What a gorgeous box to find on my doorstep on Valentines Day! As a gift from a friend, I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of fruits and vegetables. It was exciting to become creative and use everything in a timely manner. The produce was delicious! read more

I only glanced at a couple other reviews I got rotten produce too and things way past fresh from their farms primarily order wasn't what I ordered this last time some of what they have has been really good but I ordered 3 times and 3 times contacted them about things - that is way too often it isn't worth the frustration read more

I was so excited to receive local organic food delivered to my house weekly, but my excitement was lost with poor service and spotty quality. The prices are pretty high for what they are. The quality is hit or miss. Some things are amazing; others are terrible. And the quantity (I ordered the Market size so $40/week) is pretty small for what you get. Still, I was excited after my first order. I really liked the online functionality of substituting and adding items to your order. Although I had a number of problems with the company itself. First, I was supposed to get 1/2 off my first order with a coupon code from a friend who referred me. That didn't happen, even after I contacted customer service. Second, I added eggs to my second order. Someone put them at the bottom of the box of produce so, naturally, many were cracked and leaking all over the box. Third, I added meat to my last order. They put the meat (wrapped only in butcher paper) in the same packaging as other typically refrigerated items (pizza dough, sauce, and milk). The blood ran from the butcher paper into the bag that the pizza dough was in and covered the sauce and milk containers. I was disgusted. I had been talking it up to all my friends because I was so excited about the concept, but Full Circle executes on the idea so badly that I will never order from them again. read more

Overpriced fruit and vegetables and greens that are wilted, already spoiled or too unripe to eat before they spoil. I have had a subscription for over a year and every box in every season has at least three items that cannot be used and I'm not looking for perfect produce, just edible stuff. The family size "garden share" has a small amount of vegetables - I could get 3 times the amount of organic produce for the same price at any store and 4 times the amount at a farm coop store. Delivery is prompt, website is easy to use and box is customizable - you can see what you're going to get every week - but I just cannot stomach the sad vegetables anymore. I don't want to throw away very costly produce every week. I would save my grocery dollars and pick out beautiful produce at the farmers market/store - even with a rambunctious toddler in tow - rather than this delivery. read more

At first, I loved this service but recently, both their quality and credibility went downhill fast for me. The customer service people are more like pushy salespeople that won't give you a straight answer unless you get really persistent. If you call them with an issue they just spend a lot of energy trying to convince you not to cancel vs. trying to address problems. The last straw for me was when an electrical contractor delivered my box instead of a Full Circle driver. This is just not okay with me on any level, but the Full Circle management (per the sales rep) seems to think it's just fine. They told me they have no control over who delivers, yet they tried to assure me that drivers follow strict vehicle cleaning protocols. How do they know this if they have no way of monitoring it for themselves? It really didn't help their case that the "delivery" guy wasn't wearing gloves, left out a big part of my order, and several items in my box were rotting. read more

I love the idea of having organic veggies delivered to my doorstep and I did it twice and that was one time too many, the first delivery was incomplete and I had to contact them to get a refund. The second delivery I received was terrible - exploding tomatoes, bendable cucumber - yeah it was rotten, carrots that were brown and romaine lettuce that was brown and that was it for me. I can get much better organic veggies in my neighborhood and for a better price. So I was shocked to see all the excellent reviews - makes me wonder who those reviews are written by. Good luck if you try the service - it must work for some people, just not me. read more

I've given FC a try over a year ago and had ok results the first round of boxes I ordered and their CS was great so when one of the online deals came up I thought I'd give them another try. Big mistake. I purchased three gift vouchers, two as gifts and one for myself. The one I purchased for myself arrived when I ordered it & I liked that I could customize my box, but the produce in it was mostly too unripe to eat & never ripened properly or so overripe it wasn't worth it. I was also surprised to see how much of their produce is not truly 'local", FC contracts with vendors from as far away as Mexico. I am not foolish enough to think that we can grow Mangoes or oranges in Washington state, but to advertise that they provide "local" produce is not terribly honest IMHO. The second gift box I ordered as a gift for a family member never arrived & when I contacted FC they couldn't give me an answer as to what had happened or why the delivery didn't arrive, they offered a refund of my voucher and I asked them to inactivate the account for the time being until I could send the other gift box to someone who was out of town. The CS rep I spoke to said that was fine and that unless I called in or went online to re-activate the account I would not receive any further boxes and that I could use the voucher when my Snowbird family members came home in the Spring. After over a month of no boxes, emails or any communication from FS, I receive an email notifying me of an upcoming Friday delivery on an account that I had told by the FC CS Rep who did my refund was de-activated. I tried to contact them for two days after receiving the email, but they did not return phone calls or answer the phone and when I tried to access the member page online there was a post that their member page was down for maintenance. Finally, I was able to contact them a day before the delivery is set to arrive and they claim they are unable to stop the box from shipping out and have used the credit from the third voucher even though I had placed my account on hold. FC claims the account was never inactivated (although I didn't receive any orders for over a month and my online account showed as inactive, curious..) and that they will not reissue a credit for the order they placed in error. The person on the receiving end of this box won't even be home to get it as they are out of town the date that it will arrive, what a waste! During the conversation with a FC CS rep he complained tha online coupons provide "deep discounts" and therefore they are losing money on the coupons they are selling especially when people give them as gifts without the intent to continue with a membership. If they don't want folks giving these as gifts or to have people purchase them without signing up, they are going about this in the wrong way. If they don't want these gifted to one-time users, they need to wake up and realize that this is something that people will do and they need to opt out of Groupon/Living Social/etc. Most certainly they need to provide better produce and customer service if they want folks to be return customers, I would never purchase a subscription for myself or a friend based on this experience (the folks getting the box who aren't home were supposed to be getting a year's membership as well, but that is not going to happen now!). Better to spend your money at a Farmer's Market or Farm Stand where you can see your produce, get decent customer service, and maybe even meet your Farmer. read more

I was a full circle member in 2013 and loved it. When we moved to our new house we didn't continue the service, and actually forgot to cancel it. I had a small outstanding balance on my account. Three months ago, I wanted to restart my service, and ordered online. After my box didn't arrive as planned, I called and was told a had a balance. I gave them my credit card and they said they'd get it fixed and I'd have a box the next week. It's been three months and I have talked to countless employees. No one can figure out how to take my money and send a box. 5 different people have assured me they would take care of it and call me back. NO ONE has. I have called and called. I have NEVER worked so hard to spend my money with someone and I'm done. I've started service with a different company. The customer service at full circle is a joke. I am baffled by the immense lack of communication and inability. Trust me, and spend your money elsewhere. read more

How can they say local when they outsource from Ca, Or, and Mexico (we're in Seattle). They are just a produce broker buying organic and repackaging. I'm disappointed. read more

I was looking for a produce delivery service so when someone came to my door and pitched Full Circle I was excited and she offered a $15 discount on the first delivery. It comes with a catch that you have to customize the basket. I got my first delivery filled with produce I wasn't going to eat for about $32 -- yikes. I wanted the smallest option because there are only 2 of us and one being my 10 year old. Today I got my 2nd delivery -- I had changed the option to the smallest basket, a "seed," which didn't take on their site -- and for $32 I got a bunch of lettuce, kale, a little broccolini, a small bunch of shallots, a handful of potatoes, a watermelon, an onion and an apple (so a lot of the same stuff from the previous order -- I get that we get what's in season but there wasn't a lot of variety). The quality seems okay. I have sent them numerous emails and it takes a while to get a response and when I mentioned the $15 discount they said I had to customize the basket -- it was my bad that I missed the deadline to customize the basket, but honestly, they should have just given me the damn credit -- apparently they're not big on customer service so this is how you lose customers. I won't be sticking around to get the credit as I'm canceling my service today. I figure I've already invested too much in the service. I will either continue to buy at the farmer's markets, grocery or find another delivery service. Too bad as I wanted this to work. read more

Man these reviews sure are coming from some spoiled people. I know, I was one of them too... Now I'm in Anchorage, Alaska again and let me tell you, the winters are hard on us! Have you seen a $12 little box of strawberries? $6-$7 for 1 artichoke? Have you gone months dreaming about having a simple peach? Probably not. I just wanted to thank these guys for extending service to our cities and even villages. It's means a of to so many people. Organic is almost only dream worthy concept here, due to the fact that our only source of such products in the winter come from monster Walmart like stores. Real local free ranged eggs? I spent 6 months trying to find a farmer that wasn't selling lies. It bugs that some of these comments are so negative. I also want to apologize that Alaskans are still stuck in the early 2000s when it comes to technology. The day they actually start utilizing yelp their entire market will change for the better... Please keep up the good work! read more

Just no. I am a current subscriber to New Roots and had a friend tell me that they were really enjoying Full Circle. They had a discount deal for 50% off so I figured I could try a rotation, one week NR, one week FC and get some variety. Unfortunately, it wasn't the variety I was bargaining for. Tiniest lettuce which served one person as a side salad, rock hard peaches that I got two weeks ago that have at this point not softened up, but instead are rotting from the inside, too bruised plouts, wilted swiss chard with yellow tips, I could go on. Thinking I only spend $17..I wasn't going to go crazy about it. Well...lo and behold, I check my account. Oops! Full price! Oops, didn't give credit to the friend. That was offered to be fixed and very quickly my account was offered to be inactivated. Fine with me! Also, dropping off my box at 1145 at night and KNOCKING on the door is not cool. My sign means DAY TIME deliveries, did I really need to clarify? read more

Recent service has improved dramatically. The new website is sleek and attractive. I would have hoped to raise may rating to a 4 or 5. Unfortunately, I really do not care at all for the new system of editing your basket. Basically all alternative items have prices. You can see those prices but, not the ones in your basket. In order to make a substitution, you must first add an item and bring your basket price above the subscription rate ($24.95 for example). You CANNOT remove an item if it drops that rate below the subscription value. You must add another item. You cannot see the price of the items in your basket even after removing them. Using basic arithmetic, you can figure it all out but the gist is, most every substitution would end up causing you to move multiple items. Ultimately, your box ends up being a couple bucks more. Not a huge deal but, it's just a clunky way to do it. In all honesty, if they are trying to balance the costs of the boxes with substitutions, just raise the price of every box $1.00 and let us make the substitutions the same way as before without price juggling. read more

It really seems like they think it's not big deal to find where your order was misdelivered to after they make you complete a form in detail describing your house and delivery instructions in detail, you change your plans to accommodate delivery, and then you have to collect your dog urine soaked delivery from the neighbor's it turned up at. I wouldn't even care if I received a wilty vegetable, I can make soup, but delivery is kind of essential. Good website. read more

I was excited to sign up for the Full Circle Delivery service. The order and delivery process went off without a hitch. When I retrieved my goods from the door, my heart fell. Nearly all of my produce was packaged in shrink-wrapped plastic, nylon mesh bags, or plain old plastic containers. I expected so much more from a fresh produce organic delivery service. I did get a follow up email acknowledging that the are working to reduce their plastic packaging, but not sure they recognize that their green nylon packaging is the primary problem (not just the cucumber that came shrink wrapped in plastic). Full Circle, if you want my business, stop using plastic and nylon net packaging on each piece of produce. read more

i was actually surprised to hear negative reviews about full circle's CSA program. i have been a subscriber for a while (except for a few months in winter where the produce was just way too repetitive) and think it's really great. every other friday i'm ticking down the seconds til noon so i can go online and pick what's in my next box. a box lasts me 2 weeks, so it works out perfectly. i have only had a few things go bad within a day or so, and have never had anything in an earthbound organics bag. my only complaint would be that sometimes the produce seemed picked too early and is too small, but whatever, i can live with that. i'm not a veggie nazi. last winter i was even supposed to pick up a box on maybe christmas eve or something and was unaware that they were closing a little early for pickup, and when i pulled up to the pickup spot at 6:30 and noticed the miller community center was closed, i got a call on my cell phone (a little creepy, actually) from the delivery driver who was just waiting around to see if i showed up because i was the last box and figured it was me. i think that's great service, so full circle has my vote. read more

I've been a client for a several years, but finally reached the end of my patience. Between bruised fruit/veggies to playing "find my delivery" because the drivers are rarely able to read and follow the delivery instructions, I give up. The service sounds like a great idea, but the lack of attention to details and frustration isn't worth it. read more

Agree with another reviewer--tried to do a trial box of produce with free delivery with LivingSocial, but their website didn't account for it, and when I got to the final screen, I was asked to enter my credit card. This is not consistent with other great deals I've gotten within LivingSocial and also doesn't match up with the great service I've gotten at the Farmer's Markets from Full Circle. Just a disappointing experience. read more

I used to LOVE full circle and have been a customer for over a year. When I first started getting produce from them, I was overjoyed with the quality and selection of the produce that came to me. Over the past few months, the quality has plummeted. And while the quality took a dive, their prices have been shooting up. Last week, I ordered a box and the asparagus was moldy and the arugula was so wilted that it was inedible. I think they used to do a better job looking for local produce too. The produce sourcing seems to be getting farther and farther away. Most of my box came from california or mexico. It's time for me to switch and I am going to use Tahoma farms, a local CSA. A number of my friends use them and have been raving for ages. Sorry Full Circle! read more

Signed up for a large box and was excited to get that and a few other things, I had planned dinner tonight and a few other things for the weekend around it. The website states that deliveries are from 3-6 AM on 8/14 so when I woke up this morning I went to the front door, excited for the arrival of our box and the yummy pastry I was going to take to work AND.... nothing. I left for work at 6:30 and it had not arrived so I sent an email this morning asking if it could be tracked I received an email stating it had been delivered at 11:40 the night (8/13) before and it must be lost so we'll credit your account and you can make an order for next week. I responded to that email twice and have not heard back, maybe they are busy sending out vague "oh, well" emails to more people? I appreciate the credit for not getting my order but it doesn't really feel like they even tried to figure out what happened and weren't very apologetic. Maybe this is a one time thing but their customer service is a little lacking. VERY disappointed in Redmond. read more

With so many options for organic produce delivery in Seattle, you would think companies would want to have exceptional customer service to compete. Sadly, that is not the case with Full Circle. First, they are overpriced - on their budget plan you will $25 for $10 worth of produce. Second, the delivery schedules are very erratic - I received deliveries the night before my delivery date, in the middle of the night (which nearly got the delivery man shot because I thought he was a prowler), as well late evening on the scheduled delivery day. To make matters worse, the delivery person consistently ignored my instructions as to where the delivery was to be left, which were printed on the bag's label. Due to the driver's failure to conceal the bags as requested, they were stolen twice - no credits, of course; they basically called me a liar when I told them what happened. The last straw for me was the poor customer service. Any time I politely voiced any complaints, their representatives were downright hostile. This is a service-based business and there's just no excuse for Full Circle's many failings. There are many other options for produce delivery in Seattle, and I would recommend using any of them - or just going to the market yourself - before using Full Circle. I'd sooner eat the trimmings from my lawn or go entirely without veg in my diet than go back. read more

We subscribed to Full Circle during the fall and were fairly happy with their deliveries for several months. However, this spring, we have received lessening quality of produce. Our last two deliveries were made in cardboard boxes rather than their bags. One delivery gave us yellowed and wilted spinach, wilted and bruised lettuce, melon that was bruised and overripe, etc. The next delivery wasn't much different. We made a phone call to them and learned that they were so busy that they ran out of plastic bags. We were given credit for one of the deliveries. They didn't seem to care much about our dissatisfaction and we cancelled our subscription. They had just changed their website, as well, which we found even more confusing to use. I don't know how they expect to continue to stay in business. Very disappointed. read more

My wife and I decided to try Full Circle Farm because it was a Groupon and more importantly we have a 1 year old. We wanted to have fresh fruits and vegetables in the house for him to eat. I have been working hard this last year and lost a total of 23 pounds and I attribute a lot of the motivation to him. A big piece of the health puzzle has been making better food choices. After investigating the concept of CSAs and having friends who swear by them we decided to give it a try. All I can say is that I expect better quality than I received. The mango was bruised and beat up. The oranges were mostly black. The lettuce was wilted with broken leaves. I am thoroughly unimpressed with Full Circle Farm. When I called into customer service they asked me what had problems and I explained. They offered a $5.00 credit towards my next purchase a (basically what they calculated the cost of the produce to be). Some may think that I am unreasonable but why would I spend more money on bad produce. If you are looking for a CSA please continue looking I know that I will be. The one saving grace of what Full Circle offered was a couple of local resources that I can use to continue looking for another CSA. Thank you, Adam read more

Really enjoyed the produce both times we enrolled but their delivery is haphazard. First time we had delivery for several months at our condo and tit was always a mystery which door it would come to even though we designated the door we wanted. Finally got so tired of it when the driver left it outside our deck and we fell over the box, yet a third location. After a year tried again. More pleased this time until last week when it came without notice four hours later than usual. We happened to be home so it did not sit out all day but this week I have yet to receive even though been in contact with the company all day. If you don't care when it arrives or don't mind if it sits outside for hours go ahead, they give themselves a long window of time for delivery which is a bit ridiculous, even the cable company gives you a 4 hour window not 8-10 hours. read more

Signed up at the Evergreen State Fair and was told the first order would have a $15 credit. Received the items on the 7th and found the products to be no better than what we could get at the store and in fact more expensive. When we received the bill from Full Circle there was no credit applied, so we called Full Circle to find out why. We were told that for the credit to be applied we needed to customize our delivery. There was absolutely no mention of this when we signed up. The customer service representative stated we could customize the next delivery and they would apply the credit. Based on the deceptive sales practice alone we are choosing not to maintain an account with them so we cancelled our subscription. read more

I didn't order from them, but dealt with Full Circle because an order was left outside of my apartment building - the wrong address. I called Full Circle at about 9:30 a.m. and they said they would contact the correct person who ordered it. The person who ordered it was pretty precise of the location of her apartment building (it was printed on the label). About 3 pm, the bag was sitting outside, so I walked the bag to the correct apartment building. At about 5 pm Full Circle said the person who ordered the food was outside of my apartment building to pick up the food. I said I delivered it to her apartment building. The Full Circle lady seemed irritated and was rather snippy with me. I don't know.. just something in her voice, as if "I" did something wrong. You'd think Full Circle would have sent someone out fairly quick to get the food to the right person after I called. Shrug.. who knows. read more

I have been a long time supporter of Full Circle. I would tell all my friends about how great they were. I loved their customer service. Unfortunately, I recently cancelled due to the inconsistent quality of their produce. Items would either be rotting, rotten or missing. Since their switch-over things have gone way down. Even their customer service has changed. I used to be able to just email them but with the new change no one was getting back with me. Granted I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone and they did "fix" my issues and credit my account. I just hope they go back to their old ways. read more

So this company has charged me for two bags of food I did not order. I went to the website after ordering from them two years prior. It was unable to activate the account, or make an order. I wanted to get my own hand picked order but, was unable to do that. So a few days later I get a bag of food? At first I thought they were just promoting? I tried to call and got a message service which I left message on. Then I got another bag! My account was charged after one for 40.00. I did call back and was told that they used a different account, to send my order, although I did not use that account. They will charge me another 40.00 on Monday. They activated my account on their own, and sent the orders. I cancelled both accounts. The products are mediocre, and their service is almost criminal at this point. read more

My roommate and I decided to try it out because there was a promo code for 40% off your first box and we were curious. The first week was unimpressive most of the items were pretty small. The exception being the head of lettuce which was huge but it started to wilt pretty quickly. We decided to cancel but couldn't do that in time, since it can only be done mon thru fri between 9-5, so we received our second box today. I opened it to find the smallest avocado I have ever seen in my life as well as some pretty tiny pluots. I work at a grocery store that has a pretty good organic section so I decided to do the math and figure out how much I would've paid had I just bought the items at the store I work at instead, grand total of the items in the box $13.21, that means we paid about $9 for it to be dropped at our door in a reusable bag that we are supposed to give back, so basically we paid $9 to not have to carry one bag of produce upstairs. I think I will just keep buying my produce at the store or farmers market instead and get more product for my money and be able to get whatever I want not just what limited selection they have for that week. read more

This company is laughably incompetent. My orders are packed incorrectly so often that my reaction has transcended from frustration to extreme bafflement. I mean, we are talking about being able to read a list and put correct items in a box. This does not require an IQ greater than 60 and yet this company seems to make mistakes on my orders at least 25% of the time. Perhaps this company doesn't drug test their employees. Who knows. Anyway, I'm looking for other options. I can't take it anymore. read more

FACT: Full Circle is the best of farm to table delivery. There are occasional quality and longevity issues but when you're getting completely organic produce (unwashed and gently handled), that is to be expected. (If you're buying produce that lasts more than 5+ days - don't you wonder what is sprayed on there to make that happen?) Anytime I've had a concern over lettuce that is a little wilted, a plum that got smashed, or whatever, I got a generous credit to my account and never had to pay for anything I didn't think was fantastic. Pretty cool. It's a growing company with good roots and great customer service. Love the dedication to sustainable farming and love the Green Grocer items you can add to your weekly delivery - free range organic eggs, chocolate, fresh pasta, the highest quality meat. It's not cheap, but it's competitive and super convenient. There are usually Living Social vouchers or other promotions to get started and you can always get a referral credit, which is cool. Happy with my service because I took the time to figure out their system and talk to their people. read more

They are absolutely the best that it gets for AMAZING produce! I did have to suspend my membership (I get a standard order every week) and they were SO nice to me. They even asked, after I had been suspend for about 2 months if they could get me to commit to 14 weeks of delivery they would start sending me a surprise in my box. I have started using their green grocery now. (By the way, the spicy dark chocolate is AMAZING). I have had a few small problems with them, only that my first week of surprises they forgot my surprise so they credited my account. Overall, they are super nice, and really have kick started a completely healthy lifestyle for me. For only $35 dollars, you can't beat it!!! read more

Avoid this company at all costs they send expired food.. I ordered and received my food yesterday (5/3/17). I noticed my boxes on my porch at 750am they had been there for some time, were wet from the rain. Upon opening the goods - I noticed both the meats were frozen (they do not disclose that the meat is frozen in their listings) the trout was thawed at the neck and has directions to "thaw under refrigeration and then use immediately". In addition to that, the chickens expiration date was 4/28/17 - they sent me expired chicken!!! There is no date on the trout. The green lettuce was wilted, and avocado had a hole in it with mold, my shallots were fine, Valencia oranges are tasty, apple are mealy, carrots leaves were slimy-the carrots are edible. The Macrina bakery bread is my favorite and it's awesome that they carry it - that was also expired :( the brioche was expiring 5/3/17 and the whole wheat had already expired on 5/2/17. I am thoroughly disgusted they would think sending expired food is acceptable. I am waiting on an email back from the company - it has been over 24 hours since I emailed and their website states they usually respond within 24hrs. Save yourself the headache and expense. Edited to add: I reached out to the person that had cancelled my subscription, since after 24hrs I still had not heard back from anyone. I spoke to Phil the lead customer service rep- he has credited me for the chicken and the bread, the avocado and the lettuce. He assured me that freezing their products as soon as they get them, is common practice for them and since they're frozen immediately, they are fine to eat past the date stated. He also added that the date is more of a "use or freeze by" and that since they freeze, it it's fine. O.o They did not refund for the thawed trout. I'm still highly disappointed and would not recommend this company- having to discard compromised food is wasteful and expensive. read more

I was very excited to find a Groupon coupon so I could try this service others at work had raved about. I ordered a large box on Saturday and did not buy any produce at the grocery store over the weekend because I was expecting this marvelous box on Monday morning. What a total disgusting disappointment. I was raised on a farm and what I found in this highly anticipated box was what we on the farm would have either a) given to hogs for added feed or b) simply thrown it in the compost pile to raise good produce. For a $50 box of 4-6 servings what I got was 2 not bunches but leaves of Rainbow Chard that were the old overgrown tough leaves with the stalk so old it was split up to the leaves and what am I supposed to do with 2 leaves even if they were eatable? 1 bunch of Romaine that again looked like compost it is limp and has no moisture left in it because it is so old. 1 baking potato - which child should I give it to? 4 tangerines that are so old and dried up you can't hardly cut through the peel to get to the wrinkled dried up interior, 2 apples with more bruises than granny, 3 tomatoes that have been well tenderized and leaking from the pounding they took, 4 kiwi's and huh I did not know we could grow Kiwi in Washington State in January (so much for the local produce advertising they do) 1 red onion (the only useable item), and 4 green pears that have so many dents and dings by the time they ripen they will rot at all the bruise points. And this the claim is $50 worth of produce - Only the red onion is useable. When I emailed them my complaints within an hour of receiving the box they offered a credit on my account of $17.89 how in the world they came up with this number I have no idea and would not refund my cash just a stupid credit on an account I will never use. Really poor service, no customer service to speak of and produce that looks like they dumpster dived then filled my order. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. read more

I am so disappointed with Full Circle. I saw a leaflet from my newspaper and decided to give it a shot. Instead of paying an extra $15 for delivery, I decided to pick up at location instead. I picked up at the location, and went to checkout. The girl there said Full Circle was separate from her business and unregulated. (Basically, anyone could walk out with my bag.) I got home and unpacked the bag to growing disappointment: the produce was tiny. This was a rip-off. I went to cancel my account, but they said it was too late for the next order, which would be charged. I wasn't able to pick it up on the delivery day, but came the next day. When I could see my order wasn't there, I asked the cashier about it. She said if they aren't picked up within the first day, they are discarded. So, I paid for 2 orders, and got one undersized one. A while later, I received an e-mail from Full Circle offering 50% off for trying them again. At half cost, the produce is fairly priced, so I placed an order with the promo code and opted to hold future orders. I e-mailed customer service to change the location and cancel future orders. The reply said they were unable to change the pick up, but had cancelled any future orders. I was sick on the day of the pick up, so out of luck there, but today I noticed on my bank statement that Full Circle has charged me Full Price for another bag! I logged into my account, which still shows orders deactivated. To recap: I've received one sub-par bag of produce, but paid for 4 (with one half off discount). I've learned my lesson; I'm never trying something new without checking it's reviews online first. For the money and the quality, local Farmer's market is a much better deal. read more
