The chicken is definitely tasty, but unfortunately, they grilled it a little too much this time and some of it was quite burnt. I guess that's partly because they grill the chicken directly on the grill. And, too spicy for me : both chicken and fries. Parking here is always a complete challenge because the parking lot is small and there are usually so many people. But my parking luck is always amazing -- cars somehow always seem to pull out right in front of me! And once again, today, a car pulled out right in front of me, so I was able to get a parking spot easily. It felt like another parking miracle! I asked for a cup of water, and he kindly gave me ice water. I also asked if I could have one extra plastic bag, and he gave me another one without any problem. The staff were very friendly, which was good. However, there's one thing to keep in mind when getting takeout here: the chicken is so oily that the grease can actually soak through and leak all over the plastic bag. You basically have to throw the first plastic bag away afterward. That's why I'm really glad I asked for an extra bag and brought one home with me. It definitely came in handy!

According to McDonald's, 24/7 locations serve the regular (lunch) menu until 5:00 AM. Despite this, I was told to wait, then at exactly 3:55 AM I was informed they could not fulfill my order because "3:55 AM is the cutoff for lunch items." This is unacceptable for two reasons: 1. I had already placed and paid for the order well before that time. 2. Staff delayed me at the speaker until the cutoff passed. When I asked for a manager, I was made to wait again until 4:00 AM, where the manager (Emanuel) claimed the system had switched to breakfast and they could no longer make my food. This contradicts both the stated 5:00 AM transition time and the fact that delivery drivers were still reportedly receiving orders. The explanations were inconsistent: * Initially a 3:55 AM cutoff * Then a 4:00 AM system lock * Then claims about ingredients being put away * Then inability to issue a refund due to the system being "down" No effort was made to resolve the issue. I was denied food, denied an immediate refund, and denied even basic alternatives despite clearly being a paying customer. Attempts to resolve this through the app, website, and customer service line all failed due to broken submission systems and disconnected calls. I have still not received a refund. This was not just a minor inconvenience. The staff behavior, apparent intentional stalling, and complete lack of accountability reflect poorly on this location. At minimum, I expect a refund. Given the time wasted and frustration caused, additional compensation or escalation would be appropriate.
