This place has the 2 things I love most: wraps and smoothies made from real ingredients. However, I was a bit disappointed and want to try a different wrap. The one I got listed a bunch of ingredients but it seemed like all it had was guac, lettuce and a little chicken. Love this dope little spot. Very chill vibes and good smoothies. It's got a local, mom n pop feel to it that I really enjoy and the smoothies are great. I usually get the green monster. It's tasty and filling and a good bang for your buck. I like it cause it's healthy with kale and hearty with peanut butter, but they also have plenty of lighter, more fruit forward fare. I love this place. Always look forward to coming here after the gym. The smoothies here are excellent (so far I've only had 2 - Mango Magic and Island Girl, only because they're so damn awesome and I keep reordering it). The wraps here are also ON POINT! That chipotle chicken brown rice wrap is awesome. Southwestern is also a great choice if you're looking for something with less carbs. 5 stars judging it for a basic smoothie and wrap shop. It being 5 min from my home is also a big plus. The staff are very friendly and nice, and the restaurant has always been clean as far as my experiences go. I also love the interesting pictures, collages, and prints on the walls. Always something interesting to look at when I'm waiting for my wrap and smoothie, which takes less than 5 min (wrap that is, smoothie prob 1 min) to make. The only issue is probably getting out of this plaza afterwards. The light at the exit changes quick so you'll most likely have to wait for a second light if there's a lot of cars. They will put this sauce on any wrap, and/or give you some on the side They are always willing to accommodate me when I come with my kids. Splitting smoothies into multiple cups, custom wraps. They recently moved to opposite side of the complex, due to expansion of Chuck E. Cheese's, and I couldn't be happier because the restaurant is new, bigger and more easily accessible IMO. Good food. Good prices. Good Service. You can call ahead, if you are busy and they will have your food waiting for you when you get there. They have some interesting stuff on the walls here, so while you are waiting for your food, you can get a good laugh or see some interesting artwork, or even draw some of your own. I used to eat here all the time. Their hours kinda sucked for me because the open late and close early. The quality of the smoothies and chipole wrap has been slowly declining. i think it depends on who's working. Anyway, the last time i ate there 2 days ago was horrendous. after drinking like 1/4 of my power smoothies i started violently puking my not soo tasty chipole wrap. I threw up things i didnt even know i ate. If i didnt know better, i think someone spiked my smoothie. my cousin picked it up for me and he can be a dick but thats no reason to put something in someone's smoothies. i've been eating and drinking their power smoothies for years. In homage to the beautiful, original art adorning the interior of this fine establishment, I am going to post my review in Japanese haiku form: Always friendly staff Smoothies are out of this world Try all of the wraps Seriously, most small businesses should take lessons from Power Smoothie on how to conduct themselves, especially when it comes to their customer service. Can you imagine the patience of the employees here? They are in the heart of Aventura and must put up with every type of douche imaginable on a daily basis. Not only that, there is a really awful meat-market-type-gym in the same complex that houses some of the most obnoxious Hummer-driving, Real Housewives of [add city here], Nickelback-listening, facelift-addicted people known to mankind. (I swear, it may not seem like it but I'm being realllllllly kind in my descriptions here!) Back to the point, the good folks at Power Smoothie are fantastic! The wraps and smoothies are just as good too. My favorite: Chicken Ceasar Wrap with a Chocolate Banana-Bo-Bana smoothie. They even load it with extra protein for a small price.
