A HAIR IN MY SALAD!!! Omg never ever again...hair in my salad, and not mine and I witnessed several unhygienic scenarios, I could not finish my dinner I felt so ill. However their Oreo milkshake was good. I came here years ago and it was a 3, it was practically empty, this place has really gone downhill. I will never go there again.

I used to love Fuddruckers in LA then COVID closed most locations, so imagine my joy when I saw this location open in Hialeah! Sadly, my glee lasted about 5 seconds after walking through the doors. I didn't remember the tomatoes, lettuce, onions and extra fixings were out in a Sizzler buffet styled table and out in the open right after and sort of still in the middle of a world wide pandemic. Still, I thought I'd stop being so judgmental and try the taste I missed so much. We ordered, got our sodas and sat down. First of all, let me say this review is only on the place and the food, not the people I interacted with which were fine. Not rude, answered my questions and you could tell they pretty much 'just work there' and not their fault the place is run down. Yes. Run down. Corporate probably never visits. The ceiling was dusty, the lamps at the tables had pieces of glass falling off, the decor was dusty and the backs of the big round booths were filled with old crumbs, pieces of old food, straws, first, etc. and it's far enough from the front of the table that the workers don't see it. But just lift the cushion and get ready to barf. Now for the food itself. Do not expect the taste of the old Fuddruckers at this location. The burgers were just ok, not fully hot and they forgot the cheese on two of them. I'd be ok with the memory lapse, everyone has a bad day but a warm-ish burger is not ok. I feel bad for the workers because if this is how it looks outside for customers, o don't want to know what it's like for them in the back. Mostly they were quiet and resigned to their lit in life. I feel for them. I hope Fuddruckers corporate reads this and does something about it. Their workers should be happy, the place should be updated and the burgers should once again taste like.... Fuddruckers.

Attending UM, one of my tennis buddies, introduced me to this chain before Target took over the shopping plaza. That one location was huge, too bug for the business but the burgers were so so good. Fast forward to last week when I was passing through the Hialeah area and decided to pay them a visit; they've been there for close to 14 years so they're well established in Westland Mall. Gone are the days of seeing the butcher show through glass when you could see them ground up meat from half a cow; it was the coolest thing for sure. Today I'm told they still hand pack their patties, but you don't see that whole process anymore which I'm a bit skeptical...the burgers are perfectly round and the edges are creased as if you get them from a purveyor; plus the meat is packed down really dense which doesn't come out the same way by hand. 3/5 Half Pound Burger with Fries and Drink $9.28 ordered medium rare and came out just right. We both upgraded our fries to the chili cheese fries and they were ok. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the bread they served with the burger; I remember their bread being the very one thing that set themselves apart from all other burger places and the one I had as dry, almost tasted like it was from the day before. I did see them bring bread from the baker side to the kitchen side which tells me it's freshly made...perhaps the one I was served was from the day before or maybe just over baked? 3/5 Onion Rings $3.49 we decent; they weren't done by hand on the spot, but just brought in battered, ready to fry. I'd like to go again and request that the bun to be takenright from the bakery, if at all possible because this made a world of difference in trying to romance my college days.

The burger and fries were great! The shake was mid. The service was meh everyone seemed upset working there. And the place in general felt icky. The rug has a bad smell that lingers throughout the restaurant. The veggies that were laid out for people to add to their meals looked like it had been laying out all day without being changed. Overall it was a 2/5 stars for me; would I come back not sure I'll probably try another location to see if it is just that one or is it all of them.

I love their burgers and fries. I also love the fact that they have a lettuce and tomato bar!! That's honestly so cool. The burgers are super juicy and honestly large. The fries? So delish!! And their pepsi on tap is the best thing to top it all off.

Crispy #4 - Chicken Sandwich, Fries, and Drink

This is supposed to come with cheese and grilled onions that I paid for. I returned it because a "crispy chicken sandwich" had bacon. So when I asked them to remove the bacon they return with a plain crispy chicken and bread. I added the rest of the toppings. This is my first time coming here. Bad experience

We been coming here for years. And is has always been ok nothing to rave about but never bad. Today it was the lowest we have experienced. Food was mediocre at best. Fries and onion rings were fried with what appeared to be cold oil because they were sponges of oil and honestly not eatable. The chicken strips were the only item that was well cooked. And now to the highlight of the event. The burger I had was ok until I had to take a hair out of my mouth that was in the beef. It is disgusting and I did not eat the rest of it. I walked up to the manager and told him that I found a hair in the burger and his first reaction was to look at the crew in the kitchen. I told him before he would comment that yes, they are all wearing hair nets but it doesn't change the fact that was a hair in the burger. I also told him I was letting him know not because I want a free meal, but to please do something about it because the quality has gone down the drain. He offered a free cookie for the trouble... a free cookie! I just left it at that and told him no thanks. We will not be eating at this location any more. There is one in Doral that has been better in my opinion.

The service here was absolutely horrendous. The wait for the food was horrible. They only had one line cook. Not to begin with the fact that there was only one cashier and oh, they don't even give you a receipt. They say they need to keep it. That's one thing, but the food? THERE WAS A ROACH IN MY SALAD!!!!!!!! A ROACH! that's not all..... MY CHICKEN WAS RAW. I am training for ServSafe certification, therefore I know what I am talking about. I bet with all the unsanitary practices I witnessed while at Fuddruckers, none of their employees are ServSafe certified. Overall, I do not recommend anyone to eat here or even take out from here. Just skip this place, don't do that to yourself.

After shopping at Westland Mall a bit, I decided to grab a burger at Fuddruckers. I ordered a 2/3 pound burger with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, side of fries and a coke. The bun was nice and warm with a buttery flavor inside. The beef pattie was tender and well cooked with a perfect combination of veggies adding to the flavor of the entire meal. They have a toppings bar so you can add your own toppings if needed. The fries were wedge cut and had a great crispy taste. I added some more salt to them though. The layout of the dining room is a bit congested and the bathrooms are somewhat small. Despite that, I'd say Fuddruckers is a great burger spot to visit. read more

Fuddruckers is one of my favorite burger joints! It's crazy to me how the franchise at one point was running out of business. The food and shakes are absolutely delicious! From the juicy burgers made with their homemade buns, this is the burger place to be! This location can be particularly loud (it's Hialeah so it's expected), and parking can be a hassle depending on the time since it's located in Westland mall. Food is ready fast and I love that you can add all the lettuce, tomatoes, sauces, ext. you'd like! My personal favorite is to dip the fries in the hot nacho cheese (you won't regret it) Whenever I'm in the mood for a delicious burger, this is where I go! read more

Well the first impression was horrible, only one cashier and he's on the phone, Then he hangs up and give's us attitude! Food was alright, but the place needs an Overhaul, the floors are nasty and the tables were dirty, sticky! I believe the place needs a deep much needed cleaning and redecorated! I just wonder what the kitchen looks like and how clean is it? I use to enjoy going there due to the food and music but its nasty! read more

The Man likes Fuddruckers. And I mean, REALLY Likes. For a Non-Carnivore, he sure is having a Love Affair with a FuddBurger! So I, by default, like Fuddruckers. I like to surprise him whenever we're in Miami by not telling him I'm taking him. And this location, in Hialeah, made that very easy. (See Photo!) He kept asking me "Why are you driving me through the Ghetto? Why are we here? What are we doing?" Until he saw the Fuddruckers sign, and his eyes lit up! So much fun! So yeah, you DO have to get off the highway in Hialeah (shudder) ... But assuming you're on the Palmetto (shudder)... You're probably ready for a break anyhow, and it's less than half a mile east of the exit. You're fine. I do love their freshly-baked buns. And their toppings bar, while having shrunk from my childhood memories, is still better than many, with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, salsa, relish, sweet-hot pickled peppers, nacho cheese, and probably more. Their sauces.... I remember buying their "Fuddruckers Spicy Yellow Mustard" by the bottle... and it's still good. Also good is their Honey Mustard, and surprisingly... Their BBQ Sauce! On it's own, and mixed with the Honey Mustard... NOMS. And really, the Man has his FuddSmile on his face, so I'd come here even if I hated it, just to see that happy-man spark in his eyes! read more

Love the food! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Not even a salad! I've been coming to this place for years and I love it. Most of the employees are very nice, but currently they have new employees and they're a little lost if I'm being honest. Also, the current manager thinks he's like the CEO of Fuddruckers lmao. None the less, it's amazing food and for a affordable price. read more

Let me start by saying the place is clean I liked it they have two people walking around at all times cleaning. But I ordered three burgers to go waited 30 min for them to tell me they gave my order to someone else. I wasnt mad and I just walked away to sit and wait and as I was walking away some little chid (female) said it's his fault he never came when I was sitting right in front of the grill. Get that negativity out the kitchen it's only going to cause you bad foo cause at the end the burgers sucked read more

Fuddruckers is one of the best fast food/dine in restraunts I have been to in a long time. It is affordable and has great food I ordered a 1 lbs burger and it was great. The produce bar is amazing and the staff is very aware and helpful. Overall have nothing bad to say, highly recommend. read more

I love fuddruckers and there food is wonderful. But the service lacks attention. After ordering take out - once I got home I had the wrong items. The turn off is to receive a different item than you are expecting but since the food is so good then it wasn't so bad. Next time when I am back I will check my order before leaving to make sure it is correct. read more

The service is terrible. There is no accountability for mistakes that are made from a business standpoint. Before my lunch began, I placed an order via Uber eats. My order arrived about 10 mins late (no pressure because it was lunch time, so I understood). Once I opened food ( I order a turkey burger with fries and onion rings) I was immediately disappointed. I have a cheese and beef allergy and I was delivered a beef cheeseburger with bacon, cheese and egg. No fries. No onion rings. I immediately call the driver and the restaurant to give them an opportunity to rectify the problem. That never happened. Instead of taking my feedback, (which included, them checking the order the Uber driver has), the manager deflected and continued placing the blame on Uber. As a business, it is important to have guidelines in place that will benefit the productivity of your business and customers. Nothing about this situation was productive and I probably will not return following this. read more

I've been here numerous times for lunch & a few times for dinner. Buffalo burger is a winner. Some of my other favorites are the market house salad with chicken and the crispy chicken sandwich, as well as the beef burgers. The fish sandwich not so much. Have had the strawberry shake, brownies and cookies. They were all very good. read more

Came in today to have dinner i usually get a half pound which i 100% recommend and once im done im having a conversation with my daughter and her boyfriend and i hear from across the room a very rude middle aged women yelling at a worker on his break with his guest and a shift leader, she is being extremely rude to them and judging them for the way they are speaking i would just like to say that my time here was well spent until this lady interrupted my dinner because she was bothered with these kids and if i could have i wouldve apologized on her behalf because she was absolutely disrespectful towards them and should not have spoken to them in the way she did. they were doing nothing wrong just being teenagers read more

My boyfriend loves Fuddruckers because he is a big fan of their unlimited toppings bar. If you're a big fan of toppings, this might be appealing for you. However, I am not very impressed. We went and the food is mediocre at best. Their chicken fingers are really dry and their dipping sauces aren't that good. Additionally, there was a roach on our table which really grossed me out. Definitely not my favorite place. read more

This place used to be great!! Now, it is terrible. The service isn't that bad. However, the food is not fresh no matter what time of day you decide to go. You can tell the oil is old. The veggies aren't fresh. Plus get some renovations and a makeover! The carpet is full of mold and mildew, like your shoes get stuck to the floor like you're walking on slime. It smells too!! Smelly and mildewy!! Can't forget the dusty napkin holders and light fixtures. Do better, your customers have been loyal and deserve a better quality establishment to dine. read more

This has got to be by far one of the least tasty dining experiences I have had in the last five years. Came to this one in Westland Mall while Christmas shopping in the area. I remember it from years back when my boys played baseball in the neighborhood and we used to eat here often so I was expecting a great burger. Sadly, the burger was undercooked and had hardly any flavor at all, the onion rings were soggy with absolutely no crunch, the steak burger had way too much fat in it to comfortably bite into and the macaroni and cheese was bland, boxed macaroni and cheese. All together a very unpleasant experience. I don't know why it has changed so much. Sad. read more

Must try their turkey burger and the bourbon caramelized onion burger is amazing. If you like their seasoning you need to ask for it up front they don't have it at the tables anymore because people would steal the shakers. read more

I visited here earlier today and was attended by Kelley. She attended us in a timely manner, she was very nice and cracked a few jokes. We ordered burgers that were cooked to perfection and the overall ambiance of the restaurant was great. I find the service at Fuddruckers to be top notch and extremely friendly when I visit. This restaurant has the worst customer service in the Doral , the management is very rude they will not do anything to accommodate customers needs for example they will not allow to make any changes to their menu combos, if you don't not like french fries they will not allow you to change it for any other item in the menu even do it is the same price, they will charge you for every item individually and the difference was about five dollars more, my husband and myself decided to leave and go eat to a different restaurant, they will have to improve the customer service skills I do not recommend this place, the management thinks they still leave in South America, or the Caribbean, and not in the US where customers satisfaction is a plus. This happened at the Doral store read more

Amongst the burger chains Fuddruckers rules, the ingredients are really good and the options they offer are good as well. After they close the north and south Fuddruckers this one open in Hialieah, it is keeped cleaned and it is way bigger than the Doral option and less packed to. Staff is Hialeah-friendly = means is ok, prices are good. Try the bufffalo option its the leanest one you can have there, shakes are awesome as well. read more

My last day in Florida and my wife surprised me by taking me to lunch at Fuddruckers. We drove through the hood to get here. This one in Hialeah doesn't have the personality of the one in Pembroke but it has my coveted Fuddburger which is as valuable to me as gold since I can't get one any longer back home in Colorado. I savored every bite of that immaculate burger. I have the best wife in the world! read more

we were so exited when we heard this was opening in Hialeah... no need to drive far anymore for a decent burger... but like what happens to alot of places.. it started out with a bang and then fizzled..... the place was nice and clean service was quick and plenty of nice waitress asking if you need assistance or to bring over your shake!!! now even thou it is clean - it looks a bit different and food seems to be taking a little bit longer to get then before. still a good place for a lunch but like rating......... It's Fuddruckers.... The only place I know of that you can get an ostrich burger or a buffalo burger. That's pretty much the selling point of my review. But outside of that they have other exotic meats to make burgers out of and the regular cow burger goes up to the one pound serving size in case you're really hungry. Besides the great selection of burgers you have salads and pretty decent french fries. So if you haven't been and you're in the Hialeah area, stop by and try a burger, chances are you'll enjoy. read more

Came to eat dinner and was serviced by the female manager. She took our order and everything was good until she made a comment to another worker about a customers card that declined "we can't add money to his card" "he doesn't have money to eat we can't add money" very rude and unprofessional to comment in front of other customers. This left a sour taste in our mouths. Then to top it off the garden salad looked like it's been sitting around for hours and the mash potatoes and steak cold for sure we will never come back to this location. Also, tables dirty and place smells like a garbage pit. read more

I've been coming here for a while and am a bit annoyed that they removed the combos (since they're prices rose too; I think it rose by around $1.50?); however, I still think they have really great burgers with prices that compare to McDonald's (A 1/2 lb combo with fries and drink for about $8.50). The burgers are juicy and the buns are really great since they toast them. The fries' quality have gone down a bit, but they are still pretty tasty. Overall, I would recommend this place for their cheap prices and for the great food. read more

So I usually avoid going to restaurants especially like burger places but Fuddruckers looks Really interesting and I've only heard good things so I decided to try it and I ended up getting something called a chop steak it was so good and honestly the service is fabulous my cashier was very quick and efficient she got everything down pack even though I know I was a little bit confusing with my order her name was rashel she was really patient with me while I took like three minutes to decide between coleslaw and fries both were amazing afterwards I sat with my meal and enjoyed the food The table worker( I believe his name was Seth or seff ? Something short but fancy ?) was super quick and efficient when picking up all my trash and and I honestly feel like my drink was never empty while I was there the whole time. I can happily say that I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant and enjoying the food and the atmosphere along with the great workers!!!!! read more

I recently visited this place, and while my experience with the employees was overwhelmingly positive, there were some significant downsides. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, making my interactions with them very pleasant. However, the state of cleanliness left much to be desired. I noticed several cockroaches and rats during my visit, which was quite off-putting and concerning. It's clear that the employees are doing their best in a challenging environment. read more

I honestly have no complaints but seating for this place. I frequent for the Beatles or Bee Gees booth and it's never open. No matter what time of day, it's upsetting. But other than that.
