I know that these places use imitation crab (pollock, gelatin or tapioca starch, egg whites, sugar, salt, chemicals, and food dye). The sauce was clear and so thick it was like clear wallpaper paste. Taking it back home, I noticed the smell of it wasn't particularly enticing but when I got it home and ate it, it was pretty good but not as nearly as good as those at Panda House in Garner. Egg goo young was also great packed with veggies and the gravy was smooth not to thick and flavored well. Egg rolls were also cooked well without the soggy shell.
