Although they are claiming they have lot of local organic vegetables and fruits, i do not see lot of options up there. I love their delivery option. I hope they van support more local producer and local farms read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - I purchased a gift box from Full Circle Farm for a friend from Groupon, and to redeem the gift coupon they had to enter their debit card on the website as a "member." Their card was charged $700, and when I called to ask them to reverse the charges and simply deliver their gift, the customer response to my request was that they would "get around to it." This company is intentionally deceptive in offering gift box options while misleadingly demanding debit card information. Do not use this company unless you want your debit card charged incorrectly with no helpful customer service option. read more

I wonder if things have changed a lot since some of the older reviews are negative, and I have not come across any of the same problems. I first tried New Roots Organic and they made errors with every single box, though they were very nice about correcting them. I was expecting the same from Full Circle Farm but everything has been perfect. No errors or omissions and no damaged fruit either. It's wonderful being able to customize my order completely. I change my mind at least 5 times before the final selection is due, so I always get the best combination for myself. It's also a good deal for us since it fixes our budget for the week and still fills the fruit bowl and crisper to the very top. The only thing, and this is actually pretty major for me, is that I can't choose the delivery day. This is understandable since they are trying to be conservative with fuel, but if I could have my box delivered on Sunday or Monday instead of Wednesday it would make a world of difference. Some flexibility there would be nice. read more

Wonderful! Fresh, organic, local produce delivered to my door at appx grocery store prices! No match to the quality of produce in this box! Thank you so much for this service! Tina read more

I am a very big fan of Full Circle Farms. I like the variety of vegetables and fruits, and like that me and my family have to "stretch" our tastebuds to enjoy new things. Also, i think the add-ons are great, and i'm thrilled that they now offer home delivery. I would also recommend that people visit the farm, and see how well-run the operation is, and how well they treat their workers. It really is a first-rate operation with first-rate produce and other products. read more

I just started using FCF and thought I was picking up my 3rd box yesterday but I was wrong. I didn't feel a need to complain about the quality of the produce I have received. Not even the totally rotten spinach I got twice in a row. I just wouldn't order spinach again. I don't even a have a complaint about the outrageous price for that box even though I don't think I've ever spent that much for that little per week on produce before in my life. I still wanted it. I really, really wanted it. The thing is, if I make a purchase - I BETTER GET MY PURCHASE. I don't care if all the stuff in the box is completely rotten or inedible (I inherently understood that risk after the first box I received) because I let it sit on the floor of a pickup location and forgot to get it after work the first day. I went to get it the very next day - it should have still been there. And yes, I did read the policy when I first started. Still, I somehow forgot the small window of time FCF allows for my 2nd chance pickup (between 10-2pm... on FRIDAY). I reasoned that because I, like many other people have just come back from or are just going to their last break AT WORK at 2pm on Friday, I still had plenty of time to get my box. Especially since my pickup location doesn't even close until 10pm. I walk in at 4:45, he tells me they already DONATED my box. I walk out quickly before I tear the marshmallow head off the sweet pudge that he is, go home and call FCF immediately. I asked for another box, she offered to refund 1/2 on the box instead and explained they were taking a loss on it too. What??!! No one should have had to lose a damn thing. I PAID FOR IT. I give you the money - you give me the box. That's how a purchase is supposed to go!!!. Besides, I was already willing to lose to an extent anyway - remember the spinach?!! I told her that wasn't good enough and her demeanor changed and she threw policy at me. I understand company policies - I fight for them for a living. This one I feel is wrong. Totally wrong. It's not like a subscription where you no longer want the service but it's too late to cancel so you can't get a refund. YOU STILL GET THE SERVICE YOU PAID FOR UNTIL IT EXPIRES. That's not what happened here. They gave my purchase away to some one or thing I don't even know the following day and told me I still have to pay for it. I ultimately accepted the partial refund in case that really is all I can do- but I am still livid. That was MY box. I PAID for it. I know I'm beating a dead horse here, but No one should have the right to give my purchase away but Me. Certainly not by 2pm the following day. I will be disputing the charge and taking it as far as I can. It is a small amount of money but I'm still going to fight for it. That is the only thing worth the cost at this point. read more

I bought a Groupon because I had been wanting to try Full Circle after my CSA closed. It ended up being one of the worst experiences I have had as a consumer. They insisted on having my credit card number and after I signed up, refused to honor the Groupon. They then proceeded to charge my credit card (which they claimed they wouldn't do until after they used the Groupon) and will not stop. I was also never able to get any produce--they never fulfilled my order. I emailed them several times and the only replies I received were more invoices. What a scam. read more

I literally jsut recieved my first box. Because i"m single and live alone, I opted for the smallest box. I completely forgot to pick up the box yesterday and picked it up early this morning. This spinach was not only wilted, I highly doubt it was acceptable before it wilted. I turned over my tomatoes and they were covered with brown spots. Lettuce completely wilted. Mangoes over-ripped;. So Out of the box, I will be able to use my bunch of zucchini (2) and my cucumber. read more

I've never written a Yelp review before but experience with Full Circle was so bad I feel I need to do what I can to help people stay away from this company. The idea is great in my opinion. Unfortunately, the quality of the produce is hit or miss and most of it goes bad pretty fast. They also pack it with the worst of the worst unless you select specifics each week (there doesn't seem to be a way to say I never want certain things). I signed up for Friday deliveries and sometimes it showed up Thursday night. By Friday morning when I got it, much of it had wilted. I spoke to customer service about it and they were remarkably unhelpful, curt and disrespectful. From the other reviews, I see similar problems and other wish I had read them before I signed up. Stay far away from this company!! Shop at your local farmers market! read more

Full Circle is expensive, has horrible customer service and a very limited selection and array of local vegetables and fruit. I joined in the winter and stuck it out through the summer and then quit in disgust. Not once was there local asparagus, cherries, berries, corn, peas, snap peas, tomatoes, etc in my box. I switched to New Root Organics and they are a thousand times better. I have artichokes in my box this week and am getting asparagus next week. Run, don't walk from this company. read more

I really wanted to like them, but after just a few months I gave up. Three of the four final weeks included spoiled produce. Once, OK, that happens. Maybe even twice over a longer length of time. But 75%? And an impossible online "customer service" option. One time I received a $10 credit to my account. The second time nothing. And the third and final time they said I would receive a credit but have yet to see it. I will stick with stores and Farmers Markets. read more

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I've been getting billed weekly for the last 3 months, never got any invoices or delivery notices so I didn't know I WAS getting billed until my credit card company alerted me to fraudulent activity on my card. Never got in deliveries because the produce was being sent to a local co-op that I've never heard of. Full Circle is refunding me half of the $400 they collected from me. Isn't that nice? NOT happy. read more

Be careful this is the biggest veggie scam ever.$28 a bag and no notice of delivery. Plus if the bag doesn't show up its not their fault. Last the veggies and fruit suck, on the verge of rotting, very wilted. Just an all around disappointment. Just go to the farmers market it's cheaper and better quality. read more

Hi, I have been receiving bi-weekly deliveries for several months now. Pros....great concept, love the convenience and dont' mind paying slightly more. Easy stop/start/hold deliveries..love it!! Great customer service, responded promptly to issues, and followed through on their actions. Cons....each shipment has had an issue (broken egg, bruised fruit, broken carrots, wrong item, missing item etc.)...on my last order I didn't even contact customer service as it was just too inconvenient. At this time I am considering stopping the delivery as the vegetable/fruit quality is low and not as fresh as I expect for the premium price and goes bad very quickly...the rest of the items are great! I will remain a loyal patron if the quality of the deliveries improves. read more

Living in Alaska I was very happy to learn about Full Circle and to receive fresh produce and veggies. My first box was picked up yesterday. I received 4 peaches, 1 had mold on it, 2 were over ripe and the last one was rock hard. My ears of corn were terrible and one of them had a worm in it and the whole tip of the ear was rotten. My bunch of radishes were rotten. I haven't even mentioned the rest of the box. I am writing this review to let others know what they can expect. What a let down. This company is a joke!!! read more

I recently joined up with Full Circle from a coupon received in the mail to get your 5th box free. I have had two deliveries so far and am impressed. I think all the produce is really fresh, looks good (was a little skeptical if any was going to be bruised or damaged but nothing so far). I think the website is super easy to use and I like how you can add grocery items. Not sure what is up with all the low reviews, you are paying the same price as you would for organic in the store and half of that crap goes bad by the time you put it in your fridge. I despise going to the store because you always end up buying twice as much as what you want, at least with this being delivered to your door first thing in the morning is great because you are only receiving a week amount if not more and don't spend extra from walking down the store aisles and throwing away food!. I will try it for a while and see how I like it..Wintertime makes it easy since my local produce store is closed at 5 by the time I get off work. Might postpone it during summer months but so far I am enjoying it! read more

I just signed up and have received my first order. The produce is so fresh! If you need to contact their customer service you will not be disappointed. They are polite, helpful and they follow up to make sure your needs are met. A big thank you to Claire, you get 5 stars for making my experience with Full Circle a very positive on! read more

I am writing to say that because of a wrong number full circle was not able to get ahold of me to resolve the issue I had with some people f their products. Since I wrote the last review I have talked to Shelby at full circle and she was very kind and completely resolved the issues I had with full circle. Thank you Shelby!!! I am now a happy customer of full circle again. read more

I have ordered from Full Circle off and on for about a year. Unfortunately, the quality of the produce is not at an high enough standard to keep ordering. The produce does not look fresh when it arrives, and spoils within a few days. Good concept, bad execution. read more

i am very dissapointed in the '"CSA" from FCF. i live in alaska and have recieved several boxes from FCF. i don't consider it a true CSA. 90% of what came in the box was NOT from FCF, and very few items were from small local farms. in the last box i received there were carrots from a factory farm in Mexico and kale from large farms in California. how is that part of the local community? they should just call it what it is. a grocery delivery service. it you really want to support your community check out some of the other local farms in the seattle area. go to your local farmer's market and check out the amazing local availability. FCF DOES NOT HAVE A CSA. read more

We have had a horrible experience with FCF. Multiple weeks, we had rotten food in the box. They change the delivery times at their discretion without determining if the change works for the customer. They say that they respond to your email when we wait and watch for a response that never shows up, and this is how they justify charging you anyways. If you are considering signing up, don't. I have been part of several CSAs, and this is by far the worst. read more

I should have really read over more of the postings and blogs about how poor the customer service and products were. Let us first start off by the sign up, fairly to the point. So I did it, picked the location of my pick-up in Bothell. I then had to wait several days to see what the contents of my box were going to be and to order any "green grocer" items. This system was supposed to be easy and quick for my nanny. I order, she picks up, my kids are fed healthy food while I'm away on business. Yeah...not so much. I placed my order on the 27th, changed some things in my box, and then added Green Grocer Items. I was supposed to get a delivery on Tuesday the 30th of October. Today I logged on to my account and low and behold my order was "inactive" Oh, ok. Why would that be? So after trying to call them on the phone, many times on what seems to be a very ancient phone system and voicemail I finally reach someone. You can tell he is unsure of everything he is telling me, he doesn't have any answers to any of my questions ( mind you I am on business in Scotland and talking to him ) So I ask him to put me on hold and go find out. So he does, and I wait, and wait , and wait. He finally comes back on and he still doesn't sound to sure. It actually sound like he is giving me a line of complete BS to be frank. And this is what I get "Well ummm... it looks like your order was big? Yes, so what? He says well like a couple hundred dollars? Yes, and again, so what? That's not hard to do with products like yours. Well... it's looks like we might have tried to bill your card and there was an issue. Ok...not possible, it's an AmEx, but I could have typed a number in wrong. I offer to fix it and be done with it,. So I ask him if we fix it, does the order come as planned tomorrow. NOPE!!!!!!!!!!!! No order until NEXT week. Ok now I'm mad. I never got an email about the card issue, I never got a phone call , even though "customer service " is saying they left one. From the customer service manager "Linda". I work for Microsoft. I work in specific security field. I know every email in and out. NO ONE from Full Circle EVER contacted me, EVER. Not surprising. If you read the reviews you will see just how poor the customer service is with them. So even with the correct numbers entered, they still wouldn't be able to fill my order due tomorrow afternoon. Wow... that is some poor customer service. How much effort does it take to throw some stuff in a box and slap a sticker on it? NO offer to fix it, help, or check on trying to make an exception or do what they could to help. So FullCircle I will never give you my business, and I will make sure my friends and co-workers don't either. Have you ever heard this term FullCircle "give someone great service they will tell 10 people, give them horrible service they will tell 10,000" We are a small community, with lots of options. FullCircle you are no longer one of them! BTW, my "billing" date with them is the following Wednesday after the delivery is made. They ran my card early! Excuse from them, my order was large (maybe $280 or so ). Well that says 2 things to me. Have people pay as they order if you have that worry. And you don't trust customers that actually want to do some serious shopping from you to make life easier for them, and their families. So be warned , FullCircle is a pain to deal with, has horrible customer service, and is in the dark ages on how to communicate with customers. So I'm sure Whole Foods will welcome me back with my large grocery order of $400 + today, though my nanny will not be so happy that she has to do that now while I'm out of town :o( Sorry Hannah, I'll bring you back a gorgeous sweater and give you 3 extra days off with pay! read more

I ordered a harvest box, which never came in. I called their customer service, which is the only reason they got two stars, and they were incredibly polite and asked me to give them a chance to make it up to my by sending my next box for no charge. (never mind that I already paid for the first box which never arrived.) The next week I picked up my box eager to get home and enjoy my wonderful fruits and veggies. To my utter disappointment half the boxes contents were missing and all of my veggies, besides the carrots, were past the point of cooking with. Now I know these two instances may have just been an off couple of days by the company but, it was enough to lose my business. read more

I just received my bag of produce and it was the best broccoli and apples I have had in a long time. Can't wait for my next bag!

A dear friend of mine needed to have medical treatment and would be home healing for six weeks. She also has many food challenges that means eating is just harder for her in general. My husband and I decided to send her a box per week while she was home healing to make life a little easier for her. She loved it and told me it was a huge help, so I am assuming the produce was good quality. The problem came when I went to cancel. I chose to call in to cancel because I wanted to express how helpful it was for my friend and I appreciated their delivery services. It was fine until he asked about calling her to do a sales pitch and see if she would want to pick up the service herself. I laughed and commented that she knew the name of their company and could contact them if she chose to, but I refused to share her information. It left me unsettled and annoyed. You don't call to pester someone going through treatment like that. Cancel the service, say thank you and goodbye. I am still thankful that something like this exists since it meant I could support someone I care about, but please make gifting deliveries easier and leave out the sales pitch. read more

I have been getting this service for the past 3 months and love it. I do not miss the stress and time it takes visiting the supermarket 1 to 2 times a week. I save so much time with this home delivery service I feel very spoiled. I also am burning less fuel and less wear and tear on my vehicle. The best part is of course how good the produce tastes. The food is wonderful and I'm eating a much healthier diet than before because it is easier and tastier to eat well. I use some of the time I save not shopping to cook which is so great. I also love that it is all organic and that I'm supporting smaller PNW farms, not huge conglomerates who use toxic chemicals on food I put in my mouth. Yuck. The new website is easy and fun to use, a stress free shopping experience, and my box has arrived in good condition. The website allows me to customize what I get in my box. I can tell in advance where my produce is coming from by clicking on an information button. So far everything except the bananas have been from smaller family farms in WA, CA and OR which is great !! I have shopped in the past from a lot of your typical organic and regular supermarkets where I can't always get what I want in an organic option, where you don't always know if your organics really are organic and where most of it, both conventional and organic, seems to come from Mexico. Getting an entire box of fresh organic produce that is entirely from the Pacific Northwest (except the bananas that don't grow here) also makes me very happy. I thought at the beginning that I would order it every other week but to my surprise the taste difference for me when the produce is really fresh was so significant I have been getting the box weekly. I can't speak for anyone else but with the time saving, stress saving, no vehicle costs and not shopping hungry and buying stuff I don't really want or need, I'm saving money as well as time with the service. I have also been very satisfied with the taste and cost of all the grocery items I've bought. The eggs, cheese, tamales and exceptional dried apricots etc. have all been very tasty. I'm personally very happy with this service and I have already recommended it to my family and friends. Bon Appetit !!! read more

A couple years ago, I decided to try out Full Circle. While I appreciated the concept of organic produce, and know full well that you need to consume it quickly or else it goes bad, I didn't expect for my orders spanning over two months to contain 1-2 moldy produce varieties each. I reached out to their customer service via email, providing pictures of the moldy fruit, but I didn't hear back until I sent an email to cancel my account. With that, I got a confirmation that my account was closed, but I could always reactivate it. I was personally surprised! I took the time to provide feedback, and heard nothing until I asked for a confirmation that they had closed my account. Since then, I've started shopping at PCC and started my own garden. This works for me :) Please note, this was my experience two years ago, and things may have changed since (I hope) but I felt compelled to provide this feedback regardless. read more

We really wanted to love Full Circle, thinking it would be a nice CSA-type option during the cold months, when our local CSA is not growing and delivering. I loved the ease of the website, the ability to exchange my items for that week, and the fact that I could have five permanent exemptions on our order (which was great due to allergies). I also loved the extra groceries you could add to the order. However, the quality control is terrible. Just terrible. Our lettuce the first week was wilted, and we could only use half the head. I did email customer service, and they did give me a small credit, but it's quality produce I want, not the hassle of emailing to get a few bucks. Second week, everything was fine, and I just made a mental note not to order lettuce. Third week, missing items (like two apples instead of three). Emailed again; credit again. Fourth week, missing items again. Emailed again; credit again. Quality of the produce also seemed to be going downhill each week. By the fifth week, I decided to cancel the service, but was waiting until after that week so I could place an order for an organic, pasture raised, local ham. And then, the straw that broke the camel's back: the $120 ham, as well as my weekly order, were not on my porch that morning. I called Full Circle, stating that I hope my neighbors did not get a $120 ham for Christmas from us. They promised to investigate and call back. Well, we never got a call back, but we did see an unmarked white van speeding excessively down our quiet neighborhood with kids hill, heard some stomping up to our porch, realized it might be Full Circle, and then watched the white van speed excessively up our hill again when we opened the door to get our groceries. I never got a call back regarding, and the delivery was hours and hours late compared to normal. Despite the ham being amazing, the produce was sorely lacking in quality compared to my local co-op, the customer service lacking, the hassle to contact them each week was ridiculous, and their quality control on packing is terrible. After 15+ years of amazing local summer and fall CSAs, I was hoping to fill my winter months with Full Circle, but unfortunately, no. read more

I guess I was on recurring deliveries. I bought a groupon for an order- received that order and then was offered a promo, so we tried it again. We were not that happy with the fruit /veggies so iwe decided not to order again were. The emails that came from full circle were put to junk, because we thought we were done. Didn't think much more about it. My husband look at our credit card statement and asked me if we were getting this product? We were being charged and had been for over 2 months- I just wished that they were delivered to my house so I would have known to call them. ( we lived further out of town and pick up at a central location). I would have thought the people at the central location would have told full circle that we hadn't been picking up our package. What a scam.....watch the recurring shipments and the product was not the greatest either... Out over $300.00 :( read more

The produce was nice. I like that you can select what you want in your box. However, the serving allotment supposedly in the box is way off. The box I received said it was for 4 (30-40 servings per the web) for a week. The two of us consumed pretty much all of it just M-F. If you eat a liberal amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet, IE at most meals, you should order much more than the recommendation. I would consider the box to have had 15-20 "real" servings of fruits and veggies, rather than 30-40. Basically the box has 11 "units" and you can change them for something else, but if you choose to sub out your pound of potatoes for avocados, you will get one teeny, tiny avocado. Essentially, you could end up spending $35 for a medium Garden box of 11 baby avocados. Something about their pricing on certain items doesn't make sense. Quality is good. It's organic. But it's not any better priced, and perhaps is significantly more expensive, than organic items at the local store. I got mine on a two week trial at half price, which I thought was reasonable, but I definitely would not continue at full. There are other options such as Bountiful Baskets Co-Op for getting much more organic produce for a better price. read more
