There is a girl sitting behind a dirty glass barrier who is very curt and expects you to know exactly what you want, when you walk in the door. I've been waiting over an HOUR for my take out and they keep making new orders before mine. I was told 5-10 more minutes 20 minutes ago. Had I not already paid $52 for my order, I would leave. I've never been here before but this is inexcusable. People keep coming in and ordering and leaving with their food and here I sit, an hour and ten minutes in. Ok, got the food. It's awful. I should've left the money as a donation and saved my stomach. The egg drop soup was like warm dishwater and the hot and sour had NO sour and NO flavor. General Tso's was small little fried bits and I detected no chicken and there was one tiny piece of broccoli in it. It was very dry so I guess that's why there was a sweet and sour sauce in the order but it should've been spicy. The Hunan beef didn't resemble beef and it was spicy but no actual flavor. Their crab Rangoon's are rubbery with very little filling and even less taste. A literal 0/10 for this place. And where did they keep the supplies before COVID? It looks like they used to have tables for dining in but now it's more like people on their phones waiting for their take out and one family came to sit to eat in and it took them half an hour to come take their order. Who wants to eat surrounded by cardboard boxes and restaurant supplies? This place. No. Just, no. Also no? I decided to take a chance on this strip mall Chinese joint to get lunch to go, and I'm glad to say it was delicious!! I got the Triple Delight, named for the Chicken, Beef, and Shrimp with Veggies and it was surprisingly delightful! The sauce was so flavorful, and the shrimps are huge!! So good. I got Chicken Wings too and they were very good. I'm actually looking forward to stopping there again for the Triple Delight! read more

Jumbo China seems to take the approach that if you can't bring in more revenue by raising prices, then you need to cut costs to maintain or raise profits. When you walk in the door, it's clear there is a focus on austerity - they didn't even have the lights on at lunch. The food is the same. My spicy beef could not have had more than an ounce of beef in the dish; it was mostly onions, a couple of slices of carrot, a few green pepper chunks, and a solitary piece of baby corn thrown in for good measure. It was cloyingly sweet and not spicy, but it had been cooked to order, so there was that. My egg roll was much smaller than what I expect at similar Chinese restaurants. It was mostly wrapper, with just a tiny amount of filling. The only thing positive I can say about the egg roll is that it wasn't greasy. Not good and not recommended. read more

Decided to try here for lunch today - even though there were mixed reviews. I was very leery about ordering, but pleasantly surprised with the outcome. The food was freshly made and pretty good portion sizes. I do agree with one other review, there could have been a few more pieces of beef in the beef with vegetables, but other than that I thought the food was fantastic. The prices are extremely reasonable. I also got the egg roll which was very good. Recently moved here from MA so trying to find a great chinese food restaurant. The food is pretty good, especially for the cost. It is the typical Americanized Chinese food, but it's been consistently fresh and good. The service is pretty fast, this is my ideal place to go for a quick lunch break for general tso's and sesame chicken. It's a family run resteraunt, the staff is very nice. read more

This is one of the best Chinese takeout places I've ever ordered from in the entire United States. We routinely order the Singapore Mei Fun (we request Xtra Spicy!), Won - Ton soup (amazing seasoning in their beef won - tons), crab rangoon, and their sweet N sour chicken is our kids favorite. They always throw in complimantary soda depending on the size of our order. 2 Liter for orders over $30, a couple of cans for orders under $30. This place is not as bad as people say (maybe that's why I rated high because I was not expecting them to be quite good). I don't know what people are bitching about. We ordered chicken broccoli, General Tsao's chicken, and crab rangoon; everything's fine, people! I've been to a many Chinese takeouts and they're one of the better ones. Staff was friendly, too. Pretty average Chinese takeaway. Pretty much the same menu as any other. Food was okay, not great, not terrible. The steamed dumplings were actually really good. Tried to order several orders of General Tso and sesame chicken but was told they could only do one order because of inventory issues, but that's neither here nor there just odd they ran out of that type of meat. Service was speedy and food was hot when it came out. Staff was friendly. I would go here again simply because of the proximity to my house. This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. We usually order from a different place, but they are closed on Monday and I wanted Chinese food on a Monday. Will never make that mistake again. The boneless ribs were dry, tasted like they had been sitting around for several hours. The crab rangoon were tiny and mushy.
