She is a community member and wanted to give them some business and she remembered they advertised a discount for community members. Anyway I called and after a couple rings someone answered hello, not Moquionos just hello. I didn't care but thought maybe they're just laid back but looking forward to their work. I explained all the details and the bored guy on the other line had told me to text pictures and vin number of the vehicle. After a week of no response we ended up towing it to Japanese Auto Pros in Phoenix. Moquionos never called back or followed up. I guess they didn't want our money. Anyway Japanese Auto did it for a good price and we are happy with them. We run a business also. We understand that sometimes business gets too busy but rude is rude. At least call back your customer's and learn some respect. I guess some people just don't have that inside of them. Glad we didn't leave our truck with these guys!
