Five guys started up in my hometown area so I'm always happy to see them thrive. This one is just as yummy as the rest and it's BIG. Lots of seating and cute decor. The burger was nice and sloppy and the fries left car smelling like salty Idaho for days.

I am not one to go to or order from fast food restaurants much but decided to order from this place recently thru their website and it was a big mistake. I ended up waiting for over 1hr and 20 minutes. I had ordered their burger, fries and a shake. Needless to say, the burger and fries were cold and I had to put them in the microwave to warm them up. The shake was melted and I had to put it in the freezer. The burger was good, fries were ok, not great, The shake was good after I let it get cold a bit more. Not sure if I would of order from Uber or any of the food delivery companies the experience would of been different but I will not be placing an order thru their website EVER again.

Visted this Five Guys 2 days in a row and it's great; most of the staff working Saturday night was also working last night. I've been to the one in South Beach quite a few times; prices there are around .50 more per burger which is probably due to the rent in South Beach on Washington Ave. Customer service by their cashier Steven was excellent; it's like someone programed him and he was as kind as can be regardless of what you could throw at him. The young lady (manager?) was also really enthusiastic in getting the burger done right; she was really sorry that the first burger wasn't done right but quickly got another one to me in 5 mins or so. 5/5 Cheeseburger (2 patties) $7.99 On the first visit, they made my burger perfectly but had left out all the condiments; when I approached them about this, they were sincerely apologetic and made me another one and let me keep the one made first which I took home. With all the condiments I ordered, it was one of the best burgers I've had; the patties were not overdone, and seemed larger than I remembered from Five Guys. Maybe, since they didn't over grill them or use the grill iron to press down so hard to flatten them, as they seemed larger and fuller; some places flatten the burger so thin to make them cook faster but in doing so, most of the juice also leaves the patty. The patties here were so juicy. (see photos) 5/5 Large French Fries were excellent. They weren't piping hot but still hot enough when I received them. I liked that they weren't dry like the way you get them sometimes; these were a little soft/limp but not greasy and seasoned perfectly on both visits. 3/5 Beverage Center I believe needs to be adjusted; I asked for water and so they give you a smaller 14oz cup, but the machine closer to the front (there are 2 machines) doesn't dispense water in pure form; it leaks a dark syrup into the cup even when you run it for a while. I just used the 2nd machine instead. Best part of this location is that there's no issue parking, and it's free! The downside...they close at 10pm where the one in South Beach closes at 4am. A really great place to have one heck of a burger.

I've only been to this location twice. Both times they were unable to figure out the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger. I don't why I bothered to try them a second time. I definitely won't ever be back again. Maybe I should have checked my order before I drove all the way home. However, when was the last time you had surgery and then opened your self back up to see if the doctor did what he said he was going to? I get that they are apples to oranges but keep in mind that I am telling a person to perform a simple task of hitting the correct button on a register. All they have to do is listen to what I want, have enough intelligence to register it in their brain and then push the corresponding keys. I guess that is just too much to ask for.

The bag is open!!! Every delivery now is must close and safety! Is incredible! The burger is perfect! I don't eat fries because bag is open!

I placed a mobile order for a Filet-O-Fish and specifically asked at the first window for the tartar sauce to be put on the side. Simple request. Not complicated. When I got to the second window, Elizabeth handed me the bag. I checked it and immediately noticed there was no separate container for tartar sauce. I pulled forward slightly and opened the sandwich, and of course, the tartar sauce was already on it. They made it wrong. What happened next was completely unacceptable and honestly shocking. Elizabeth started yelling at me aggressively from the drive-thru window, telling me to move and cursing loudly in Spanish, assuming I wouldn't understand her. She was literally turning around, yelling at her coworkers, blaming me for the line not moving, and acting like I was the problem -- all within less than a minute. Her attitude was nasty, hostile, and completely unprofessional. I have never in my life had a fast food employee curse at me through the window like that. I wasn't being difficult. I wasn't yelling. I wasn't rude. I was simply checking my order because YOUR staff made it incorrectly. I eventually got out of my car and walked up to the window. The second she realized I was confronting her directly, her entire attitude flipped. Suddenly she was trying to act nice, telling me to park in front so they could remake it -- which I was already planning to do. But the damage was done. The way she spoke to me before that was completely disrespectful and out of line. I went inside, and yes, they remade the sandwich correctly. And of course, Elizabeth was nowhere to be found. She disappeared and hid. This review is specifically because of Elizabeth. I've had good experiences at this location before, but her behavior was absolutely unacceptable. No customer deserves to be cursed at, yelled at, and treated like garbage over a mistake THEY made. Management seriously needs to address her behavior, because that kind of hostility has no place in customer service.

We ordered a large -- half plain, half pepperoni -- and honestly, the hardest part was picking a side. New York-style done right: sauce that actually tastes like someone's Italian grandmother cared, cheese that pulls like it has somewhere better to be. No gimmicks. No truffle oil. Just pizza doing exactly what pizza is supposed to do. The room does as much work as the kitchen. Stickers and graffiti everywhere, staff and guests alike wearing their life stories in ink, and an entire wall of Polaroids that hits you right in the nostalgia -- like a yearbook for people who never left the neighborhood (and are better for it). This is not a place that's trying to be local. It is local. The difference is everything. Steve's isn't chasing trends. It's setting the baseline for what a neighborhood pizza joint should feel like -- loud, lived-in, and completely, stubbornly itself. You might not meet your future partner here but you'll definitely see your current parole officer. And some rising star chef fueling up after service. I'd been working late during the pre Christmas rush and was starving. This location being on the way home, I stopped by. For one, I get it that it was close to closing time, but I didn't get "that chant" (Ok, "Welcome to Moe's" ) Whether the urban legend of the free meal if they don't say this is true, I guess J won't know. All the burrito names are different from those creative ones back in the early aughts, and mine was fully loaded with chicken and well flavored (hence not going lower than 3 stars) I really did like that their pico is nicely tart and the tortilla soft. I came in around 830 and closing time was listed at 9. I had to get my order to go and eat it in my car. Burritos are generally messy, and I wasn't offered utensils so I ended up having to eat with my hands as I wasn't even offered utensils. They were out of tortilla chips and though I asked for a soda cup, most of the ones in the machine were already out. I was essentially charged for a water cup. Thus its place is in "Placeholders" and "Issa K"..

All include a side of chips. I ordered the Stack, on the higher end of the price range and the portion size was huge! I could only eat half of it and took the rest home. You personalize your dish accordingly with add ins such as veggies, rice, etc., so add as much or little as you like, it's all the same price. They have a very efficient line operation so it moves the line of customers pretty quick, but not making you feel rushed either. You can also add queso at the end, prices start around $2 or so for a small size. You have to get the queso though, it's a must! We look forward to coming back regularly, both service and food is great, and you can't beat the price!
