Anyone with two working brain cells understands that commercial food photography is one part art and multiple parts sleight of hand. No one actually believes that a Big Mac, Whopper or an Arby's roast beef sandwich looks nearly as robust IRL as they do when primped and prepared by Madison Avenue illusionists competing for Super Bowl glory. So, the fact that a federal judge is allowing a class action lawsuit to proceed on behalf of some disgruntled customers who were disappointed by the curb appeal of their drive-thru feast at 3am -- seems like the very definition of a frivolous lawsuit run amok. Should buyers of Chanel fragrances seek damages because they look nothing like Natalie Portman or Timothêe Chalamet after bathing in a bottle. What a monumental waste of time, money and energy. The restaurant is clean and the food was okay. The soda machine was off and the staff still gave you the empty cups and you have to ask if the can give you the soda. I even felt so bad about ordering. It's unfortunate that the staff is so rude and unwelcome. They ignore you and don't acknowledge you. read more

Monday morning after work I had a taste of French toast sticks from Burger King. I had 2 orders of their 3 pieces and an order of hash brown to make it an almost complete meal. The French toast sticks are by far the best breakfast item on their menu close 2nd is their Jr. Sausage breakfast burrito. The service was decent, I went through their drive thru which was pretty fast that morning. I'm always at this location if I'm having a taste for burger king and also it's the only burger king that is closest to where I live. Good service, good breakfast. read more

BEST BURGER KING AROUND ! The reviews are correct. Where do I even start ? My husband and I worked a late one and decided for something quick for dinner. We saw the reviews when googling fast food for this BK and were blown away to not see a fast food joint down here with only 1 or at best 2 stars. Almost 5 stars ? We have to check this out. Upon getting there the place looked super clean from the outside and well lit. The drive thru had a line (good sign) and was lined with awesome Halloween decorations. The people in the drive thru asked us for our name and took our order. The line moved quick and everyone working was so polite. Then the Whopper came and boy it was the heaviest Whopper I have had. Hot fresh and tasted great. The onions were incredible on and the fries were great as well. Definitely a must fast food visit. read more

This is strictly on the service... So, I went through the drive thru here yesterday 12/18/2021, and this was my first time experiencing unprofessional and rude service from this location. I have been coming to this location since back in the late 80's and the location used to pride themselves on customer service. The owner, Juan and another sister were very nice and always treated customers with respect. Fast forward to yesterday, the girl at the pick-up window argued back and forth with me, so I simply told her just to give me my food and I would call the Juan. I called him to not only let him know about the customer service I received, but also, I did not receive the two juices I ordered with the kid's meal. After speaking with him I felt like a licensed professional therapist. Sigh, he went on to say that everyone is stressed in these times (I am thinking yes me too, but I am supporting your business with my hard earned money), and he stated "I do not want to make excuses", he also said that he was thinking about closing the location because of staff shortages(I am thinking ok and I am supporting your business with my hard earned money), he again said "but I do not want to make excuses", and then he stated that "I am short staffed and staff is stressed" he again said "but I do not want to make excuses. (Once again, I am thinking ok, and I am supporting your business with my hard-earned money) I'm thinking dude, all you are doing is making excuses, not once did you apologize for the unprofessional behavior of your staff, nor for my not receiving the juice that I ordered and paid for. Additionally, he did not offer a solution as to how to rectify my not receiving items that I paid for. He went on to ask about how the person looked that was rude. I simply hung up before I said something that was not very nice. I can say that I should have known something was different because only one staff member of many staff at this location that I have known on first name basis for years I no longer see at the location, and every time I go there, I see different staff - there was never such a turnover rate at this location. I can say that even though I can walk to this location from my home. I will NEVER EVER go back to this location again. Chick-fil-a is close to my home now, so I will take my $$ elsewhere. I never been to a Burger King as fly as this one. This place is in a class by itself when it comes to service and what they have to offer. First thing you notice is that the drive thru it's one off a kind, they have menus on both sides of the car so you dont have to deal with your passenger looking over to your window. And they are quick you never wait long for your order. But what makes this place give star is the inside. They have four maybe give 50' tv's that they play movies for the family or the big game. Best BK location I've been to. Wish I had taken pictures. The inside and drive thru were decorated for X-Mas, it felt so homey. The staff were super friendly. The play area was very clean, large tv playing a movie (New Lion King) and a few video arcade games. Wish this place were closer to my house. My neighbor owns this. He told me he did when I moved in. I thought nothing of it. I've been his neighbor for several years. I have twins that are 2.5 and a toddler that is 4. My husband is active duty in the coast guard and....this past week was hurricane matthew. I took Juan's word, he is always so friendly and nice. He said " if you never need anything let me know." So- with that I told him I know nothing about hurricane shutters, i had no way to put them up. not only put them up while I evacuated and my husband is out to sea, he put the things from outside and put them in my house. ( I trust this guy enough to give him my house key.) He sent me after pictures of the shutters being up and apologized several times for some dirt on my floor during the application of the shutters. Today on my way back from evacuation, I had to stop by the bk and get my house key. He was his normal self as I see him as my neighbor. He was no different at work as he was as my neighbor. Helped me with my kids to get our food and what not.... Great guy and great bk. My kids didn't want to leave. I never ever take my kids out to any chain restaurants( it's alot of work to get them to sit down and eat....etc.) the staff was very nice and the people that were eating near us were also nice and friendly. I know this is a long review and that Juan Is my neighbor but this is truly one of the best experiences I've had at a chain restaurant. Went for breakfast this morning and the customer service was excellent. We went through the drive thru and to my surprise, they have a beautiful setting of little waterfalls and Landscaping is very nice. I place my order picked up my order from the window and the woman was very nice as I looked through the window I could see the employees working very promptly with no slack whatsoever. My food was very hot and good to eat .Next time in Miami I will be stopping at this Burger King location again. read more

This place used to be a good place. Now the drive thru is a mess! They will take your order and if they can't fill it right away you are told to move to the front of the building. My order took more that 12 minutes to receive. Ask for a large fries and you will get the same amount of a small fries! Food thrown together which ever way it happens! There are better BKs around! I visited this restaurant during lunch today. The drive thru line was 5 cars deep. There were a good dozen people waiting to order. Once i did get to order my food, it took 10 minutes to prepare a Jr Whopper, onion rings, and an order of nuggets. When i got to my car and opened the bag, i realized that The person who packed my bag forgot to give me their nuggets. So I went inside and went through the corner of the counter and mentioned to the manager at the counter that she forgot my nuggets. She was clearly embarrassed by this and said she was so sorry. Immediately she gave me then I gets that were missing in addition to that she also gave me an extra order of nuggets an extra order of onion rings and an order of French fries without me even asking for it. She apologized again for their mistake, And I was on my way. Newly renovated, Great customer service (which is rare in local fast food places), large flat screen televisions everywhere, free wifi, and a free kid's day? Well, this place takes the cake. My food is always fresh, and I can't remember the last time they got my order wrong. They always ask your name in the drive through in order to give you the correct order and of course, some of that great customer service. This was the best BK I've EVER been to!! The manager on duty Rosey was so nice, sweet, attentive, and her training skills from what I saw were spectacular. My cashier Alice was super sweet and another guy who served me my food with the name tag "Chicken Nugget" was great he even let me know that they were almost done with my food.
