As evidenced by my review at the Brickell location, I am a fan of this chain! They always provide a healthy tasty meal and pleasant service. This particular one is also located near both my office and an Orange Theory location. That way I have another reason to eat healthy, even if I'm away from my usual spot. Being a creature of habit, I usually stick to my Thai chicken crunch salad minus cucumber, but with extra chicken. The staff is really friendly and helpful with substitutions such as getting rid of pickles and subbing it for cranberry for example.
I ordered the chicken Caesar salad to go on the app to bring home after being at the mall. It was easy to order and substitute my favorite dressing of theirs, which happens to be Buffalo ranch. Many of their dressings are homemade, including this one. The greens were fresh. There probably could have been more chicken. There was heavy dressing as I requested. The salad tasted good but the amount of food seemed a bit low. The bread is ok, not a whole lot of flavor but at least it added to the meal. I like the wide variety of items that are on their menu. I usually order a different salad but wanted to try this one. It did have a good flavor.
I've been coming here since they opened and I love how their quality remained consistently great every time I come. I always know what to expect and I get exactly that. Their salads are very fresh and flavorful and they have a lot of drizzle options. The quality to price ratio is great and the portions are big. I love Just Salad chain overall so I don't have much to add about this specific one. If you haven't tried it yet - I highly recommend!
We wanted to try a new place and so being vegan this seems to be a great place for lunch. My friend is not vegan but she too liked her chicken salad . It was all very filling and freshly tasting . About this restaurant and owner . The company was founded in 2006 by Nick Kenner and Rob Crespi. The first location opened at 320 Park Avenue in New York City in 2006. Today, the company operates 70 store locations, primarily in the United States.
Came in for a quick lunch. Love the Pick 2 option where you can choose 1 salad or wrap and combo it with a drink or smoothie for $14. Great price and food was fresh. Just Salad is a great quick service fast food restaurant option. Wish there were better seating options and if they offered a reward system.
Tasty affordable lunch spot in Brickell. I got a bowl with chicken, cauliflower, rice, sweet potatoes and corn. It was filling and is a healthy option if you're looking for a place to eat in Brickell. There's also a ton of places to sit and eat inside as well. It also wasn't too busy for lunch.
Solid lunch - easy quick and healing the trifecta. Every thing was fresh! The customer service was nice and the entire place was clean.
We've been coming to this location of Just Salad pretty much consistently since it opened like 3 or so years ago because it's close to our home. Come here if you can tolerate the following: -Mediocre salads, that are incorrectly prepared half of the time. -Service that makes you scratch your head thinking "what's happening in here? How is a place run like this?" -You can show up here for dinner and be told by a manager "we're out of salad". This happened one night when we tried to order an arugula salad, they only had a limited amount of spinach. We placed an online order recently and came in to pick up the order and we ordered two Pumpkin Bisque soups. The store employee told us they only had enough for one soup and said they could replace one with Chicken Noodle but we could contact "corporate" for a refund for one soup. So we did, as this wasn't what we ordered and we were told by the store the process to get a refund. I contacted the Just Salad Guest Relations team by text and the agent was very rude and refused the refund despite being given the instruction by the store. I'm so frustrated about being treated this way and we've been tolerating this mediocre location for some time now. We won't be back and I don't recommend it to anyone. Now we're left to try to fight the great soup debacle out with our credit card company to get a refund.. --- Update on December 9, 2022: The Just Salad Guest Relations team did contact me by review response and also called me. I spoke to their Director who apologized for any inconvenience and said they would coach their teams appropriately. They also told me there appeared to be some internal miscommunication about the soup refund and she said they would address this as well. She did provide us with a refund for the soup and also provided a future dining credit which I was very grateful for, and also was very grateful for their prompt response with trying to resolve the debacle.
Just received the salad I always order UNDRESSED with half an unripe avocado in it with the skin attached. Last week, the same salad was filled with dark, fatty pieces of chicken thigh so I was able to eat a quarter of it. Once ordered for pick up and they gave me the salad without any chicken in it (the main ingredient) because they were too lazy to let me know they were out of chicken thigh at the moment and expected me to leave and not check. They unfortunately don't care about their customers at this location. Disappointing.
Obsessed with this place! I love a great salad place with all the options to choose from. The smoothies were good and the portion sizes are also very good. Unfortunately the day I went the employees were not very friendly especially after I expressed so much excitement and needed help on figuring out how to order. It's a shame because the food was so good and I wish they had a location close to my home. If you love salads definitely go here! Hoping that the employees were having an off day and that they are more friendly.
This salad was delicious. They allowed you to customize it with over 10 different items. Highly recommend to create your own bowl for the best taste with high quality ingredients will definitely order again.
If you love salad, this is the place for you. Fresh salad, great toppings, tasty smoothies. The service is quick and for the amount they give you it's affordable. This is my new go to near my house.
Very impressed! All fresh ingredients, fast service and friendly employees. Large variety and Large portions! Mine was enough for two meals. They have salads wraps and avocado toasts. A few tables outside available for outdoor eating. They sanitized for you between seating. Also really enjoyed their fresh made juices.
Been here a couple of times and we've always had a great experience. The food and options are always great and fresh. Everything is handled with care and team members are always welcoming and very friendly read more

I am extremely disappointed with the way employees are being treated at Just Salad, particularly under the management of Risa. A manager should lead by example, support their team, and treat every employee with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, Risa's treatment of employees has created serious concerns. Her behavior toward staff is belittling, disrespectful, and makes the workplace uncomfortable for the people who are simply trying to do their jobs. Yelling at employees in front of customers is completely unacceptable. No one should have to endure public humiliation or be made to feel less than human while at work. Being a manager does not give anyone the right to disrespect, bully, or mistreat employees. The way management treats its staff directly affects the workplace environment. When employees feel constantly disrespected or mentally mistreated, it can lead to frustration, low morale, and people choosing to leave. The number of employees reportedly leaving because of these experiences should be a serious concern for Just Salad. Just Salad's corporate leadership needs to take these complaints seriously and consider finding different leadership for this location. Employees deserve a manager who knows how to communicate respectfully, lead fairly, and create a positive work environment. As customers, we should not support behavior that treats hardworking people as though they are disposable. Anyone who supports or excuses this kind of treatment should seriously reconsider supporting this location. No business should prioritize a manager's authority over the dignity and well-being of its employees. Just Salad needs to do better. Employees deserve respect, accountability, and leadership that understands how to treat people like human beings. read more
When you don't feel like going home and concocting a salad for yourself. Nice variety of fresh and tasty salads. The options for dressings are pretty good as well, cause there's the few people that like a salad with a three piece suit of dressing. I usually opt for a medium to light dressing for my salad. My fave is the Cilantro Lime chicken salad or bowl and the hubby chooses between the protein bowl and the Mediterranean Pita. The options are always there for you to make your own salad so whatever the way you like it you can have it. Go get em! Live & Love! read more

Ever since the Yelp Elite Week, I've been coming here almost every week. I got hooked on their delicious bowls and avocado toasts. The first bowl I tried was the Warm Chicken Thigh Bown. It was flavorful and filling. I also tried both Crunch Avo Toast and Avo Blast. They were both fresh but I prefer the Blast one. Other items worth trying are their plant-based shakes. I always get the Almond Berry Blast but if you don't like sweet, get the Detox Cleanse. Now I'm obsessed with the Tokyo Supergreens with Tofu, Chipolte Cowboy with Daring Chicken, and Umami Bowl. Of course, I rotate them every week :) I still need to try the seasonal ones but seriously, I didn't expect salads to be this exciting. Just Salad has figured out a way to make them appetizing and not boring. Also, this location is always super clean and the staff is friendly. Plus it's located in a big shopping plaza so there's always plenty of free parking. The only thing that I noticed is once in a while, they forget some of the ingredients of the specialty salads. I think it's best to order in person to make sure they include everything that's suppose to be in the salad. Otherwise, I'm satisfied the freshness and I always leave feeling healthy. read more

I've been twice to this location and they are both quick and efficient. I had a small bowl of the broccoli cheddar soup.. it was okay, it's more of a dip because of the thickness. I have the California Cobb salad, but I made a couple modifications for my liking. the salad was fresh and tasty and a portion of protein, however or a bit small and I wish there was more protein available without an extra charge. read more

**** Update day after and got delivered Salad was not same portioned; took away star because this is my lunch and now it's turned into a side salad serving :( Was craving a salad and Yelp answered my searches lol. I got a Cesar salad and I originally wanted the crispy chicken salad with cranberries but they had no cranberries... it's honestly hard to find a good Cesar salad. Size of bowl is pretty decent and got a canned drink for $12 !! Good deal in my eye! Will definitely return! May even become frequent. I did accept the offering of bread but I saw how separated all of the ingredients were yet the bread had seeds on it and that's apart of my allergies . Kind of the only let down read more
they have a 2 for 13.99 combo that makes a whole meal very affordable and due to their options it's guaranteed a healthy grub! the salad was very good and a nice portion as well (i've eaten over half in that pic). have to point out that the fact they seal their smoothies it's really nice considering a lot of people get their things to go, loved it! read more

Great salad spot with create your own salads and quality ingredients. They have some great menu items with calories information next to it. I tried an asian-type salad with tofu and loved it. The tofu was very delicious and they arent stingy with the protein when making your salad like other places are. The avocado toast was also good with a healthy spread of avocado, nuts, and what I believe was goat cheese. The cheese overwhelmed the dish a bit as its a strong one and there was a lot of it. also tried the detox smoothie and it was ok. Overall, the location is a bit far for me but I will definitely make it a point to come back for more! The employees are all nice and super helpful. read more
