emergence. Eventually, I figured out some details and booked an appointment. Everything was quickly scheduled with Edgar who arrived on time promptly and quickly went to work fixing the 4 holes. By the time it was finished, I could only vaguely guess where the holes were. To someone who didn't know about the holes, it would look almost natural. All in all, this took roughly an hour or so to complete. Edgar was sure to clean up after himself and laid out some paper padding to capture any mess left behind and prevent it from touching the floor.
