For its size, Johnny O's serves a ton of food, quickly, to a full-house and a lot of waiting patrons. It's definitely worth the wait! We were greeted with smiles by a super nice wait staff. I got the 10oz steak with basted eggs, home style potatoes, biscuit with gravy, a side of sautéed mushrooms, and coffee. A big platefull of food had my med rare steak as I ordered, a plate-filling serving of potatoes cooked soft & crispy, eggs were runny and great, & the biscuits were soft with a generous helping of very flavorful gravy. I asked if they had a house hot sauce & Michelle brought me a spicy and tasty, homemade, habanero hot sauce. It wasn't as fiery hot as habanero can be, but it WAS spicy and super yummy. My mom got a "small plate" with home style potatoes, (1)soft scrambled egg, and a piece of crispy bacon. It was A LOT of food! The potatoes are cooked with peppers and onions then seasoned with their house seasoning. Very flavorful! I saw folks at another table who got massive pancakes and French toast with strawberries.
