Just ordered a $25 burger on doordash and it came with no patties. Couldnt get a refund either.

My husband and I are huge fans of Five Guys and we couldn't be more excited about their new location- 3mins away from our house! This location was spotless and the service was awesome!! We will definitely be back! I love their lettuce burger and the fries and DIVINE! My husband is particularly a fan of the "cheese burger grilled cheese burger" and it never disappoints!

Very disappointed. Burgers were cold and dry. Milkshake too sweet and too thick to drink with a straw.

Their menu is small, which we actually appreciate because they focus on doing a few things really well. The chicken tenders are perfectly crispy with great seasoning and flavor. The matchstick fries are always crispy too, not too thick or heavy. Meals come with coleslaw and Texas toast, and both are delicious additions. Their signature sauce is a must. I'm not sure what's in it, but it's so good and pairs perfectly with everything. This particular location was great. There's plenty of parking, the ambiance is nice, and both the inside and outside areas were clean. The staff was also very friendly. We would definitely return anytime we're in the area!

Prices were reasonable, with options for kids' meals, large family portions, and individual servings. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, plus a fountain soda machine with easy access to ketchup and utensils. The decor was chic. The chicken was served hot and fresh, but unfortunately it was completely flavorless. There was no noticeable seasoning at all. The Cane's sauce, however, was amazing and honestly the only thing that gave the chicken any flavor. The fries were my favorite part crinkle-cut, crispy, and hot. The Texas toast was excellent: buttery, perfectly toasted, and easily the standout item. I could eat a million pieces and be satisfied. Overall, the experience was okay, but the food itself is overrated. Without the sauce, the chicken just doesn't deliver. Worth a try!

This place really disappointed me. I am Dominican, so I try to eat and shop at local Dominican…read moreplaces to support my people as much as possible! First things first...I found this place on a random Sunday morning, and was like heyyy this is great, why don't I go here for breakfast to have some Dominican breakfast...it was like 10am..come to find out they don't open until 11am. Cool, maybe I'll try them some other time. The next evening, I decide to go back because I saw on their storefront they sell chimi's...I pull up, all lights are off. It's Monday, they're closed. Fine. This past Sunday, I try for my very last time...3rd times a charm, right? Wrong. This time they're at least open!! I see on their storefront that they have sancocho, so my mom and I decide to go in. As soon as I walked in, I found it very odd that there is no music or tv playing. They could've been playing a little bachata or merengue, come on...ambiance?!? Whatever. I also find it weird they have a huge "Corona Beer" banner instead of Presidente...odd. We're greeted by a server who's not Dominican. (Right there is a red flag for me, I tend to like Dominicans serving to feel like home but as long as the cook is Dominican, fine.) She proceeds to give us 1 menu and tells us to sit anywhere and she'll be right with us. She takes forever to get to us, when she finally comes to our table, I decide to order a chimi that I've been wanting for a week...she says "sorry, we don't have chimis. As a matter of fact, we don't have anything with bread." Umm ok. I then tell my mom to order because I now need more time to look at their menu...my mom orders sancocho. She replies "sorry we don't have sancocho right now". (Even though their sign is blinking outside with sancocho.) I then ordered something with plátano, and she said they don't have any either. How do you have a Dominican restaurant and not have plátano on deck??! Who's doing the inventory in this place?!? It's lunchtime, what the heck? The server recommends the yaroa, which for ppl who don't know what that is, is like street food...fries, cheese and meat...I would eat this after the club, not really for lunch. At that point, we decided to just walk out, which is such a shame because even though their menu was limited, it all sounded good but they just didn't have anything available. SMH. I tried 3 times...I will not be back. There are far more restaurants that will gladly take my money. I'm giving 2 stars...1 because parking is available because it's in a plaza, and 2 because they're Dominican and wanted various items off the menu.

It was as delicious as you would imagine. It came with a single slice of American cheese and grilled onions. The top of the bun was branded with their logo. I had to stop myself from eating the whole thing because it was so rich. The plantain chips were delicious and crunch acen came with a garlic sauce. I don't love plantain chips but I loved these. This place had quick service and was so good we ordered again 2 days later. This time I got the kids Cuban with fries. It was a half Cuban sandwich and a handful of fries. Best Cuban of my life. Seriously. Go check it out. I only got pictures of the burger because the second time we ordered I devoured that Cuban.

I was impressed. The price was right, the flavors were authentic and the portions were generous. I investigated Cuban Guys and learned the Frita Cubana is the Friday Daily Special. I'm Cuban born, grew up in SoFL, and just returned 6 months ago after having lived in Canada for 9 years. Hardly any Cuban restaurants there. I couldn't wait! We arrived just before 7pm, and after taking a drive around the perimeter of the shopping center, had to park at the gas station next door. Ok, not a deal breaker. There were only 4 people in the shop, all seated at the same table. We walked up to the counter anticipating to be greeted in some way, but the lady there was deeply focused on her pad and looking at paper receipts, totally oblivious to our presence for a good two minutes. I get it, she might have been in the middle of a task, but perhaps look up and say "Hola, Bienvenidos, los atiendo en un momento" .. but no, nada, nothing. I finally spoke, commenting about her being busy with delivery and pick-up orders, and that broke the spell. The Frita ground beef patty, while flavorful enough, was extremely dry and kind of thin. It was served on a brioche roll, not a Cuban bread bun. We ordered three Fritas. Two contained fresh sautéed onions, one did not. The julienne fries were bland, thin/small and not generously used. We also ordered an order each of the Frituras de Malanga, and Fried Yuca sides. One of the Frituras was not fully cooked (middle) even though brown on the outside, and could have been better seasoned (hardly any visible cut onions or parsley), but not all that bad. The real disappointment was the fried yuca. Served NOT in the natural original form crispy deep fried to a golden brown pieces version of this root vegetable that we were anticipating. These were equally sized croqueta shaped ground yuca fingers. I understand this is fast Cuban, but come on, yuca served this way is a disservice to this staple delicacy The mango juice was very good, but not cold enough. Asked for a bit of ice on our way out. The tamales looked pretty good and must be, as there was only one left in the tray near the register. I will not completely rule out Cuban Guys, as there are other items on the menu I'd like to try, but not ordering the Frita or Yuca again.
