This is the worst Burger King out of all the Burger King's on the planet. They constantly run out of food items and the drive thru has the longest wait time of any other fast food chain in Miami. It almost feels like they are trying to win a contest and the prize is being named the worst fast food restaurant on the planet. I would vote for them to take that title. I'm amazed that the manager hasn't been fired then rehired only to be able to fire him or her twice. I bought three croissant sandwiches this morning. When I got home, they went to my daughter-in-law and went to my husband and went for myself. I was disappointed because as I picked up the croissant sandwich, it literally started falling apart in my hands. Croissant was crumbly, and apparently old and the sausage patty was hard and apparently old. The service is the drive-through was excellent, but the croissant sandwiches were terrible. I have NEVER written a review for anything before, but this experience has left me with no other choice. I've been coming to this Burger King for over 25 years, and today I have reached the point where I will have to question myself before making the drive to this location. This is the literal epitome of incompetence, as I didn't expect to interface with a lobotomite when ordering through the drive thru. In fact, a lobotomite taking my order would've probably done a better job. This experience left me no other choice but to leave the drive thru without any food, forcing me to drive elsewhere and waste even more expensive fuel to get a simple lunch for myself and my family. I've been here a couple of times to grab some food while I was looking for something cheap in the area. I had to get their whopper jr. Special but what I didn't like is that you're forced to order from the kiosk and not the counter any more, even if you're paying with cash. This place is really clean, it looks brand new inside and it's also really quiet when I've visited. Food tastes good though I do believe that it takes longer than average. I honestly was not going to review my experience here. But since I complained to the manager here and called corporate and they have yet to get back to me here it is... I came here to get a quick bite to eat because I work very close and had a meeting I had to get to. I went through the drive thru and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. I tried to take a bite but the texture was off, smelled Weird and hard for me to bite all the way through, so I immediately spit it out. When I parked, I decided to take the bun off to see what was wrong. My entire chicken was RAW. It wasn't that it was uncooked a little bit...no, Completely raw. I was disgusted and I have not been able to eat chicken since. I went back to tell the manager due to the dangers of salmonella and food poisoning and she gave me my refund. A cashier there told me this wasn't the first time, he mentioned that a man complained that his chicken tenders were raw, which is quite concerning to me. This location was recently totally renovated. I'm not sure who's in the back cooking but they clearly need more training. I'm nauseous just thinking about my experience. Don't come here, I can't even imagine if this happened to a child they wouldn't know better and would've swallowed it. read more

Came in here for a fast lunch on a Friday. It was not busy. Service was very quick. My crispy burger hit the spot for fast food, not electrifying or bad, just a.o.k! You guys have read my reviews and know that "spicy" is a requirement for me to give more than 3 stars. I will say their buffalo sauce - which seems to have a hint of ranch background by it's creamy consistency, saved the day. Although they were out of sweet and sour today, I like the fact BK doesn't appear to nickel and dime on their sauces as I was able to try two BBQ as well as said Buffalo. The HD flat screen menu displays are a cool aesthetic touch, as is the coke remix machine, allowing me to try all sorts different flavor combinations. The orange coke wasn't for me, the cherry was. What solidified the 3 stars and ALMOST nudged it to 4 was their smoothies. Taking advantage of a coupon for the mango one, and paying for a strawberry, I'll still go for the berry one. It tasted slightly more natural. So there you go, a little long for a fast food place, but all in all a decent pit stop if you're in a rush in this part of town. read more

Took my vegetarian niece to Burger King to try the Impossible Whopper. She hadn't eaten meat in almost 2 years and doesn't normally like vegetarian burgers. But this plant based burger tastes so much like a real burger she loved it. Every time I come here there's a problem. Not enough staff. Poor service. Slow response time. No ketchup. Not enough anything. The second to last time I was rushed and the past two times I came for breakfast they already had the sandwiches laid out. Burger King was my go-to fast food place. However, the food has slowly gone downhill. We ordered fries and chicken sandwiches. The bread was stale, the vegetables were bland, the burgers were cold, the chicken was not tasty, and the fries were the most decent part of our meal. Even those were at a C level. Not even the soda was on target. When I saw the commercial for the chicken sandwiches, I thought they had changed the recipe, so I decided to try them to see if they had improved. Turns out, they were the same chicken sandwiches, just with a different name. What I will give to Burger King is that the service wasn't bad. Our waiter was pleasant. All in all, my experience here made me unhappy. I have given Burger King several chances to see if it has improved, but the quality of the food decreased every time I went. This is a decent bk. Recently renovated and clean for the most part. Most of the table tops needed to be cleaned off. Cashier was nice. They do something here I am not accustomed to. They actually ask for your name and call you when your order is ready like they do at Starbucks. So much nicer than screaming a number. Other than the dirty table tops my only other gripe is the drive thru. They don't use headsets for orders. Every time a car comes through you hear a ding followed by the full order being placed.
