I am absolutely disgusted by the behavior of one of your employees, Elizabeth the older lady, at the drive-thru today. I placed a mobile order for a Filet-O-Fish and specifically asked at the first window for the tartar sauce to be put on the side. Simple request. Not complicated. When I got to the second window, Elizabeth handed me the bag. I checked it and immediately noticed there was no separate container for tartar sauce. I pulled forward slightly and opened the sandwich, and of course, the tartar sauce was already on it. They made it wrong. What happened next was completely unacceptable and honestly shocking. Elizabeth started yelling at me aggressively from the drive-thru window, telling me to move and cursing loudly in Spanish, assuming I wouldn't understand her. She was literally turning around, yelling at her coworkers, blaming me for the line not moving, and acting like I was the problem -- all within less than a minute. Her attitude was nasty, hostile, and completely unprofessional. I have never in my life had a fast food employee curse at me through the window like that. I wasn't being difficult. I wasn't yelling. I wasn't rude. I was simply checking my order because YOUR staff made it incorrectly. I eventually got out of my car and walked up to the window. The second she realized I was confronting her directly, her entire attitude flipped. Suddenly she was trying to act nice, telling me to park in front so they could remake it -- which I was already planning to do. But the damage was done. The way she spoke to me before that was completely disrespectful and out of line. I went inside, and yes, they remade the sandwich correctly. And of course, Elizabeth was nowhere to be found. She disappeared and hid. This review is specifically because of Elizabeth. I've had good experiences at this location before, but her behavior was absolutely unacceptable. No customer deserves to be cursed at, yelled at, and treated like garbage over a mistake THEY made. Management seriously needs to address her behavior, because that kind of hostility has no place in customer service. read more

Friday 08/09/2019 at 9:30 am. The manager was chatting away with another employee and eating instead of taking our orders. I actually had to clear my throat in the classic interjection manner to get her attention. I ordered two number 9s and to wait because they did not have hash browns prepared... I managed to finish my drink waiting on the staff. When my meal was finally ready I asked the manager if I could get a refill for my wait and she said no. The men's restroom could not be used... First of all, staff on the late night shift are extremely unfriendly, and overall have the persona as if you are bothering them. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles. I did not expect what I received. There's a DROP of sauce. There's absolutely zero spicy-ness to this sandwich and it's an utter disappointment. Based on the menu photos, there should be an ample amount of sauce, but I'm sorry, if this was a burger, would this be an appropriate amount of ketchup? I don't think so. My French fries are ice cold and I'm within walking distance of this location. Thankfully I ordered a double cheeseburger as backup, right? Wrong! The burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. It was as if it was pulled out of the freezer, slapped together, wrapped up and handed to me. Biting into the burger was equivalent to attempting to bite into a tire. Everything ended up in the garbage as it was all inedible. I don't expect gourmet food from McDonald's, but I do expect the food to be edible, to say the least. Instead, this was unfortunately a waste of $10.89. read more

Made my 1st order through the app and when I went to the store to pick up my food the cashier told me my food wasn't paid for. When I checked my bank account I had 12 processing transactions from the one order I placed through the app. The cashier was super rude and the store manager didn't know how to work the app or how to help me with the situation.
