Stopped in for late lunch...... Ordered: Agua Fresca - Pineapple - Refreshing drink 2 Street Tacos (Chicken and Asada) - it is served on a warm corn tortilla with fresh onion, cilantro, and guacamole sauce. 1st time having lunch at Fuego Cravings and I am not disappointed! Came with my wife and son. I had the Birria Ramen, my wife had a Birria and a fish taco, and my son ordered the Birria plate. The ramen was delicious! The flavor was quite awesome! Okay so found this place randomly, I paid almost 50$ for a birria burrito with extra cheese and birria ramen with extra ramen, did they add it? Yeah No, and 2 Mexican cokes, let me start off with the coke was the best part of my meal. The birria was dryer than my knee caps! Salty as well. Also the server Stephanie was so rude when I asked to use the restroom before we leave, take in mind. we ordered our food around 7:40 and where done eating by 8:05 and responded with the restroom where closes after they cleaned them they closed at 9 btw, [[HIGHLIGHT]]As far as the atmosphere the restaurant was clean and nice[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], I would never recommend this birria to not even my worst enemy, we had to eat the food we paid almost 50!

Last year when my son was taking Spanish 1 he was trying to say a word but kept saying "fuego" and arguing w/ us the definition to the word. Ever since then, we have been saying we were going to try this place due to the name. My husband makes a point to point out all businesses and titles of anything with the name "fuego" in it. We finally went here today for late lunch. My husband & I had the quesabirria meal and it was quite yummy. I did wish it had a bit more cheesiness to it but I think my stomach thanked the chef. The pineapple juice helped wash the yummy food down. My son had the carne asada quesadilla which he enjoyed going down. But it was a bit too cheesy for him because he paid the price afterwards. The chance we take when we are lactose intolerant and love cheesy foods. It was a late lunch so the place was empty and we had quick service. I'm hoping next time we visit it'll still be great service. read more

Mediocre food at best, and the pricing is comparable to what some actual sit-down restaurants would charge. I've been to many Mexican places much better than this. Would not recommend. The carne asada plate I ordered was a major disappointment. The meat lacked flavor and looked like it was past its prime - it definitely didn't taste fresh at all. To put it bluntly, it tasted abysmal. A red flag for me was their $0.89 credit card surcharge. For businesses to do this, it usually means they're a very small operation without much wiggle room in their margins. As a consumer, this suggests to me that they might be cutting corners on ingredients, particularly the meats. Overall, the experience was underwhelming, especially considering the price point. There are far better Mexican food options available elsewhere. Save your money and your taste buds - skip Fuego Cravings. read more

Very disappointing first time experience. We were craving a simple street taco for a late night snack so we thought we'd give this place a chance since it's down that street. Every single taco was cold. The outer tortilla was hard and inedible. Ordered one taco with no onions, and all came with onions. The sope was also cold from the beans to the asada. The only decent item was the horchata. For such a simple order of 6 tacos and one sope, definitely expected more. It took about 10 minutes for the order to come out and we live about one minute away, so no excuse for the food to be this cold. Probably won't be back. The meat flavor was okay for the asada, but the carnitas and birria were so cold, it wasn't even worth finishing to see if the flavor was decent. read more

The two stars are for each staff member that was at the front. They were fun and helpful! But the food y'all.....I'd pass if I were you. Birria ramen was not cooked. The noodles were firm & the broth had already separated and I had to cook it at home. They do not ask if you want cilantro and onion in the side. I didn't see much in my ramen but also, who wants soggy toppings. They should put it in a baggie on the side. The sopes were not my favorite either. They were cold and more on the wet side. Very u appetizing especially after having to recook the soup. Nothing was hot. Nothing was outstanding. The only thing I finished was the Pepsi... Carne Asada Tacos : totally recommend. Their hot salsas really made these super tasty. Birria Taco : I really liked it, but my husband didn't. Also ordered the consommé which amped up the flavor. Please follow request when it comes to certain items not in your order. I ordered the Upland Burrito, on the menu it doesn't mention beans, upon using your order board ad the counter person was sitting at the table talking, says the burrito has options to remove. I removed beans although it wasn't mentioned on the menu board & also guacamole as I do not like both. My to ho order came with everything in it, you guys are now closed & a little far down the road to go back. Had been meaning to try this out for some time now and we were pleasantly surprised! The mulita birria was by far my favorite. The meat was tender and good quality. The cucumber drink was refreshing especially on a hot summer day, it hit the spot. The quesadilla has a lot of liquid next to it that didn't seem like grease so I had to put a few napkins to soak that up. We used the machine to place our order. I was in the area looking for a place I hadn't been to before, and came across the location in Upland. The name sounded familiar and upon entering it had a very familiar vibe, even though looking at the menu, I knew this was certainly something new for me. I've been a customer for this specific location for 3 years since they opened They missed up a lot of orders for me and I always let it slide because it's not that big of a deal Today they missed up another order which it was my main order (Fuego fries) they gave me regular fries instead tbh I gave them to my dog They told me they can't refund if I don't drive all the way there again with the food they missed up Never again It's missed up for a place like this to have such a bad management Do better Never again read more

The server came to pick up our plates and asked me if I didn't like the tacos, I said no but that's okay don't worry about it. I was so disappointed because I was starving. My friend ordered the rib eye tacos and had to pick through it too because most of it was fat. The only good thing that happened was that our server did not charge me for the two plates that I didn't eat. We thanked him, paid the check and left. Unfortunately, this was not the best food and we were excited to eat and celebrate my birthday.

It was definitely on the greasy side, but there was some flavor there. I just wouldn't describe it as particularly authentic or something I would go out of my way for. For me, the bigger issue was the overall experience. The condition of the restaurant, the cleanliness of the table, and the general lack of attention to the customer experience all added up. Maybe we caught them on an off day, but based on this visit, I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

We were dining with a special-needs family member who does not eat the restaurant's food, so we brought him food from outside. We understand that restaurants may have policies regarding outside food, and we would have respected that if it had been communicated politely. Instead, an older lady approached us in a way that felt unnecessarily rude. It wasn't what was said--it was the manner in which it was said. We made sure to clean up after ourselves and even took all of the outside food packaging and trash with us instead of leaving it at the restaurant. We completely understand that rules exist, but a little kindness and understanding go a long way, especially when a family is trying to accommodate a loved one with special needs. We hope this feedback helps improve the customer service because the food truly is excellent, and we'd hate for an experience like this to overshadow an otherwise great restaurant.
