It was on time every single week, easy to customize, and on the rare occasions when there were missing items or issues with quality, it was easy to note and I was not charged for those items. No questions asked. The quality of the produce was consistently excellent, and I loved that I was introduced to things I never would have tried (kiwi berries are a thing, and they're awesome.) I've called a couple of times for different questions, this last time to unfortunately cancel. Absolutely the worse veggie delivery box I've ever received. Half the produce was rotten (including a bag of potatoes with the same brand you get get cheaper at QFC). Even if all the fruits and veggies were good, $36 for around 3 oranges, a couple apples, and enough carrots and potatoes (again, from a national brand, and certainly not organic), is outrageous. They do not offer refunds, but only credits on your NEXT box. They hide their cancelation option only in the contact form and FAQs, and not under "manage account." What's more, you CANNOT remove your payment info. If you try before finding the hidden cancelation box, it will not allow due to an active subscription. If you try after, if says you cannot edit without an active subscription. read more

If you can catch the window to customize your box, you will probably be mostly happy with the contents. Some items are very ripe when you get them and if not used within a day or two are inedible. The biggest problem I have, and I have tried this service twice, hoping it would go better if I could use their 'exclusion' list more effectively. No, that doesn't work. The list is completely ignored. Every box that is not curated by me directly contains mostly apples and kale. This last box was the last straw. Thanksgiving week was busy so I missed the cutoff to change it. My box will have 4 different kinds of apples (ALL apples are on my exclude list... we have apple trees and I processed 50 lbs from our own trees) and 2 different varieties of beets. If you aren't 100% sure you can customize your box every time, be prepared to get what looks like whatever they have leftover that week. read more

About November of 2021 I was originally approached by a door to door sales person and actually it was my 16 year old daughter that they convinced to sign me up. My daughter later told me about and I was like what why? She was like mom it's all farmers here in Washington organic fresh foods we gotta try it plus we are helping our local communities and farmers and they said it was cheaper then store foods and we would save money so she thought she was helping me out in having to go to the store all the time and helping out farmers. They also gave us with the initial sign up promo of a free dz large brown eggs with every box for as long as I am with them meaning it doesn't expire. first box was ok. Not what I expected but made since it's the unwanted items but ok. Got my free eggs was happy with that. So I kept on with it for a while even tho every box was not great I still got my eggs I stuck with them for a few years. Skipped a box here n there. I felt like I was helping our farmers even tho my boxes were 50/50 every-time I still got my eggs. So basically I was paying $37-$50 a box just for my free eggs and the idea of helping our Washington farmers. Then one day I notice our products were not from Washington so every box from then I would check the produce and sure enough they were all out of Washington state. That left me uneasy and upset. I realized I was basically paying high price for free eggs lol But I stuck around a little longer skipping boxes here n there. Then when the eggs crisis hit when eggs sky rocketed I received my box and I was so excited because eggs were so high I thought well i get them free.....well to my surprise and disappointment there was no eggs. I was so upset as my produce was always almost never usable so I looked forward to my eggs but this time no eggs. I called the customer service for the first time to complain and they said oh it looks like you removed the promo... and I'm like wait what?? Me?? Why would I do that?? I asked she said idk looks like you just recently removed it. I argued with the lady letting her know that I have been loyal never complained and I never removed anything. I told her how convenient it was removed during the eggs crisis. I told her if she is not able to put that promo back on that I would be canceling services. Remind you I have been with them since November 2021- now May 2025 she tells me sorry we cannot offer u that promo and we can't reinstate your original promo due to the egg crisis. I was so upset. They took my promo away and made it seem like I did it due to eggs crisis. We've had Full Circle since we moved to Seattle in July 2017 and have been really happy with the service. The produce have constantly been fresh and delivered within a very reasonable time window, with not a single delivery missed. The website has been easy to navigate, including customization of boxes, and we've been charged appropriate every week. We've donated boxes through their service, which I think is a wonderful thing to have available particularly in these time when food banks are short on food. Deliveries happen late at night with no notice - got our order dropped off outside our apt at 12:30 am with no call or notice so now items needing refrigeration in our box are spoiled and unusable. My girlfriend and I were flagged down by one of your workers at the seattle SODO market 2 weekends ago. A woman who worked for this company gave us the rundown and we said we were interested but not fully committed. This worker insisted that we sign up and put our card info down and assured us that we would not get charged and this card info was only to receive a $10 discount if we did want to place our first order. We ended up getting charged for an order that we did not even select. This worker straight up lied to us to squeeze an order out of us. Scammy outfit, do not waste your time or money. I think they're owned by Koreans (but I'm not sure). I got sucked into trying them because I needed produce delivery, but I never did like them from the beginning. I don't know how they do it, but they screw everything up. First, there were account problems from day one, then the produce was low quality and skimpy but overpriced, then the products were damaged, and on top of that, the website is the worst I've ever seen, very very loopy and "tricky," and not intuitive. I never got to the point where I was "confident" in them, and so I'm glad I cancelled, and of course, they even screwed up the cancellation process. I get my produce delivered from Amazon now, and eventhough Amazon has a bad reputation, they're BETTER than FullCircle. I actually like the Amazon produce quite a bit--I love it, in fact, the quality is top notch, and so are the prices ('cept for Bidenflation) and delivery. FullCircle is not a "real" business, as far as I'm concerned, they're something way different because it's impossible to screw everything up so badly unless bad intention is involved, and you have to also consider how their practices are the polar opposite of the "reliable, salt of the earth, wholesome" family farm image that they project. The people on the phone were never friendly or helpful either, of course. At the rate that this company screws up, the people on the phone should be rushing to the rescue, but that's not the case. They even impose a mandatory delay, where they are not allowed to call back or anything for 24 hours. What kind of a company would do that, especially a fresh produce company? Recently bought a LivingSocial deal for Full Circle since the price was right. I have known about this produce subscription service for a while and wanted to give it a try. After purchasing the deal, I was giving an online code in which I needed to enter when registering. I selected the package that I bought and completed the info to register. I was a little put off that I needed to enter credit card information, but I went ahead and did it. The way that the site is setup made me a bit uneasy. It is kind of setup like the Amazon Subscribe & Save program except there is no self-service way to opt out. You have to contact customer service to do this. If you want to try this service out once before deciding whether to continue, please ensure to update the weekly delivery settings for the following weeks to on hold or you may be charged for an unwanted delivery. As for the produce, I like that you can customize your delivery. There is a default selection of produce listed which also includes the quantity to be delivered. If you don't like the choices, you can make substitutions so you can get a produce box that is right for you. Many of the offerings were typical produce items like cucumbers and spinach. But there were items that were less typical like golden beets and purple peppers that I was intrigued to try out. Full Circle offers home delivery as well as has sites around the Seattle area (and in several other cities) in which you can pick up your produce package. The sites are a mix of public and private locations. The site that I chose was someone's home with my package (along with other subscribers boxes) placed outside their front door! Based on some of the reviews, I was concerned that the produce was not going to be great as it has been noted that there have been quality concerns. For the most part, the produce I received was fine. Though some items were a bit dirty and all of the produce was unbagged aside from the fingerling potatoes which were netted. I do agree that some of the produce does get old fast. I was surprised by the quickness that the kale yellowed. If you are concerned about duration, choose produce that last longer and know what to use first. Veggies like spinach are going to have to be used ASAP, while potatoes can last a while. Fruit like apples are also a safe bet to keep longer. Overall, I was satisfied with the produce that I received. The regular pricing for this subscription service is a bit high though I was more than satisfied at the price I paid through LivingSocial. I don't think the average consumer could justify using Full Circle weekly unless they really love fruits & veggies. The issue being waste. I tend to buy produce on an as needed process, so this is a service I would consider more on an occasional basis. I decided to cancel after my delivery was complete because of the way the account is setup. I will say the process to cancel was painless. A simple site e-mail request and it was done. If I feel the urge to order Full Circle, I will have to request the account be reopened. I would much prefer it if the payment and delivery system was more like Amazon in which I could just simply opt-in and pay for a weekly delivery when I want it. read more

I really, really wanted to like this produce delivery service but, after three deliveries, I was forced to cancel because of the horrible quality of the food. It all started when an earnest young man came to our door and told us about their company - Fresh, Local, and Organic produce - delivered to your door once a week. Like most people, I want my family to eat more vegetables so it sounded wonderful - especially with the $15 discount toward the first order. I signed up! Well, turns out that the produce was not fresh nor local. I was assured that it came from their "family farm" in Carnation. Not so - the vast majority of the produce was from the Central Valley in California - some from Canada and Mexico. I get that produce is seasonal, but in July there's no excuse not to provide Washington-grown produce. As far as fresh, I'm coming to that, but let's just say that maybe 10% of the produce we received was anything close to "fresh". And organic? I have no way of knowing, but since it's neither fresh nor local I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't organically-grown either. But I was excited, envisioning dewy-fresh fruits and vegetables delivered early Friday morning. For the (very high) price I was paying I expected blue-ribbon produce, right? Side note - turns out that "Friday morning" meant shortly after midnight on Thursday, so the stuff sat there for 7-8 hours on my porch. First order - I got corn that was clearly at least a week old - actually had black mold growing on the ends and rotting silks. The green beans were withered, the carrots had the greens cut off but you could see where the remnants were rotting and black on the ends; and they were so old that you could practically tie them in a knot. Nothing like the carrots pictured on their website. The "slicing tomatoes" were tiny; in a clamshell with little stickers that indicated they were grown in Canada. The grapefruit was wizened - the only item that was "fresh" was the avocado, and it was literally the size and shape of a tennis ball - and three times the price of a grocery store avocado. Ridiculous. I called customer service and they told me they could credit my account toward the next order. In Order #2 I received a cabbage that was pale and BROWN - so many of the bad leaves had been removed that the stem was almost two inches long. A farm-fresh cabbage is supposed to be green with big, fresh leaves - like in the pictures on their website! The potatoes were wrinkled and two of them were actually rotten and oozing brown rot-juice into the rest of the bag. I had to throw them all away because of the stench. The spinach looked like it had been run over by a truck then left in the sun for a few days - I had to throw it away too - it was inedible. I could go on but you get the idea. Another call to customer service and, again, they credited my account and assured me that my next order would receive their "white glove" quality check before it was delivered. I decided to give them one more chance. Order #3 arrived and was no better than the previous two. The watermelon was over-ripe and mushy inside. The Rainier cherries were so old that the stems, which should be green and supple, were black and brittle as matchsticks. They tasted OK but, for the price, they should have been fresh and perfect. Interestingly, I had purchased organic Rainier cherries at Grocery Outlet for $2.99 a pound just the week before. FC's were $6.99 for HALF a pound, which turned out to be 21 cherries, of which three or four were bad. That works out to about 40 cents per cherry. The English peas were OK, but definitely not fresh - the little leaves on the end which should be green on fresh peas were brown and withered. The squash was old and wrinkly - the cut ends were brown and dried out, indicating they had been picked 4-5 days ago.The tomatoes were old - one of the three had to be tossed because it was completely mushy. I suspect that it had been stored in a refrigerator for a week or more. Half of my cucumber was rotten and caved in - the rest of it was withered. I put it in the refrigerator and the next day it was slimy, moldy and rotten. Unbelievable - this is the "white glove" inspected order? It was like whoever selected my produce picked the stuff that "needed to be gotten rid of" before it got any worse. The produce I received would never had been sold at any grocery store - I doubt it would have even qualified for the 99 cents-a-bag, B-grade stuff you get at Freddy's or QFC. Needless to say I was very disappointed with my experience and shocked that they would try to palm off sub-par produce to customers who were paying top dollar - especially new customers. I gave them a fair shake - three deliveries. There is absolutely no excuse for selling wilted and/or rotten produce at a premium price, or to deceive customers with promises of "local" produce that isn't. They have a C- rating with the BBB with two customer complaints that have not been addressed. read more

We had a similar service for a year or two, but realized we were wasting some of the produce and just ended up composting the leftovers. We ended that service but decided to try a new one recently. I really liked the website with the options of likes and dislikes which really appealed to me. Being able to customize the order was important to us. What we got in our first and only box was a major disappointment. The quality of the produce was nice, but paying nearly $40 for $10 worth of produce was not. I was not impressed at all with the value. I could have gone to Top Banana in Ballard and got 3 times the selection and value for the same price. I cancelled the service after my first delivery. I'll just get my produce the old fashioned way and suffer through the minor inconvenience of grocery shopping. read more

I would have appreciated someone letting me know that just so I could find an alternative, but I do feel its worth updating my review. They gave me a refund, which I appreciate, but if there is anything I'd like to pass on, it's that most people need communication more than refunds when it comes to food during a pandemic. I do like the product, and the 'option' to add farm products is very enticing, but Full Circle's website come customization time is completely useless. Their farm items sell out very quickly, so I always log on right when customization starts, but it often takes an hour or more to load the items list. I can only assume that the site traffic overloads them, but honestly, with the amount they charge, and the volume they sell, how hard can it be to hire competent web developers? The variety and ease of ordering were a big attraction for me, but given that I can almost never access them, the CSA is barely worth the money. As soon as I find a better option, I'll be switching out. Also, I have to agree with the other reviewers: the produce comes packaged in a truly ridiculous amount of plastic. Given that I started my subscription during the covid-19 crisis, I figured it might be due to that, but even with that factored in, there is way too much plastic for the food to feel in any way sustainable. For example, I ordered 2.5 pounds of sunchokes last week and received *five* bags of 0.5 lbs each, with maybe four individual items per bag. For $27.95 I received 1 head of lettuce (going bad with wilted rotten leaves), a bunch of broccoli (the broccoli looks fresh and good), a bunch of kale (discolored leaves), a bunch of cilantro (starting to go bad, probably has another day or 2 left), 4 apples (2 of which have bruises or weird holes in the skin), and 3 little potato's that looked like they were all dropped. I didn't customize this box because it was the last thing on my mind with Coronavirus and the economy crashing down around us. I was so upset when I saw that box on my porch, I know it's my fault I forgot about it but realizing that I'd just spent $30 on a few scraps of rotten produce when we can barely afford to buy necessities made my heart drop. When I opened the box I felt even more upset, realizing that much of the produce is unusable. I went to immediately cancel my account and realized that since I lost my debit card and had to get a replacement they didn't have my current number and were unable to charge me. What a relief. I can only imagine trying to get refunded for what I received and only being given a credit and not a true refund. Update: To be fair to Full Circle, I did get my box four hours after the delivery window. I received a call from the driver that I wasn't able to pick up in time, so got an email that it was left outside by the apartment call box -- sprinted down and picked it up. Most produce was really nice and with the exception of a badly bruised apple. I will be cancelling as the produce is mostly great, but the delivery process was way too stressful. Signed up, customized my box, and it was nowhere to be found by the delivery window I was told to expect it. I marked it as missing through my account page, and was told someone would get back to me within 24 hours. So, I also called the customer phone line several times and kept hitting a recorded message saying they weren't taking messages but would reopen between 8am-5pm (I called several times at or after 8:30, well after their advertised opening). I was really hopeful about this delivery, but it seems the service is designed with maximum friction for customers to take any action. Eh, the first box came at like 11pm , and it was well below freezing at night so all of the produce was rock hard by the morning. Plus they charge your card in advance of any discounts before the next box even ships so its impossible to cancel without being charged. What a rip. read more
