It was busier than normal and the cashier seemed new but ordering was relatively quick and our order was brought out in short order. The food itself was flavorful and tasty. The kids loved their food and were borderline wanting seconds. Staff were busy so I wouldn't really say attentiveness was an issue. However, I will highlight Will, the assistant manager who came over to ensure we were good and everything was in order. We really appreciated that personal touch. This seems to be a common theme with every Lime restaurant we go to so please keep that up. The only critique I'd have is keeping the tables clean. More than once, I noticed families looking for clean tables to sit at but find previous customers trays still on the tables and not taken up. Then waiting for staff to come around. Other than that, pleasant experience!

The food took long, but that's understandable given the day that it was. I started with chips and queso. They have some of the best queso! This is a must when coming here. I would definitely come back when they aren't so busy.

Best Burger Spot in Broward County -- PERIOD!…read more I've been coming to North South Grill in Pembroke Pines since 2021, and I'm honestly surprised I haven't written a review sooner. Guys, hands down, this is the BEST burger spot in Broward County -- PERIOD! This is a husband-and-wife-owned restaurant, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into this place. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with care, and the service always makes you feel welcome. If you're in the mood for a smash burger, steak sub, chicken sandwich, or chicken tenders, this is the place to go. Everything I've tried has been excellent, and after coming here for years, they continue to deliver. I love supporting local, family-owned businesses, especially when the owners take this much pride in what they do. North South Grill is a Pembroke Pines gem and absolutely worth checking out. Highly recommended! *1000000 if I can

I ordered the kids' meal with 2 chicken strips and fries, while my husband had 3 chicken strips, fries, and Texas toast. Both meals came with drinks. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! We had Arnold Palmers--half tea and half lemonade--and they were SO good. In fact, we liked them so much that we went back the very next day just for the drinks! The service was excellent both times, and we used the drive-through. Such a pleasant experience. We'll definitely be back!

I finally ate a proper meal here today. The two guys at the register were so nice. Plus, they were playing great music the whole time I was there. Sounds funny, but it is a heartwarming atmosphere. Everything was super clean. I ordered "The Box" which includes four tenders, Texas toast, 1 Cane's sauce and some fries. I left over a chicken tender for later in the day. I was thinking I might not like the Texas toast, but it was so good. I should have ordered a slice to take home. The fries were good but the portion was small. The chicken tenders are off the charts. They were served hot and fresh. The flavor is awesome. The Cane's sauce is delicious. It is a mixture of ketchup, mayonnaise and secret spices. I like it a lot. It is a dilemma whether to use a little of it because then it takes away from the flavor of the chicken. I liked the lemonade. I went back for a refill. It is not free but the nice guy told me if I fill out the receipt survey, he will give me it for free. I do think they should give the free refill, but hey, I am very happy to eat here and look forward to coming back here. They have the best chicken tenders I have ever had.

I really couldn't tell the difference between ordering at the drive thru or ordering through the app as both lines were moving at the same pace, although the mobile line was shorter. I can't speak much on the customer service aspect since I didn't have an interaction with the employees, as they only delivered my order to the car. By the time I got home the food was still fresh and It tasted the same as eating in the restaurant. The chick fil a lines are efficient, organized, and structured. So was the lettuce as you can see in my picture. Maybe from the mayo? Fries were good but needed to be heated up. The burger had that delicious flavor but it definitely fell short. After nearly completing eating my food, i learned that they gave me the wrong food and I ate a completely different item. They presented me my right wrap that I ordered on top of a $5 off coupon to come back next time as an apology. that I can't use since this location doesn't exist back home in the Chicago area. I'm not overly upset about it just because I have no dietary restrictions but if this was someone who actually is a vegetarian or a vegan ( and I wasn't told about what wrap I actually got) they probably would have freaked out. Not only was the cashier super unhelpful and not the friendliest, the food was prepared sadly in the most disrespectful way to prepare Venezuelan food. The cachapa dough tasted like it came out of an instant pancake mix and the queso rallado on top is nothing like it's supposed to be. The arepa was a full blown confusion and super incoherent. From the way it was served to the way it was filled. Venezuelan food has my heart and it's so disappointing when it's not prepared and served the way our taste buds remember it.
