The food is always phenomenal -- hot, fresh, and delicious! Overall, the customer service was great, except for the short Black girl who was cooking the meat. Her attitude was terrible. Cold sub is gross . Gross bread. Very little meat . Abs the size is a joke lol . The meats are pre sliced. So when I ordered my Italian sub, the meat was already sliced. It was gross. All the fresh vegetables was not failed to the top or anything containers of all the vegetables was half empty. I ordered for delivery and while not the worst sandwich I've had, definitely far FAR FAR from the best. The bread was cool, but the turkey was too thickly sliced but the worst part was the veggies. My sandwich has a tablespooon of lettuce, a sprinkle of onion and peppers. When I order a sub the accompanying veggies are just as important as the meat and cheese. The thickness of the meat probably would have been excusable if there was more lettuce, tomato, onions and peppers. Given the presentation, I doubt I'll be back. read more

They are amazing when it comes to clearing the line and completing everyone's order in a timely matter - no matter how busy they are. The space is small and can be very full, this may deter customers who are in a rush... I encourage you to stay, even if its packed! Today went so smooth I ordered my sub got to check decided to get my assistant some lunch and was syill able to get in and out of this place within 10 minutes with both subs made to perfection one hot and one cold!!!
