Another delicious meal at a Five Guys. I really enjoyed my lunch yesterday. There was a sign in there saying "Heaven on a Bun" and I have to agree. The burger is so delicious. The cheese was really nice with the burger. I ordered it with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard and pickle. This is the perfect combination here for me. I ordered Large fries. They were served hot. A few were undercooked but that is okay. I should have ordered the medium fries because the large is more for two people. Their shakes sound good and you can get as many toppings as you want for free. The restaurant was very clean. Dang... I was really hoping to get a classic 5 guys burger. I hadn't been to a 5 guys in years and was craving it hard. So I ordered a cheeseburger with all the fixings I wanted, a cherry coke and fries. There wasn't anyone in front of me so I thought it would be somewhat quick. I know they make them to order so expected some time to pass. Upon receiving my order I will say it tasted ok. It wasn't bad, but I had to stop for a moment to think about the last time I had 5 guys. The last time, my burger was greasy and packed with flavor. This time it was 2 hockey pucks stacked on each other dryer than eastern Sahara. I ate half the burger and then realized they didn't put cheese on it. I ate half already so I figured let me just get a refund. I know it's only 80 or so cents but it was merely principal. I go to the lady at the cash register and tell her what's going on and she said sorry but I can't help you. This kind of ticked me off so I left. Did they change how they cooked the burgers? August 3, 2020. Yesterday evening, after T.S. storm Isaias passed us, we decided to get burgers, fries, and fountain drinks. This is one of our kids' favorite burger joints. We already had to make two stops for takeout, so I gave in and ordered from here too! RIGHT: Customer service from the point of entrance was superb. The young man at the register is one of the best I have ever encountered anywhere. Everyone working the line did it swiftly and the entire restaurant was COVID-compliant, except for one aspect which I will mention below. I love how they instruct you to use a tissue, provided for in the drink section, to make your selections. All fast-food restaurants should implement this. WRONG: The signs posted on the door include curbside pickup but they are currently not offering it, as we were told when we sat in our car and called. Also, they communicate on their signs that the dining room tables are unavailable but allow customers to sit at them while they wait for their food. As far as the food, the fries were drenched in oil, visibly seen through the bag and they were super salty. The temperature of the meat must have been off as the three of us who ate from there had an upset stomach all night, versus the other two who ate takeout from Sals just a few doors down. read more

I've never had a bad experience when it comes to Five Guys. They give you a taste of the American experience that is a classic burger and fries! We got multiple burgers including toppings (lettuce, onions, pickles, ketchup and mustard). Their burgers are cooked perfectly! Not undercooked and left with lots of moisture! So delicious! Then let's talk about the fries. They are fresh cut fries cooked in peanut oil! An oil that is healthier and leaves the fries crispy without being greasy! Came in greeted... ordered right away and got my food right away. If you want a little burger of any type it's a single patty. If you want just a regular burger of any type it's a double patty. You can add as much toppings as you want so you might as well get ALL of them unless they are a premium topping and they charge you extra or if you are allergic!! This 5 guys is relatively new so it could be the reason it's slow... but their workers are what's up!!! You get free peanuts, you get extra fries all the time but today I got extra service and extra satisfaction! A guilty pleasure - good greasy hamburger and a large (delicious) French fry with a scoop or two thrown in the grease stained bag. They seem to have staffed up a bit more lately so the turnaround time for getting your order is greatly reduced in my experience. I do have to say that I went over the top on my last visit and added a chocolate shake to my order but I will not do that again it was not good at all (sadly). The ambiance would be improved if corporate would splurge on chairs that didn't sound like nails on a chalkboard when they are slid out and prison style tables. Love the bags of potatoes and the fries that they are turned into best of all. Those killer Coke machines with tons of drink options are great too! Ordered a couple double burgers and a grilled cheese with bacon sandwich, yes they have non burger sandwiches, all with a large fry. I am highly disappointed at how things were handled tonight at this location. We had ordered our food then tried to find a place to sit. Seeing that there were only tables with 4 seats open. We decided to push two tables together to accommodate the 8 of us. Once the manager heard the tables moving. She turned around and yelled out no, you can't do that. To which I asked her why can't we since the other tables with 8 seats were already occupied. She did not give me a response but decided to turn her back to me and sent out a worker to move the tables back. How can you get mad at a family putting two tables together (8 seats) so they can eat dinner together? Upon questioning her more about her decisions. She finally started to cite that it is against social distancing rules but there were two other sets of tables joined together with 8 seats each. Unfortunately we could not use those since one was being occupied but 4 people and the other by 2 people. Social distancing required only for people outside of your family. We even told her that we will move the tables back to it's original location when we were done. But she would still not allow it so we decided to get a refund and take out business elsewhere. Been waiting for them to finally open one up near my house and now it's here! These burgers are the best burgers I've ever had at any chain restaurants. The burgers might seem expensive but all toppings are free. And little means single patty. And the fries are filled to the top and an extra scoop and added inside the bag. It's a huge portion. 1/1 for service - quick and friendly. Being that they are new, I was very surprised at how fast and efficient they were. 1/1 for decor - simple and clean. All condiments are left out for self serve. 3/3 for food - the burgers are seasoned so well. No matter how many toppings I put in there, I can always taste the actual patty. It's all about the combo of the toppings. You have to find the combo that hits your taste buds just right. Once you do, you won't be able to have a burger anywhere else. And I love their Cajun fries. I was excited to finally try this place out. We ordered take out. We got cheeseburgers and fries- 1 regular and 1 Cajun. The burger was good if a little greasy. If we return I'll try a smaller burger for a single patty as I didn't realize the regular burger was 2 patties of meat. Their fries seem to be fresh and homemade. The regular fries are great, but skip the Cajun fries. They're just fries sprinkled with too much paprika (along with traces of other seasonings). All of our food was hot and freshly made. I ordered our food online, but you still have to wait in the same long line as everyone else who is ordering to pay for it so I'm not sure what the benefit of online ordering is. read more

Always fresh and made to order, they deliver my favorite type of bacon cheese burgers on a consistent basis. Let us not forget that this location offers their highly acclaimed milkshakes (all mixins are free... including bacon!) My latest hack for Five guys when it comes to the fries is to order the cajun spice on the side and mix it directly into the ketchup. Oh BOIIIIIIII is it delicious. I ordered the little cheeseburger and you can pick from a list of toppings. I added tomato, grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and ketchup. I asked for medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. The burger filled me up and it costed about $6. The burger tasted great and I highly recommend adding grilled onions to your burger. I also ordered regular fries and they gave me more than expected, it felt like they gave me 2x the amount. As you wait for your food, they offer free nuts to their customers. As for the food, I order a "little cheeseburger" which in my opinion was not little at all which is great and any toppings you want on your burger are free! My boyfriend got the cheeseburger and added lettuce, tomato, onion, mushrooms and jalapeños all at no extra charge! The Cajun fries are also delicious and one medium sized order was enough for the both of us we couldn't even finish it.
