Fortunately, a very kind female staff member came over and helped me, so I was able to get my order through successfully. I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly friendly and worked so hard--it really left a strong impression on me. My brother ordered four burgers as well. The first two came out pretty quickly, but we had to wait quite a while for the remaining two. Even then, that same employee checked his order ticket and helped push it through so they would come out faster. (He bought four burgers total: two for him and my other brother to eat, and two extra to give to the security guards at my condo). The Pimento Beef Burger had quite a bit of cheese in it, so it was a little heavy, but still delicious. When I took my first bite, there was a slight spicy kick to it, which made me wonder what they put in it to give it that heat--but I'm guessing it was the dressing.
