I just moved to Alaska & wanted to lose my marbles because I'd be missing out on my csa farm box deliveries but then learned through a friend that these guys will deliver to me!!! WOOHOO!! I got a 15% discount from a friend for my first order & set it up so I'd get my first box the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I was VERY pleased with everything! I added 2 bags of amazing essential bakery stuffing mix & the produce was all great because it was essential to cooking Thanksgiving food. I got beautiful golden potato's, crispy green beans, parsnips, tangerines, pears, mixed salad greens, amazing carrots, celery, & beets. Everything was very fresh & I'm pleased as punch! I'll be getting deliveries from them biweekly & can't wait for our next box! read more

I've been pretty happy with FCF so far. The extra $4 for delivery is definitely worth it -- I love having my box waiting at my door at 6 AM (despite what another review says, mine is silently placed there). So far the quality of my produce has been great. I've had a wondeful variety of fruits and veggies to eat every week. It's very easy to sub for the stuff you want most. I agree it's kind of weird that some of the stuff comes from far away, but it's easy to sub out the mango for something else, and I like that they offer the variety. I would buy some of these tropical fruits in the grocery store anyway (bananas, organges, etc), so it's actually more convenient to have them arrive in my box. When I tried FCF previously (I was in an apartment so had to pick up my box every week, and the location was not convenient so I cancelled), I remember having a wrong/omitted item once in awhile, and they gave me credit without question. The website is easy to use and they are very resonsive to email requests for skipping a box. I think $30 is a bargain for all of that fresh organic produce, much of which is local! read more

We've been members for about a year and a half but are cancelling membership because we've had to email Full Circle 6 times in the past year about missing items we were charged for. I do appreciate the doorstep delivery and the opportunity to pick what's in your box--if you care about those things and don't mind paying a little extra, you should give it a try--but I got tired of having to email over and over. It does seem like there's been a decline in quality control in the past year for making sure the bags contain the right items, and, perhaps accordingly, they have increased their prices in the last month. I hope they can turn it around because it's a great concept, just isn't working for us. read more

Produce is just fine, and convenient. My only gripe is the terrible website. All you folks out there who only ever browse the internet on your iPhone or iPad, you'll love it. The site works great on touch screens, and it appears the only end-to-end testing they do on their site is from phones. But for those mouse clickers out there, avoid doing anything with Full Circle. You'll only be frustrated by the fact that the vast majority of the pages on their site don't respond to click events from your mouse. And even then, there's a number of pages in account management, etc. that just plain don't work on a PC. You've got to use a iOS or Android device to, for example, add permanent exemptions. I've used Full Circle for over a year, and I'm sticking with it despite the inconveniences with managing orders. It's just a pain point you'll have to cope with for quality produce. Oh, and the site hasn't gotten any better since I started out with Full Circle. It hasn't gotten worse, either. 6/14/2017 Update: Previously, they allowed pretty much unbounded substitutions. Quite typically, I'd swap out some more avocados for that brocoliflower, or whatever. But now, you must find something of EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE to substitute, and pay the difference. Forget it, I'm done. The whole point was a hassle free experience. Trying to manage my order and take care of each individual substitution such that the order total doesn't fall below my subscription amount isn't worth it. They dropped the ball on this one. They're probably stuck with people making expensive substitutions and need to do something to prevent loss. But this isn't the way to handle it. read more

I liked this service at first, but by the last few months I had disappointing produce (tomatoes that rotted without ever ripening, overripe fruit, smushed stuff) wrong items/items missing from my order, and finally an order lost altogether. I know these things happen with delivery, but I got the definite impression from customer service that - despite having been a customer for quite some time - they thought I was either inventing a lost order or I was too dumb to check around the neighborhood to see if it was on the wrong porch. After several emails and several phone calls I finally got them not to charge me for the bag I didn't get, but that hassle was the last straw. If you live someplace with no access to fresh produce this will be a good option for you; otherwise it's not worth it in the long run. read more

Very difficult to deal with! Signed up at veggiefest as they said they have sprouts. When I went in to order no sprouts. Loaded up on Celery as nothing else was a better price than Marlenes in Federal Way where I usually shop and called and cancelled and was told rarely have sprouts. Received another box after I cancelled and when I called was told by Clare who was very snippy I had spoke to her direct and had not cancelled till after this order of items that I didn't even choose. They are a hot mess in the office and unpleasant, beware. Other company's in Seattle are better prices and way better customer service. read more

I love my produce box! Not everything is ripe right away, but I'd rather ripen fruit on my counter than end up with mushy stuff in my box in case I don't get a chance to bring it in that morning. Also not everything is local but they let you substitute out items so you could have a whole local box with less selection if you want to. Customer service is very helpful. A good compromise between local CSA and grocery store selection with farmer's market quality. read more

I don't even know where to begin. I really wanted to use FC as a main source if organic produce but was sadly disappointed. First time I tried it out was through a Groupon deal just to try it out I wasn't crazy about what got delivered (bunch of lettuce items) which I knew could be switched out but nevertheless, no one should ever get that much lettuce and so little of everything else. Few months went by and I tried it again...complete fail for the following reasons: 1.They "couldn't find" my apartment. It's not rocket science all they had to do was go through a hallway. So they simply didn't deliver it. 2.I had to be the one to contact them regarding my missing order instead of them contacting me, the paying customer. I had to go through the painful process of explaining how the driver should proceed to find the doorstep. Never got a compensation btw. 3.When they finally delivered my box a day later I was not happy to find they didn't replace they items I had specified to be replaced. Some were even MISSING! A cabbage had some nasty critters on them. Are you kidding me?! 4.Ended up calling them AGAIN asking what the deal was with the missing items to which I was told they would just add a credit to my next order. What a lack of accountability for their multiple screw ups! 5.I was so fed up with this service that I decided I needed to cancel my membership. Only to find that I had to call in to do this. This was the last straw! What a ridiculous inconvenience. When I finally got to the last step all I needed to say was "I want to cancel my membership" and they did it. Never asked why, if there was anything they could do to improve, an apology...something? Nope they have such disregard for their consumers that I will never ever consider giving them a third shot. That's not what the organic lifestyle is about guys. Get your act together seriously. read more

I LOVE Full Circle. I've been using them for about a year now and I have never had a problem. They always provide the best quality produce, and have great customer service. Kinda surprised to see some of these negative reviews. If I have ever had a problem, they are quick to fix it, no questions asked. It encourages me to eat healthier and to eat organic. I tend to balk at the prices of organic produce in the grocery stores, and this is a much better deal and ensures these good fruits and veggies are in my diet. I've tried their other grocery items as well - LOVE the beet pasta - oh my gosh. I also love supporting our local farms and farmers in a very direct way. This is a fantastic company to support, and they do great work, which ends up on my plate and in my belly daily. read more

I love my Full Circle Farm box! Every other monday morn I walk out my front door and I have organic groceries waiting for me. I've been eating better, spend less time shopping and because I can adjust my order - I throw less out. My newest love is braised chard/kale with garlic, a dash of soy and a dash of maple syrup. You keep delivering it FCF, and I'll keep on eating. As someone that's been a member of more than handful of CSA's over the past ten years, I really appreciate the customer service and variety I get with Full Circle. read more

Let me preface this review with the caveat that I've only had a subscription with Full Circle Farms for the last few months which was in the off season--December, January, February, and now it's March, and that I normally buy organic produce at the grocery store anyway. Also, I had an amazing CSA subscription when I lived in Berkeley, CA, so I might be making unfair comparisons. They have great service, a decent selection, and mostly decent produce. However... The good selection comes from Full Circle getting the majority of their winter produce from non-local sources. I've even seen them offer mangoes in January from Peru. Not exactly what you would expect from a CSA--it's more what you would expect from your local grocery store. Don't get me wrong--I don't eat a primarily local diet. I like being able to get avocados, lemons, and oranges in the winter. However, I didn't realize that they would be getting stuff from South America and New Zealand, nor did I realize that they would be getting more produce from non-local sources than local sources. More of the produce has been from California than from Washington in the last few months. I was hoping my CSA subscription would influence me to eat more locally than I normally do, but that hasn't really been the case. A lot of the fruit has often been very under-ripe. We had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for our avocados to be ripe for making guacamole, during which time the cilantro that we ordered in our box went bad. I expect that ordering directly from the farm you would get produce that is fresh and ready to eat when picked, not picked at a severely under-ripe stage for storage and transport. We've had similar experience with the pears, which are local, so it's not just a factor of the non-local produce. I would say that the quality of the produce is not really any fresher than Whole Foods, and sometimes the quality at Whole Foods seems even more fresh. So it's good, but I expect better than grocery store quality from going directly to the farm, and I haven't gotten that. This might be being a bit picky, but they don't have as many wonderful heirloom varieties as I had hoped. They seem to grow many things for the ease of production, rather than the specific good qualities of heirlooms. In my CSA subscription in Berkeley, we got things I've never seen or heard of before, like chinese purple long beans (as opposed to regular green beans), or red kale, or a different version of cauliflower than other versions I had seen. We got something weird and delicious in our box every other week. At Full Circle, we have gotten the occasional heirloom beet variety, rainbow carrots, and sunchokes, but most of the time it's pretty typical standard variety vegetables. I'm not sure if my expectation is very fair on this point, though. The service is excellent. Great delivery, e-mail reminders when you can change the items in your box, and a great website where you can change your order contents or add additional items such as meat, dairy, bread, and specialty items. They even put a free item in the box every now and again. They'll reimburse you for an item if it had gone bad. read more

We have only received two boxes so far, so that's all I have to go on. I love the whole idea of the delivery service. The produce is on your doorstep when you wake up, which is so cool. I find the prices to be a little steep (since everything is organic) and for that reason we may not stick with it for too long. I am the kind of shopper that tries to buy organic for the "dirty dozen" and is not fond of paying the high price of things like organic avocadoes. You get to substitute things in the regular delivery, which is nice, but you can only sub up to a point. So I ended up with a few things each order that I paid more for than I typically would have at the store. However, I do enjoy the convenience of it, so I factor that in. One thing that I was a little annoyed by is that some of my greens were a bit wilted by the time I opened the box in the morning. Irritating if you've really paid a lot of money for them. This might be an organic produce thing, not necessarily a FCF farm thing, but I am finding the produce going bad much faster. All of that said, I love the convenience. I love tailoring my order online. I love how tasty the produce is. I love trying new things. I love feeling like I have to get all of the produce eaten, which is great because it's all so healthy! It's like a little contest to let nothing go to waste :) read more

Full CIrcle is full of promise and is such a great idea but unfortunately they fail in quality and execution. The food is VERY inconsistent and you pay more than you would for quality organic produce at the grocery store or local farmer's market. Some food is downright disappointing in terms of freshness and taste. This was our second time trying FC after having done so and cancelling a few years ago for food quality issues. A groupon deal prompted me to try again and I could now get delivery to my home. The quality is still an issue but the bigger issue we had was quality control around order processing, packing, and delivery (which we also had some issues with the first time around): 1st delivery - fine, some lackluster greens but no real issues 2nd delivery: Box left down on our driveway instead of porch as requested, welcome back gift of coffee and chocolate missing, though mysteriously listed on our packing list 3rd delivery - fine though again food quality underwhelming 4th and final delivery - never got it, though they claim it was delivered. Delivered where I don't know, it wasn't to our house... And the real kicker, after calling and expressing our disappointment and their offer to attempt to redeliver next day and offer a $5 credit for the inconvenience I opted to cancel saying it was frustrating and time consuming to have to call so often to get something corrected. I was assured they would cancel my account and refund me for the last order. Cancel they did, but refund? Nope, I had to call them yet again for that. In the end it was somewhat fitting I guess that I still had to call them yet again after canceling to get the refund for the missing box. read more

I enjoy not having to search for fresh organic produce, it just comes to my door. Everything was great. It is making my family eat more veggies which is what i was going for. I will say compared to the the grocery store veggies I have to do a lot more washing trimming etc. But it makes for a fun surprise on Tuesday when I get a whole bunch of fresh food! read more

Please do not support this company!! Very loud overnight delivery wakes up the whole neighborhood! Their produce is delivered to homes between 11pm and 5am DURING RESIDENTIAL QUIET HOURS. They arrive at my neighbor's doorstep at 3:15-4:15am every week. They use a medium-large refridgerated delivery truck that sounds like a SEMI parked right outside my house in the middle of the night. It wakes up my kids every time. I am all for organic produce, but its summer, go to your local farmers market. We in Seattle DO NOT WANT to start allowing overnight in big trucks. The fact that this company delivers healthy organic food DOES NOT exempt them from seattle noise ordanance laws. Who's next overnight FedEx and UPS??!! read more

I've tried Full Circle a couple of different times for several reasons. They have a several community pickup locations which is awesome. I also like the fact that they allow you to buy a box at a time. I know they are not a traditional CSA and I gravitated to them because I cannot afford to purchase a growing share upfront. And while I like local produce I'm not opposed to other organic items. The boxes force me to eat a variety of foods I might not pick. You can even modify your box to trade out something you might really hate. The boxes have plenty of items and you can choose sizes that fit your needs. That said I've had some real hit and miss produce, things that would go bad almost immediately. I wouldn't call the boxes beautiful. PCC or Metropolitan Market has beautiful produce that seems to last a lot longer. Even with a few questionable things, I've had a problem with customer service at all. They have suspend my account when I've asked, they have replaced items when I have asked. The green grocery items range in price so take a look and buy smart. Overall Full Circle isn't bad but it also isn't great. read more

I love Full Circle. I've been using their service for several months now and am quite happy with the quality of the produce, price and the service. I'd say 75% of my food comes from Full Circle at this point which is great for me because I dislike grocery shopping in a major way. By the time I factor in my time, gas and annoyance factor of going to the grocery store, I find Full Circle is a no brainer for me. I was surprised to see all the negative reviews here as my experience has been completely different. read more

Got a livingsocial for this. the vegis and fruit I got was not extremely fresh and the lettuce was wilting. The flavors weren't fantastic, probably because they are from california and mexico. I think i'd prefer local rather than organic in the future. Also, delivery/pickup on a Thursday is an akward day for me. Ok not great read more

Absolutely love the products, I order weekly! Great customer service and an easy to navigate website. You wont be disappointed!!

This is a great Washington State CSA that delivers organic produce and items to neighborhoods in Seattle. For 28.00 per month you can get a really generous box of food for two. I usually can't get through the whole thing, so I get it every other week. They also let you make substitutions and add additional items to the box on their website. Its really convenient. read more

I know it's not quite a real CSA, but we really like the flexibility it provides us to get value for the money. The ability to modify your delivery online the weekend before is awesome; they have wide selection and having the farm / location of every item lets you make decisions on whe your produce comes from. In one year, we've only had one bad item, unlike another CSA delivery which had bad items a few deliveries in a row. This is now our primary source of produce - $35 for two people every two weeks works great for us! read more

I've been enjoying fresh produce delivery for over an year now. Recently, there was a short delay with an order which wound up not showing up at all. There was a miscommunication with the driver. I received 2 emails & a personal phone call. Great customer service - they made me feel appreciated. read more

I love my CSA box! There's been a range of beautiful fruits and veggies each week, and it's like Christmas in September! I particularly love the flexibility - I don't want to eat summer squash every day, and appreciate being able to trade it out for broccoli or more than a dozen other delicious options. A few items aren't local, but if that bothers you, just trade 'em out. I'll have to see how things go through the winter. I might get sick of kale if that's all that's on offer, but right now I'm happy. It's not like there are many better local choices in winter, and at least I know I can get the box then unlike with many CSAs that shut down in winter. Plus, i like a CSA where I can choose each week whether or not I need my box. It's also nice that our pick up point lets us pick up late, so I don't have to run home from work! Better go read up on how to store those beets (the website is full of information on how to store your produce to make it last.) read more

I've been a Full Circle customer for about a year, and I'm extremely happy with their produce quality and customer service. Their deliveries are always on time, their service reps are always polite and helpful, and their produce is consistently fresh and delicious. I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

I received a box from Full Circle from a Living Social deal to check out what it is like. I currently have a CSA subscription to another small farm, and thought I would give them a try in case I wanted to switch next year. I think there are some great positives to their model, but will not be using their service in the future. Pros: You are able to view your contents the weekend before it is delivered and make substitutions to ensure you get all produce you like. You can also add on meat, bread, eggs, and a fair number of normal grocery items. Pickup at my drop site went smoothly, and my box was full of high quality fruits and veggies. It also ensures that all the produce you are buying is in season. Cons: Most of the items were from farms out of state - Mexico, California, Oregon. Only a couple of items were from their farm in Carnation. In fact, the tomatoes were the same tomatoes that QFC carries in their organic section. There were no interesting/heirloom varietals. For me, the charm of a CSA is receiving produce that is all from one place, grown by people I know, and often contains unique varieties of produce that I wouldn't otherwise get to try. I am also committed to supporting truly small farms that work in harmony with the land - not industrial-scale organic operations. If you are a busy on-the-go person and you want someone to go through the organics section of your local grocery store and put together a box for you at a bulk discount, then this is a great service. If you want a little more adventure and community, try elsewhere. read more

*Update to previous review* We did have a box go missing one week. Their records showed it as delivered, and they did ask me to glance at my neighbors on either side (I also checked the "St Ct" one block over as it has the same # as our "St"), I did, and when I told them it was nowhere to be seen, they re-sent the order, the same day! We are about 2 hrs away from them, but they re-sent it! I didn't even ask for that. Wow! read more

Signed up a year ago and at first service was great. A bout of moldy produce, missing items and poor customer support has caused me to cancel. I will go to the store to get my produce. read more

Not good. Thankful I used a Living Social deal to try it because half of my delivery was either moldy or wilted. I heard that was a draw back from this company, but had hoped they took steps to correct the problem. Half of the items inside were from out-of-state, and those same items were the ones that were moldy or wilted - maybe that should be a clue to the company that the transport time is affecting the product - hence the loss of customers. read more

I decided to try Full Circle for the first time last week and I am quite disappointed in their customer service. I read reviews on here about poor customer service and thought that maybe it was just a couple bad incidents but now that I have experienced it myself I can see why people have been disgruntled. I originally decided to try full circle because I found a groupon, so I purchased 2. I didn't see anything about only allowed 1 groupon and when I purchased the groupon, it allowed me to purchase 2 without error. I signed up on Full Circles website and I put in a promo code that allowed 40% off. I also did not see anywhere to add in my groupon codes so I contacted customer service. I was told that since I put in a promo code I was not allowed to use the groupons and that I would be given a credit of the purchase price of the groupon (as a courtesy), but not given credit for the worth of the groupon. So even though I purchased 2 groupons for 2 Harvest Boxes (worth $49 each), I would only be given the amount I paid for the groupon as credit ($24.95x2). I explained that I mistakenly put in the promo code and that they should just reverse it so that I could use my groupon but the customer service representative refused to do so and told me that there was nothing he could do. I was also told that I was unable to use 2 groupons anyway and that I could have gifted the other one to someone else. I told him that there was nothing on the order page that specified that I could not purchase 2 groupons so I assumed it was ok. But he still refused to apply both of my groupons. The produce included in my box was OK for the most part but I did receive rotten onions that I had to throw out. I didn't even bother contacting customer service due to the treatment I have already received (being a new customer) so I have decided to check out some of the other organic delivery companies in the area. read more

We tried the new home delivery service. We did a standard box twice in two weeks. The quality and quantity were both excellent. The box was sturdy, dry and we never heard the truck or the driver leave it on our porch. The mix between veggies and fruit was great. Lots of good apples and pears along with some Asian pear-apples. The greens were also fresh and perfect for making a stir-fry along with salads. For the amount we eat, a standard box every-other-week would be just right. I think it's great that a local company is doing produce delivery. It also compliments nicely if you are an Amazon Fresh user, since the FCF produce is much better quality. read more

Produce was good but I can not see this company making it due to it's Horrible customer service. I was billed for 6 boxes that I did not receive (about 110$). After emailing back and forth, because you can never get them on the phone, they decided it was fair to credit one box back (21.80) because "I should have contacted them earlier," even though I had no idea I was being charged and when I did realize it I went to the pick up location for the last two weeks billed and there was no box for me. read more

I love this service and everything that it stands for. We have handpicked, fresh produce delivered every week. It kind of forces me to try things that I normally wouldn't buy, and it's fun to find ways to incorporate these healthy foods into my family's meals. It has definitely upped our veggie intake. I can also buy most of my grocery items through full circle. Less money going into big wigs pockets and more going into our local farmers pockets. Who can complain about that?? read more

Full Circle's produce is great, but their customer service stinks. There has been no change to the credit card I registered with Full Circle, but for the past few weeks, I have been getting an email notice that my payment card couldn't be processed. When I called customer service, they assured me that the mistake was on the part of their payment processing service and that my deliveries would continue. Every week I would call and get the same answer. Now I have been notified that my account has been suspended. When I once again called, they said that I would need to sign up with another card in order to unsuspend my account and that THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. The produce may be good, but hassles like this are not worth the trouble. I cancelled my service. OK, I'm updating this review. I received a phone call from a manager who apologized profusely, and said that they could re-enter my card number and apply to the outstanding debt. Plus they will issue me a credit for my trouble. Very prompt response on his part. They still need to train their first line help better. read more

Full Circle charges a premium, which I wouldn't mind if I got quality produce and great customer service. And, I loved the idea of fresh, seasonal produce delivered right to my door. Unfortunately, I got neither quality produce or great customer services. In fact, both were pretty bad! My first week's delivery was left at the wrong location. When I found it, a squash was already a mushy blob. Within a couple days, the green beans were brown. Two emails to customer service went unanswered. Week two, the delivery arrived 24 hours late and again to the wrong location. The radishes were so gross looking that I threw them into the compost. After multiple emails, I finally got a response. No apology. No offer to make it right. They did eventually refund me for week two. Needless to say, I've canceled deliveries from this clown show. read more

I have now received the last two bags I will get, I will be cancelling, last week I asked for a total replacement as all of the food had been contaminated by slimy greens in the bag and this week I received 2 unripe peaches that were moldy the next morning.....I have tried to contact Full Circle but to no avail...so now it is cancellation time. read more

Two personable young people came to my door last month (at dinnertime) to sell this product/service. We signed on. First box, end of June, was weirdly meager - a bunch of kale, maybe 6 carrots, garlic scapes, two oranges (where are they grown? not Oregon or Wash., I don't think), a few white peaches, one cuke, a head of lettuce. Oh, and apples - which may have been local but certainly weren't seasonal! Next box, today, was also meager and strange. More apples. What a scam. I don't trust this operation -- they are not honest -- and will cancel. read more

This is a horrible delivery service, and I usually only try to write uplifting reviews since I am in the service industry, but I am writing this so people do not waste their money. I wanted to like this too and try fresh local fruits and veggies, but the last few boxes my produce was bad or left in the heat (which we had a hot Seattle summer) and I had to throw them away. I sent photos and asked for a different delivery time which I was then credited for the two veggies I sent photos of and not the whole box which I said was bad. And then I was told they couldn't change the delivery time. After this happened twice I cancelled my subscription. I was then charged again for a box. When I called I was told it was from my last box that was delivered as they do the billing after the delivery. I said "that box was bad too, but instead of sending more photos to complain ... I cancelled" the gentleman on the phone said the only thing he could do it credit MY CANCELLED ACCOUNT! No I don't want a credit for a service I am not using, and I find it VERY hard to believe you can't refund me the $32.95. So I said thank you, but I will spread the word instead (which hopefully costs them more than my $32.95). read more

We started with Full Circle about a year ago. I love that the box is delivered right to our door and that we can customize it with whatever fits our needs. We've tried some veggies that we had never cooked with before and enjoyed them. The freshness of the fruits and veggies far surpass anything we buy at the grocery store - and times when there was a problem with either missing an item or the quality was lacking, they were quick to adjust the bill accordingly. And the plus is supporting a local business! read more

If you like green leafy vegetables and out of state fruit, you will love Full Circle Farms. It's almost September now and they have yet to provide subscribers with local tomatoes.
