Massive disappointment!!! I desperately wanted to find a good Chinese Restaurant and this place is THE worst. To start, the table was sticky and dirty. The servers English is so bad she could not explain the menu items. My wife and I ordered the same noodle dish, but different proteins, she brought out identical items. We were the only customers but 6 tables still had dirty dishes. We waited 10 minutes for the server to show up for the bill and we had to yell for her because she was in the back. Food is okay, but the asian woman owner is very unpleasant and rude to me each time I visit as if she dislikes me. Not sure why as I haven't personally done anything to her but be a regular customer who orders the same thing each time. Ordered Orange Chicken. I was not asked if I wanted white or fried rice. The woman took my money and started walking away. I asked if the dish came with white rice and she obviously had told the kitchen to change my order to white rice. She packed my meal to go; but, I was never asked if it was to go. I asked if I may have a spoon and fork and she rudely said "over there", three her hand up and walked away. She went back to the kitchen and complained all the way and while in the kitchen. Unfortunately, another bad experience at our favorite Chinese restaurant in Knightdale. This new management needs to make some changes and quick before they run away all of the regulars. We decided to dine in and we don't recommend. The atmosphere is not customer friendly. Customer and Manager listening to phone on full volume. Came to location, they don't have air conditioner on, you cannot eat it it's so hot, then I had to wait for my food to be prepared, and needed to go to the restroom, but it was LOCKED!! I'm not sure what is going on, but it's ridiculous for business to have customers pay as much as they do for food and cannot even get a cool environment to wait in. it's already extremely hot outside, then to be inside and the same is INSANE!! Y'all coming from an ex employee, don't go. It's horrible I don't appreciate how our "manger" treats us and our staff. When I approach adult employees AKA her family, they justify her actions by saying "oh that's just how she is". And I'm like ok so when she hits us, degrades, or dismisses us when I try my best to respectfully communicate... that's "just how she is"????? Hell naw. Y'all I could go on a rant about the disgusting hygiene too.... You don't want to eat there. My parents found a literal roach in a dine in menu and imagine the embarrassment I felt. One time during rush hour, I ended up dropping an order due to a miscommunication with bagging and wontons fell out the bag. She proceeded to pick them up, close the bag and sent it to the customer, but not before asking me to check to see if they were looking. She'll leave dine in tables, dirty until I clock in at 5:00 for my shift for me to clean. She's able to walk herself over to the table to grab the tip but can't grab any other dishes with her. i've had tremendous amounts of customer complaints, and I reported them to a higher authority yet nothing has been done, Nothing has been said, and no important conversations has been had. Not to mention their sanitation rating drops significantly with new management. Don't go. That is, unless you want to gamble with your health, mental and physical. With time comes changes. This was my favorite chinese restaurant in the area, hands down. But within the last year, it seems there's been a change of staff. A lot of familiar faces are gone and that has cut their service down a surprising amount. The food quality, fortunately, is still there. Thank goodness for that. It's the service that has changed. Before, my wife and I were able to walk into the restaurant as the regulars we were and they knew what we wanted every time. That's a wonderful feeling. I know things like that can't last forever though, it's only natural. But the new staff has shown an example of having communication issues more than once (getting orders wrong) and unfortunately after our last visit, it was just downright rude. :/ We know what we want when we order our food. When we order our meal without veggies, the waitresses first reaction shouldn't be an incredulous "Really?" with laughter. That's just off putting, I shouldn't have to reply, "Yes, really." Revising my previous review (which is below). Ive been eating here for a couple years and ordering take out, etc. and it has always been consistently good. Lately, however, the cleanliness, service, and quality of food has decreased significantly. Not sure what's going on with this place. Sad to see such decline. During the most recent visit, the floor was filthy and the server cleaned and reset the tables but completely ignored all the trash on the floor. There were only three tables eing used, so it was not busy. the food was just so-so. Hot and sour soup that was oddly full of cabbage. The Goyza and habachi chicken were good. They have taken many items off the menu, including all udon dishes. The pu pu platter was very very greasy and simply piled on a plate with nothing to catch the grease, so everything was sitting in a puddle of grease. Maybe a napkin at least to make it more appealing? The flavors of the items were bland. I would have changed my review to a one star but the habachi chicken was good, so giving theme he benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this place. Probably the best selection in the triangle. I've never seen such a good mix of Chinese and Japanese (hibachi). Nice tempura batter, great Goyza and shumai. Sauces are good and not your typical fast asian sauce that are more thickening agents than flavor. Their sauces actually have good flavor and consistency. The best thing is that everything is really fresh and the staff is super friendly. We usually order take out and it is always really good. Decided to eat in this time and the experience was good. First off, don't eat-in here if you're a stickler for super friendly wait staff. The nice Chinese gentleman who used to be *the* waiter has moved on due to differences with management (I found him working at a restaurant called Peng's in Morrisville!), and Fuji seems to be having difficulty hanging on to competent wait staff. They'll more or less keep your beverage from completely expiring, but that's about it. That said, in my experience, this is the best Chinese-American food in the area. If you haven't tried the Crispy Beef, do yourself a huge favor and order that with white rice. Dragon and Phoenix is my other favorite, a mix of General Tso Chicken and butterfly shrimp in a tangy tomato-based sauce. Wonderful presentation on that dish too, with fresh orange slices neatly separating the two entrees. Portions are huge, so grab a take-out container before you leave (don't expect anyone to ask if you want one, just get it yourself, they're right by the counter). All-in-all, you might want to just stick with take-out here, which is a shame because as I pointed out, the presentation of the dishes is quite nice. You'll also miss out on their house duck sauce if you don't eat-in, which is also too bad because that stuff is amazing. This is another place I've been eating at for years and haven't had a single complaint about the quality of the food. The service, on the other hand... JUST TRY THE CRISPY BEEF. read more

My wife loves this place. When we use to live in Knightdale we would go here a bunch! It was the bomb-diggity back in the day, now it is kind of broken in and worn out a little. The seating is great, nice big screen tv guys (for when your on that boring date, wink, wink), nice staff. The food is pretty good overall. Could it be fresher? Yes. Aren't there child labor laws in NC? This young boy has been working here since he was no taller than a grasshopper (no pun intended). The place is never busy, how do they pay for the lease??? Do they operate a hidden network of gambling out back behind the soy sauce??? Never know, ha ha, only joking. Fuji China is our go to place for Chinese and has been for several years. Very seldom do we ever eat there, but call in an order and pick it up. Once again, if you are looking for a meal that is as authentic as the Far East or even China Town in other areas, you will want to try someplace else. If you enjoy the strip mall or shopping center Chinese Restaurants that always seem to appear near grocery stores, this place is for you! This is certainly the best Chinese place that the city of Knightdale has to offer. The combination dinners are a pretty good bargain. Entree, fried rice, and an egg roll for less than 8 dollars is pretty good. If you exercise some self-control you can get two meals out of one dinner. Recently, I have developed a taste for the mei fun, which has been very good the past few times that I have ordered it. This place is far better than any other Chinese Restaurant in Knightdale, but is about what you would expect from the type of restaurant that it is. read more

My family and I eat at this place all the time. The workers are so friendly and fast. It's fresh and hot always, and they give you SO MUCH. I've honestly never seen it dirty, but even if I did, I wouldn't care because I'm here for good food and nothing else. I am currently eating terrible Chinese food and wishing I was eating Fugi China. That is what has prompted this review. One star off because two times in a row they have forgotten to include my mom's salad in our take out order.
