    5 Cheese Mac & Cheese

This was my 1st time visiting this location but it surely won't be my last. I was greeted right way as I entered & the 2 workers were very welcoming. Quickly, the cashier told me the woman in front of me was placing a catering order so it would take some time but he urged me to let the other employee know what I wanted to eat. I was pleasantly surprised, as a lot of places don't care about making you wait around. After placing my order it took less than 5 minutes before he rang me up. I was asked once again if everything was good & on top of it I was able to use my free sub reward! I really enjoy Firehouse because their bread is always fresh & toasted to perfection. Whether you get a hot or cold sandwich, they're packed in nice so your meal is always plentiful. They're usually super quick & this location is no different. The dining area was cleaner than others I've been to before; the only dirty table was from the customers who were already eating & had just left as I was sitting down. Although it's not new to the menu, the Mac & cheese was new to me (granted I haven't been to a Firehouse in about 6 months). All I have to say is it was fantastic! It was creamy & you could really taste a nice blend of cheeses. The only issue with my particular one was that it could've been a bit hotter. I think another 30 seconds of heat up time would've been perfect. With that said, this will definitely be an item I buy time & time again. If you have the option to go to this location over others I would recommend it!

Awesome service! Thank you from Kirk and the team! 10/10 would recommend. From friendly greetings to a welcoming atmosphere and all set up to enjoy your delicious sub! Some of the many reasons I stay coming routinely!

    That work from home sub!

Nom nom nom! This Firehouse subs is giving it a go, and they're doing well from what I see. After seeing this going up DURING a pandemic, I was sure hoping that they made it. So far so good. It's got to be rough. Today was a work from home day and I was craving a smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket. Since it's so close to the house, plus I wanted to get out, I made the short jaunt there and ordered this deliciousness. I've been here a few times and usually don't review chains and/or fast food restaurants but A. These are delicious subs and B. The people have always been the friendliest. If you've lived on a deserted island, you'll be happy to know that they have a good cause they support, as well. Overall, I love supporting Firehouse subs. As luck would have it, my sub was delicious as always; pickle on the side and all! The only thing I miss is eating inside with all of the hot sauces!

You're better off going to Jersey Mike's or Publix for a sub. The service is terrible.

The best subs. If you order online, it takes less than 10 mins for the subs to be ready.

There was a nice little wait on a Saturday morning but it went by pretty quick because of how fast everyone was working and cleaning off tables! It is rather small in here so if you get uncomfortable being close to other parties, this is not the place to go during peak hours! I ordered a basic egg plate and it came with eggs, that I ordered scrambled, toast and sausage patties. The eggs were cooked perfectly and there was a nice amount of them! The sausage was very tasty and the toast was crisped to a perfect crunch for me! The prices here are very reasonable as well, with my plate being about ten dollars, if I remember correctly. The service here was crazy fast and our waitress was flying through tables left and right! My drink never made it past half the glass before she was back refilling it!

The pastrami was dry and I asked for well done fries that were barely cooked and nowhere near crispy. The waitress was too busy chatting to get her attention so I just ate them. The sandwiches arrive like legends overstuffed, unapologetic, and bursting with flavor. One bite and you're transported straight to your grandmother's kitchen, where the secret ingredient was always love... and yes, a generous whisper of schmaltz. This is the kind of place where the taste of grandmother's cooking triumphs over pretty furniture every time. Who needs chandeliers when the corned beef sings? And then, the matzo ball soup pure poetry in a bowl. Golden, comforting, restorative. It warms not just your body but something deeper, something older. One spoonful and you pause, the second makes you smile, and by the third you are quietly plotting your return. It doesn't just satisfy it calls you back, like a melody you didn't know you missed. The room itself feels like a well-loved novel soft around the edges, rich with character, inviting you to linger. No noise, no nonsense, no pretension. Just the gentle rhythm of conversation, the turning of newspaper pages, and the universal language of people enjoying honest food. The staff are not just servers they are stewards of tradition. Warm, attentive, and proud, they carry forward something increasingly rare: care without pretense, hospitality without script. And here is the truth this is not a place you visit just once.
