I came down with the flu and couldn't pick up my box the first time around, so I managed to drag myself out of the house for the second chance location. I checked the address twice, had a map with me in addition to my GPS. After circling around the unlit backstreet where this second location was supposed to have been located for about 15 minutes, I gave up and went home. I called them to see if I could drive to their warehouse but they'd stated my produce was donated to charity. When I asked for a partial credit or refund, they forwarded a request to a manager and never got back in touch either via phone or email. After several follow up calls and emails, I finally resorted to calling my bank and disputing the charge. Keep in mind this was only my third box, but the produce I actually received was not all that great. In fact, some of it was past expiration or close to kicking the bucket. Maybe that was just a bad month, but I've definitely found better produce at Pike Place, and the customer service at either Spud or Pioneer Organics has them beat. While I want to support our local farms, I cannot in good faith recommend the Full Circle Farm CSA service to any of my friends due to such an extremely poor experience. Sorry guys! read more

I switched from Imperfect Produce to try full circle in an effort to support local farms and decrease waste. The produce was good and the home delivery is convenient. However, I was disappointed by the plastic bags. The website is pretty but not easy to quickly see what comes locally and what comes from afar. A lot of the produce comes from CA (which I understand because it's winter) but it would be nice if I could quickly identify it and choose otherwise. I also wish I could just pick up my box somewhere close-by but there are no drop offs in West Seattle. read more

We've been really happy with Full Circle. One of my favorite things about Full Circle is the ability to customize orders. There's just certain produce we'll never eat, so I love that I can swap it out for extra pears, another avocado, etc. All our experience with customer service has been great, too. There have been a few times we've gotten spoiled produce, but both times I emailed them and they added a credit to our account to make up for it. read more

I am giving Full Circle 3 stars because I've had problems with them when it comes to finding my house in the beginning and putting a bag on hold. The customer service is really well and no complaints on the produce. In fact when it comes to dinner time and I need a vegetable I always have one because of full circle. read more

Full Circle brings us the produce we request in excellent condition. We couldn't be happier.

Met this lovely lady named Melissa Feari talking about the organic farming. Seek her out for mor information. Excellent experience!

I was approached by Abby at a public event. I had been with Imperfect Produce for about 2 weeks, but I was still willing to hear about Full Circle. She didn't really listen to me. Didn't really talk about how it would be beneficial to me. I'm willing to pay slightly more to help out farmers, better produce, better service. She didn't really talk about how they were different, but started asking me where I lived and what my email address was. Next thing I knew, she was asking me what my address was to deliver my first delivery and that if I walked away I wouldn't get the $15 discount. I had already told her I was with somebody else. It kind of felt like she was trying to sign me up for something without having me realize I was signing up for something. When she asked me to add more info, I had to walk away. I was already paying for a produce delivery service. What was I paying for? When I said that I was already with another subscription and pushed the iPad away, it was this awkward silence. I didn't do the subscription service, but I am not a fan of the sales interaction. She didn't really listen to me and was trying to have me enter information for something that I was already paying for. read more

I love the options of being able to customize your order and purchasing other items from the Green Grocer. I also like that they're very upfront about where the fruit comes from. Everything was fresh and well packaged. I especially appreciated that the milk and soup bones were packed in ice: I used to get milk from Smith Brothers Farms, and the box would just sit on the doorstep all day at whatever temperature the day happened to be, so not having to worry about the milk spoiling during the day is a nice change. The fruit was especially fantastic; I don't think I've ever had such sweet oranges. As soon as the box got home I think I had two oranges and two kiwis in one sitting. The only thing I would change is that I wish I could go into the system myself to change scheduling, payment info, and other logistical stuff like that, but it's very simple doing all that through them. I did some calculations and found that the box delivery is actually cheaper than buying produce at the grocery store every week. Hopefully I can convince the boyfriend that this is the way to go. read more

Pros - Convenient pickup spots, dependable service Great produce quality, delicious veggies Easy to use website Cons - Only about 1/3 of the produce is local (WA). Much of it is from CA, Mexico or beyond! Limited Selection for those that want to modify their order contents Fruit consistently goes bad within 2-3 days from pickup. Yuck! Vessel is cardboard box - only reusable for compost or recycle. Prefer delivery/pickup boxes for environment-sake. read more

I love this farm. It's the perfect hybrid of local CSA and customizable grocery delivery. They bring what's in season from our local farms and then a selection from other west coast farms to make sure that there's something for everyone. I've had the occasional lackluster fruit or veggie, but overall the produce quality has been pretty great. The website has tons of interesting info, from the farm blog to produce storage tips and recipes, they really do a great job of connecting us to our food system. I will admit that my grocery budget has gone up a bit. At the same time, I'm motivated to cook more and eat out less so I'm saving money overall, living a more healthy lifestyle, and actually enjoying my fruits and veggies. If you are on the fence about trying something other than the norm, this is the farm for you. read more

This produce Box provides reliable, delicious, local goods at reasonable prices. Met Doug and Makia at the Tacoma Remodeling Expo. Signed me up and my two daughters for this service. Got my first box. What a great service! Loved the healthy and organic products in my box that I can customize which is delivered right to my door. So convenient! Doug and Makia are awesome representatives of this company! I loved chatting with them. They are both great guys. You gotta sign up for this awesome service! read more

Organic produce, grown locally, delivered to your neighborhood at reasonable prices. Now if that doesn't make you feel self-righteous, I don't know what will. Community supported agriculture has a foothold in the Puget Sound region and looks to be around for quite awhile as long as developers don't buy up all the remaining farmland and build crappy condos on it. Full Circle works with the consumer so that everyone is happy and the farm keeps on operating smoothly. www.fullcirclefarm.com will give you more answers. read more

I signed up to receive Full Circle boxes at my work and got my first box half off with a referral from a co-worker. So far I have loved everything I've received and have really enjoyed that I can substitute items each week if I don't want something. The only reason I removed one star is that my lettuce (similar to other people's complaints) wilted really quickly and did not look particularly appetizing. However, the rest of my produce has been fabulous and this has really saved me time shopping and helped improve my diet. read more

I have received four boxes so far and I am very pleased. The food is fresh and I love being able to switch out one item for another. The delivery to the door every other Thursday evening is great. read more

I love supporting the local farmers. Plus, it is delivered to my doorstep and the produce is always delicious. They are very reliable and 99% of the time the delivery is at my door before I take my dog for a walk (first thing I do in the morning) so I have time to put it in the fridge before I go to work. Thanks! read more

I've been receiving produce from FCF for almost a year, and have been more than pleased with the customer service and produce. There have been a few times that there was a mix up with items, but a call always took care of the problem--and a person would answer. Emails were always answered as well. For the number of weeks we've been buying, I believe there has only been 3 times that an error has happened. I've always been given the choice of a refund or the inclusion for the following week. A couple of weeks ago I received an abundance of kiwi that wasn't on my list... I contacted them about this (I was more than willing to pay for this), but instead they told us to enjoy the produce and made sure nothing was missing from the list. We've had weather issues, and they've been very communicative and timely about delivery times/availability. On the actual items received? Quality, top shelf stuff! You can't go wrong. read more

My husband & I were excited to find an organic produce company that would deliver where we live. We only wanted delivery once a month. For us it was a test to see how well this would work for us. Saying we were disappointed, is an understatement. The communication skills of this company leave a lot to be desired. I received a message saying that they couldn't find our place and were unable to deliver. So I called & gave detailed directions on how to get here. I was told they wouldn't know when they would be delivering in our area. They would call when they could deliver. We requested they leave the order on our front poruch; pushed away from the edge toward our front door. They left it on our back pourch, someplace we never recieve delivery's. We didn't even know they had started delivering. We found it 9 days after someone had made a delivery. Not a very nice smellig package. When I called they were nice about giving a refund for the order. Because the directions hadn't been followed for the delivery. However they had no record of someone making this delivery. I belive they need to work on delivery info & give a heads up to new customers, by phone message, on when it starts. We won't be going back to this company again. Spoiled produce is never a good bargan. read more

A total lifesaver! It's always nice to be able to shop for organic produce from your phone and get it delivered to your house. It saves my time and money. I love having produce and more at my door on Tuesday mornings!!!

I was so excited to get my first box after hearing about Full Circle for a while I work with an "imperfect produce" box service and thought I could use an upgrade. I shouldn't have bothered. The cheese was molded, the spinach was wilted flat and wouldn't rehydrate after cutting each leaf and soaking, the collard greens did rehydrate but arrived wilted. Of my 3 honeycrisp apples, one had a rotted spot, and two had holes punched into them from poor handling. Aside from that, it was OK. LOL. But the real story is what happened next. I called customer service to cancel after such a disappointment, and all I could get was a fight from the customer service representative. I had to ask 5 separate times to cancel my service. First, I got "what was wrong?" I explained and asked again to cancel. Then I got, "we want to make it right", I told her I didn't want it made right, I wanted to cancel. Then I got "I need to look at your order so I can refund it" and I started to get hot. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted to cancel, "But we want to make it right." I asked for her supervisor and got yet another fight regarding why I wanted to speak to her supervisor. I advised her that I simply wanted to talk to some one who would do as I asked and cancel the order without a fight. Then she agreed to cancel but I thought I had best talk to the supervisor anyways just to let him know that sometimes people actually do know what they want when they call. If you are into helicoptering customer service who is sure they know more than you do about what you want and eager to raise your blood pressure, along with deliveries of marginal fresh food, I'm certain they are fabulous. For my money, I'll keep working with Imperfect Produce and get what I actually pay for without a fight. Full Circle really set the standard for me for working with a more local outfit. It's a standard I don't suggest to anyone looking for quality food and customer service. read more

We're on our fourth bi-weekly box. So far so good. One mix up (an omitted item) which was replaced in the next box. It is a little odd that they have all of these non-local options, which I guess is their way of trying to keep the customers "happy", but I just always substitute out any of the "foreign" items. While not-so sustainable, I guess it's still a smidgen better to support a local company (FCF) rather than buy the same long-distance produce from the mega-chain corporations. I am curious to see what happens once the colder weather hits... in which case I could re-evaluate my score. read more

I joined for a week and wasn't very impressed. Pros: The website is awesome. You have total control to customize what you want, manage your account, specify favorites, etc. This alone may make it worth it to many people. The price is right, as is the amount of produce you get. The grapefruit, pears, and blood oranges I got were the best I'd ever had Cons: The sald greens I got were partially rotten. All the mineolas were desiccated. Some of the produce was just bagged stuff from "Earthbound organics". I understand they want to provide variety but anyone can get Earthbound in a grocery store and it feel disingenuous to package it in a CSA. read more

This is the best CSA is town. I've tried a couple of other ones (Pike's Place and Pioneer Organics), and these guys have consistently delivered better produce. There are a bunch of pick up locations, and if you forget your box, there is a second chance pick up spot. We get a weekly box, and for two vegetarians, it is a great amount! read more

The customer service is outstanding. So far our fruits and veggies have been perfect. I haven't used FCF through the winter yet but I'll be sure to request more locally grown produce if that's possible. We have gotten 1 or 2 things from Mexico but the overwhelming amount of produce has been local. I'm not really sure about the bad reviews here. read more

I've had two deliveries from Full circle and I like it that they use a nice insulated bag (which I probably paid for as hidden cost). My message for delivery was "leave it at the front porch" however, the driver leaves it at the side gate right by the sidewalk Really???? Furthermore, their restrictions to modify and cancel an order is completely ridiculous. I have to remember to cancel my order by Monday noon when the order is for Friday. Do you know busy people are on Monday mornings?? And more than one week in advance to plan for what my family needs one week later??? They have to stop assuming that people plan their lives around ordering groceries from full circle. I called and begged to just cancel my order on a Tuesday for my Friday delivery (4 days in advance mind you). AND they haven't even charged my card yet, but they are too busy modifying the deliveries for Friday to cancel my order. I think that's simply bullshit. I think this is a very badly run business. And by the way the prices for the groceries are way too expensive. It's not worth it if you live in the city. I rather shop at whole foods or qfc or even amazon fresh. read more

Full Circle has changed how my family lives. We are able to actually plan meals together, we have the ability to learn about the food together with our littles and teach them how food should taste. This program also shows them the importance of hard work. If you give your time and patience to something, like produce, you can grow some of the most amazing food you have ever tasted. They get excited when the box arrives, they unpack it for us and choose what produce our meals will feature. It's changed how our family functions together. And just like any delivery service, there is always one or two small things that I wish had been better quality, BUT their satisfaction guarantee is amazing, their customer service always so helpful. I've never had to pay for anything that didn't make us happy. I can't see myself returning to store for my produce, not after tasting the difference and knowing we are making a difference in a farmer's life. read more

I just cancelled my membership and would not recommend this company to anyone. I was only a member for a couple of months and in that time I received wilted, slimy, rotten and bruised products. In my latest order the romaine was slimy, apple bruised and several potatoes were the size of an olive. It takes a couple of emails before customer service will respond when you do have an issue. Save yourself the headache and go else where to get organic products. read more

I used to live in Tacoma, now I live in Anchorage, Alaska. I see so many negative reviews about the food going bad too quickly. Well here in Alaska pretty much all produce I buy at the store goes bad in a few days. The milk at our grocery stores is Washington milk and I often can't even find any that isn't going to expire in a few days, and I've even seen milk set to expire the same day. I have been getting Full Circle deliveries for a couple months and I have never had a problem. Most of the produce lasts a week or more, which greatly exceeds any produce available in the grocery stores here. None of the produce is local, being Alaska I guess, so it is delivered from the same places as your deliveries and it has much further to travel. And the convenience of fresh produce coming to your door every week can't be beat, I've even added local milk deliveries (though I wish I could automatically have it come each week without having to add it each time). I get the harvest box which is perfect for my family of four. My amazing 7 year old daughter decided to become a vegetarian June 2012, since she has gone meatless the rest of the family only eats meat a couple times a week (I could probably give it up but my husband never could) so we go through a lot of produce. I also enjoy that the produce is so varied. There are so many things I've never tried and I love receiving items I wouldn't regularly buy because then I get to try new things. For example, I never buy any squash besides pumpkin and I've bee having fun preparing a variety of squash recipes. Also, I had never heard of Rainbow Chard before getting these deliveries and it is the most beautiful green and I love making Rainbow Chard Alfredo, sooooo good! In my opinion if your going to nag, go shopping yourself at the store or at farmers markets. My experience has been awesome! read more

Spoiled food. I'll never order from them again. I just received my first order. A friend had warned me that the produce quality was really bad and said I should cancel my order. I should have listened to her. * The garlic is black and about 1/2 usable if I cut all the bad parts out. * The raspberrys have blue/green mold on them. * The spinach is blighted, looks like swiss cheese (insects have eaten about 10% of it, and has black spots all over it. Full Circle Farms: As a customer, it's a terrible experience to pay a premium for groceries, then receive what amounts to compost. read more

My first delivery experience was a big disappointment. I recieved my box and the produce was wilted, not fresh at all! Delivery was supposed to be 8am-8pm, they came at 9:48pm (captured on my ring camera) Potatoes was scratched up, apple was bruised, pears was bruised and stem part showed early stage of rot. I had one avocado that was a size of a large egg. Very disappointed with the quality recieved. I canceled my service the very next day! read more

I'm happy with the produce for the most part and love that they deliver, but their relentless use of heavy plastic packaging and use of barcode stickers on the products has me considering canceling. Totally antithetical to CSA principals. It bums me out. They do so much right. read more

Today was our second delivery. Last week we had moldy peaches and mushy apples. Today we again had rotten peaches that were still green! Not too impressed with the quality of the produce. The service is good, but the quality is just not there. I will cancel our subscription. read more

Run from this CSA. The produce was okay, but certainly not fresh. Our leafy veggies always arrived limp. So we stopped. The big issue is even after we stopped they keep charging. Twice now for us. It seems like a pattern, others on yelp and a complaint on BBB site (now two because I just submitted one as well). There are some other, better CSAs. Find them and save yourself the headache of this one. Learn from our mistakes. read more

Full Circle is a great way to get locally grown fresh produce & other unique items delivered right to your door. Once a week or once a month, whatever fits your needs. These folks are wonderful! They are very pleasant, and they provide great products and service. I highly recommend them.

Really great group of people to work with in our area. They offer so many ways to get fresh organic local produce and artisan delights like Theo Chocolates and Mt. Townsend creamery delivered too! You can customize your order and choose to pick it up at a specified community pick up site or delivered to your home. Hey not all of us can eat mangoes ...so pick something else that you love! It is that easy. They are growing their business in Kitsap County so look at their web site for more community location pick up sites and new products! This is one way that I can choose to support a local farm and realize that I am just not a gardener or farmer ... but I can appreciate their work by purchasing it and sharing it at my table. I can't wait for Rainier Cherries !!! read more

Warning: If you give them your credit card information, they may charge you for food you did not order and they may charge you after you cancel your service. They may also accuse you of lying about whether you ordered the food or not, try to soothe your hurt feelings by telling you the food you paid for was delivered to charity and then refuse to do anything about the money they charged you erroneously. If you love the produce so much that you are willing to take this chance my only advice is to not use their "hold" feature for future orders. I had placed orders on hold through their web site and they delivered them, charged me for them and then said I hadn't even logged onto their site for over a month which meant that I was lying to them about placing the orders on hold. I had logged on several times in the last month and had double and triple checked that the orders were on hold. Obviously there is something wrong with their record keeping but accusing the customer of making stuff up is their idea of good customer service. To add insult to injury, they continued to charge my credit card after I had cancelled the service and had correspondence from them stating there would be no further charges. Way to go FCF! It's great business to enrage a customer over less than 100$. read more

My husband enrolled us in Full Circle, and we scheduled delivery to a pickup site. Our apartment complex is not secure for a delivery when we are not at home, so we needed to use the pickup site. We were not notified of delivery, there was no reminder or notification of delivery. When we went in to pick up our product (a few hours after delivery) the pickup site told us that Full Circle's policy was to donate any food that had not been picked up by 2pm. We arrived for pickup around 5pm, due to our work schedules. Our food had been donated, and we didn't even have a chance to pick it up! We asked for a full refund for the product that was never delivered or held for pick up, and suggested that Full Circle make it clear in their policies that they donate the orders if not picked up by a certain time. Full Circle refused to give us a refund, so we canceled our subscription due to the extremely poor customer service. We bought a service and product from them that they never made good on. Buyer beware: You may or may not get the food you pay for. And then Full Circle may or may not care about keeping your business. Total fail. read more
