Chick-fil-A has been involved in some pretty questionable stances in the past, particularly regarding donations to organizations with anti-LGBTQ+ views. For that reason, I don't support their practices or policies. So, yeah, if you're looking for a place to be proud of your values while dining, you might want to look elsewhere. Now, with that said... let's talk about the Mac n' Cheese. It's ridiculously good. Creamy, cheesy, comforting--like the kind of mac and cheese your grandma would make if she was in a really good mood. Seriously, it's one of the few things I'll still go there for, despite my reservations about the company. In short, if you choose to go, the food is tasty, but I'll always have a hard time fully supporting the brand. If they can change their values, they'd have a loyal customer for life. Yummy fast food! The workers are always friendly. The drive thru may seem long but usually they have 2 lanes that move pretty fast. Love that they offer grilled chicken nuggets along with their original nuggets. The nuggets are offered on a variety of pieces from 4-12. They also offer catering! The Mac n cheese is a must have! The waffles fries are also made to perfection! I have eaten the chocolate chip cookie and I felt it was worth the calories! They offer a breakfast menu. Sundays they are closed. Once she took my order and she walked around the restaurant to collect everyone trash from the table. She passed around later to pass around a brownie sample so everyone can try it. Impossible to get to the curbside parking spaces. You can't get to them from the front of the building, you can't get to them through the drive thru, you can only get to them by going around the entire building and entering from behind. There is no sign to assist or give direction as to how to get there. I ended up in the drive thru because I thought that's how you entered and told the worker who was assisting customers and they just didn't have a response and said I had to drive around...would have been great to know that before waiting in line for 20 minutes just to get to a parking space. Either the structure needs to be revised or maybe a sign or two needs to be put up. read more

Love the new renovation done to the Miami Lakes Chick-fil-A it's really modern but feels welcoming with the barn tones. The staff was quick and welcomed us as we walked in and the order was quick almost as quick as if we would have done drive thru. Love that they ask if we would like a refill vs us asking and the restroom was also pretty clean as the staff happen to be checking when we arrived. This will always be my go to read more

The staff at this location is amazing! They're always extremely kind. The lines are always long but you can tell they try to make it go as fast as possible. If there's an issue with your order they'll quickly fix it without any problems. Excellent customer service and great food make this location one of our favorites read more

I visited this location shortly before closing time. To my surprise the line was wrapped around and I didn't think I would make it in time to place my order before the lights turned off. When I drove up, there was an employee standing outside in the drive thru taking orders. He was very polite and did not rush. He allowed me to look at the menu he had in hand to make sure I knew what I wanted to order. While waiting in line, my order was brought to my car by an employee before I paid at the window. The food was hot and fresh. The portion size was satisfactory. At the window the employees were polite. I was able to pay and grab the drink for my order. I overheard the employee they were still taking orders after 10:00. I like this location and would definitely return. read more

No matter how long the drive thru line is just do it! They've got this thing figured out! The line was 19 cars deep but because the staff is out here reconning orders (and even taking payment!) it steady moves! We were not in that line more than 8-10 minutes MAX I should have timed it but it went quick. The order was correct and the kids that work there were soooo polite! My office orders from here a minimum of twice a week through postmates. With each order, the office places bets on whose order is going to be missing. Every SINGLE time, something is missing. Obvious items such as a large beverage or an entire meal just never makes the bag. It's as if orders larger than two or three items are unfathomable for this restaurant to process. Atrocious drive thru. Over the past year I have given them not 1, not 2, not 3, but my 4th and final chance. Each time I have spent from 30min to 15 min in drive thru waiting for my food. This last time was 14 min and had 7 cars behind me were given their food before I received mine. They should just close this drive thru down if they can service the people in the order they drive thru. These days of "cold" weather in south Florida, all you want to do is grab something fast to munch on and stay home... and why not choose a decent fast food place like Chik-Fil-A, considered somewhat one of the 'healthiest' fast food restaurants out there. On my last visit through the drive thru, as usual, i ordered my favorite Grilled Chicken sandwich combo. Delicious and tender white grilled chicken, fresh tomato and lettuce, and crispy waffle fries. I Highly recommend it! This location would had earned a 5-star review from me, but lately my meals have been kinda cold. This is the Lord's way of saying that eating chicken is okay. Obviously, this franchise is known for their exemplary customer service and order efficiency which is rare in the fast food industry. Heading south from the Palmetto Expressway from Red road, the location is only a few meters away making it the perfect location for Hialeah and Miami Lakes to enjoy. I'm not so much a fan of their fries but their chicken is delicious and makes up for it entirely. It's never an issue to ask for sauce or condiments at the checkout lane because you're always going to be greeted with a smile. Closed on Sundays as their motto is to respect the Sabbath. It's definitely holy chicken in my book. Whether it's dine in or drive through, you're definitely going to leave with a pleasantly satisfied stomach. read more

I come to this location often for lunch. I feel like they just go above and beyond with their customer service here. Chic-fil-A always has the longest drive thru lines compared to other fast food spots BUT they're the quickest in getting everyone taken care of and they never mess up my order. They have employees outside taking orders so that everyone is in and out! The food is always delicious and consistent, everyone is always so friendly you can tell they really enjoy their job and try to make your experience a pleasant one every time. I wish this company could train all fast food restaurants because they have mastered the art without cutting corners in important areas. You can truly see the difference here. I have literally been in the drive thru line before and have seen an employee walking customers from the restaurant to their car with an umbrella because it was raining outside. Every location I have been to staff is nice and attentive even when its rush hour for them they have people taking orders outside in the drive thru to speed up the process. The food for me has always been good. The original chicken sandwich is my favorite with some fries and a cookie for dessert. Sometimes I will also have breakfast here when need something in a pinch. So I went to this location last night for myself ,son, and my sister we ordered the 12 piece nugget meal with a side salad, we got 3 sauces for 36 nuggets then the young lady with and attitude says "Well how many do you need".when we brought it to her attention..cold food should ALWAYS be separated from hot food a warm salad is gross, on top of that I requested avocado lime ranch for my salad and got herb ranch. If they were out of my first request it would've been nice just to be told that, they also shoved all of this food in one bag like really on top of that there were NO forks to eat with. read more

Don't go to this location. Please read. Of all the chik fil a locations I visit this is by far the worse. Management is horrible and the level of incompetence in mind boggling. Not sure what happened with training at this location but in 6 different occasions once being today about 30 minutes ago. I again had the same issue where I order and the order is either wrong or incomplete and to make matters worse there lines are as usual so long that the process of having them correct can take anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes. Simply embarrassing that this location wasn't able to get the good chik fil a staff. I have their app as they sometimes send you offers and you can earns points for using their app towards food in the future. First time I used the app to order ahead and it was really easy. I love Chik-Fil-A Thing is, there was a language barrier with the cashier. I understand its located in Miami Lakes(predominantly Spanish), but everyone doesn't speak spanish. They have employees all masked and gloves ready to help take your order, which helps quickly ease the traffic in the drive thru.
