Five Guys burgers are amazing. The fries come in an avalanche. A small fries here equals three large fries anywhere else. Free roasted peanuts in the shell while you wait for your order to be cooked. This place has the best fountain drinks and the service is always clean and friendly. Like they look like they want to make you an awesome burger. I love it when people enjoy what they do and they seem to have good camaraderie amongst them selves. Ordered a mini burger with everything in it with fries and a diet cherry vanilla coke. One thing I did notice is the floor could be a lil slippery. Everything is always clean but I'm sure a different floor cleaner would help. Five Guys is always a solid play. This one happens to be my local location, so it's the one I visit the most. There a definitely better run locations out there, but this one isn't particularly bad in any way--they just aren't particularly great in any way either. Seems to be on the slower side in terms of service, but never had a problem with the food itself as 5 Guys always slaps. read more

Food and service was fast and OK, but all in all the vibe was that these employees could give a rats ass about this establishment. Fries were not even in a container they were dumped in the bag which got greasy and fell apart leading to food all over my car. How hard it really to put fries in a pouch?? Clearly it's Olympic level skill because after 3 occasions this place had only one consistency, that they don't care about their jobs or the customers they serve. Even the McDonald's near by handled the food with more care, and they also got a 1 star from me pertaining to other issues, to put things in perspective. Went again out of convenience, big mistake this place has not changed at all. Cheaper and less tike consuming to make your own burger. Or even the subpar McDonald's next door will still give u better service, and they also get no stars from me. Find people who want to work there and don't hate their job. Maybe, just maybe, they hate working for your garbage chain for pennies on the dollar. Just maybe if you respected the employees raking in money for you, the experience might be better and more friendly. Whoa! I was there yesterday with my man around 4/5 and let me tell you. Hands down, most delicious cheeseburger I've had in the last few months. The little Cajun fries were on point as well. I am not one to go to or order from fast food restaurants much but decided to order from this place recently thru their website and it was a big mistake. I ended up waiting for over 1hr and 20 minutes. I had ordered their burger, fries and a shake. Needless to say, the burger and fries were cold and I had to put them in the microwave to warm them up. The shake was melted and I had to put it in the freezer. The burger was good, fries were ok, not great, The shake was good after I let it get cold a bit more. Not sure if I would of order from Uber or any of the food delivery companies the experience would of been different but I will not be placing an order thru their website EVER again. read more

Visted this Five Guys 2 days in a row and it's great; most of the staff working Saturday night was also working last night. I've been to the one in South Beach quite a few times; prices there are around .50 more per burger which is probably due to the rent in South Beach on Washington Ave. Customer service by their cashier Steven was excellent; it's like someone programed him and he was as kind as can be regardless of what you could throw at him. The young lady (manager?) was also really enthusiastic in getting the burger done right; she was really sorry that the first burger wasn't done right but quickly got another one to me in 5 mins or so. 5/5 Cheeseburger (2 patties) $7.99 On the first visit, they made my burger perfectly but had left out all the condiments; when I approached them about this, they were sincerely apologetic and made me another one and let me keep the one made first which I took home. With all the condiments I ordered, it was one of the best burgers I've had; the patties were not overdone, and seemed larger than I remembered from Five Guys. Maybe, since they didn't over grill them or use the grill iron to press down so hard to flatten them, as they seemed larger and fuller; some places flatten the burger so thin to make them cook faster but in doing so, most of the juice also leaves the patty. The patties here were so juicy. (see photos) 5/5 Large French Fries were excellent. They weren't piping hot but still hot enough when I received them. I liked that they weren't dry like the way you get them sometimes; these were a little soft/limp but not greasy and seasoned perfectly on both visits. 3/5 Beverage Center I believe needs to be adjusted; I asked for water and so they give you a smaller 14oz cup, but the machine closer to the front (there are 2 machines) doesn't dispense water in pure form; it leaks a dark syrup into the cup even when you run it for a while. I just used the 2nd machine instead. Best part of this location is that there's no issue parking, and it's free! The downside...they close at 10pm where the one in South Beach closes at 4am. A really great place to have one heck of a burger. read more

I've only been to this location twice. Both times they were unable to figure out the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger. I don't why I bothered to try them a second time. I definitely won't ever be back again. Maybe I should have checked my order before I drove all the way home. However, when was the last time you had surgery and then opened your self back up to see if the doctor did what he said he was going to? I get that they are apples to oranges but keep in mind that I am telling a person to perform a simple task of hitting the correct button on a register. All they have to do is listen to what I want, have enough intelligence to register it in their brain and then push the corresponding keys. I guess that is just too much to ask for. read more

Came here and got an "all the way" burger and "little fries" since even their regular fries are enough to feed a few people. Also got a regular drink. Though Five Guys sometimes takes a few minutes to get orders cooked and prepared, on this day there were I think 3 people working behind the counter, only 4 or 5 patrons sitting and eating and 2 ahead of me in line placing simple orders for only themselves (as opposed to a big group) and yet it still took quite a long time to get my order. Before leaving I went to use the restroom and noted they were out of paper towels. I stopped at the counter to inform one of the employees. He muttered "yeah" and then just looked past me as he called out the number of an another order that was ready. This restaurant wasn't what I'd call dirty, but one could tell it'd been a while since tables had been wiped as nearly all of them had crumbs and small bits of food on them. Not a bad experience, but definitely not the best one, either. Total for my burger, fries and drink was $13 and change. read more

I spotted several leaks in the ceiling but this shows their lack of concern and safety of customers. No hazard sign no bucket to catch the water not even a sign. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars this time is only because while waiting for my food one employee began cleaning the table right next to me, spraying cleanser in my direction and a bit of it got on me. I understand the need to keep the store clean and kept but maybe wait until guests aren't sitting where you're cleaning so solutions don't get on or near them when they're planning to eat in the store. I've written elsewhere what I think of the Five Guys chain. Because it's a typical chain restaurant, there is zero flexibility or creativity allowed by corporate headquarters. I get it that for those raised on McWendyKing hamburgers, this place is heaven. There *are* all the fun toppings that one can mix and match. The downside: The cooking and packaging of the fresh-cut fries tends to leave them limp, which is a shame. If you're dining in the restaurant, your order is presented to you in a paper bag. What? No tray or placemats? Nope. You have a seat, open the bag, and discover it's filled with loose fries, steaming away. Where's the burger? Oh, it's buried under the fries. So if you take out the fries.... wait, there's no tray or placemat. Dig under the fries and pull out the wrapped burger, place on bare table top. Tear open bag, and eat off of bag and burger wrapping. Hmm, the burger roll seems soggy already, from being wrapped tightly when it comes off the grill. I wonder if I should bring my own tray and plates? The standard cheeseburger, with an order of fries and a regular soda will run you $12.17. This isn't enough for them to supply trays and placemats? The smallish burger is well done, albeit juicy (well, probably greasey), and the fries are tasty, although usually limp. I do like that malt vinegar is available for fry dipping. One item I go out of my way to get here is the kosher-style, all-beef, grilled hot dog. It's a decent size, and is available with a bunch of unlimited toppings, just like the burgers, for $3.49. I know that Dogma Grill down US-1 is mostly better, but I can't face sitting outdoors in the summer heat in business clothes! What's different about this Five Guys? First, there's plenty of parking, for free. Second, it's a little larger than some others, and always seems to have free tables. Third, the staff is pretty friendly. Never disappointed in the quality of their burgers. This location is always clean, neat and friendly staff. They like to sing together here every now and then if the mood is right. The quality is top notch, toppings are fresh and those peanuts has a tendency to keep you hanging around allot longer than planned. read more

Lazy workers here. I ordered a burger with all the works online for pickup, got home to realize they had given me every topping I selected, except the ones that needed to be cooked. So no grilled onions no grilled mushrooms. The patty and cheese were both COLD. Like, fat solidifying for you to chew into. I was eating this crap within 5 minutes of my given ETA so I know that wasn't on me. My first Five Guys experience was at this location half a year ago and I found the burger to be sloppy, soggy, and the service horrendously slow. Since then I've tried the Aventura location which is actually decent (ALMOST rivals In-N-Out shhh) and so I thought I'd grab a quick post workout bite here today. Don't bother, they suck here. The service was fast, their burgers I always like. When I order, I always add the same, which is grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, and cheese. I like that the burgers are the perfect size to not make me extremely full neither to leave hungry. It is a plus that I can grab some peanuts to munch on while I wait for the burgers.
