For some reason the prices at this location are way higher, however my order always comes correct and they are pretty quick. But the $6 box is about $10 here so other than the price on things everything else is good from the food to the service. read more

I had an ok experience here. They were a little slow with service though. I assume it was because they didn't have enough staff; aleast it appeared they were understaffed. When the guy did come and help, he was very nice and made up for the wait. The other members (women) just stood there and didn't even speak. Not even a "someone will be right with you" or anything. I ordered a chicken chalupa and the employee who made it for me did a fabulous job! His name is Stevon (I hope I spelled it right) and boy does he know his job! This is the closest food place i have near my job that's quick, i would prefer Chick-fil-a across the street but their lines are always long. Just make sure you check your order before leaving because they always mess up. I didn't today because i was on a time crunch, but i should've known better. I asked for no Beef on my nachos. I also didn't ask for Extra beans, but i was charged for extra even after saying i don't want extra. all the cashier did was write EZ beans under the charge, didn't even remove the charge. I also got beef on my nachos. If chick-fil-a's line wasn't as long as it was i would've gone there and would be writing this review. I had A positive experience at the Taco Bell on a 163rd street and 16th Avenue. I know that's a different location but I did not see it in my maps. I ordered ahead and picked it up at the drive-through. My order was prepared the way that I ordered it it was fresh and neatly packed into a Box. The food was not sloppy at all or smeary as Taco Bell sometimes is or sometimes even burgers or sandwiches from a fast food place. It was warm and fresh and tasted very nice. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, A bean and cheese burrito, And it came with some cinnamon crunch twist for desert. Ok I don't really like to eat fast food. But last Tuesday " National Taco Day" I worked late and the kids went out for tacos. They purchased two family meals that came complete with nachos, hard tacos and soft tacos. I wasn't bad, everything was fresh and the filling was warm. I really enjoyed them. Storytime: I am a late 90s kid who just wanted some sustenance in these trying times. So naturally, me and my roommates drove to this Taco Bell. We did not bring face masks, and it was heavily pouring, so we were not planning to leave our car. We went through the drive thru. The manager was taking our order. He was very impatient. He was not actively listening to what we were trying to say. The lady who gave us our food was very polite, however. We parked to check our order, and a couple things were missed. We went back through the drive thru to explain this. The manager said we had to come inside to get our order. We drove up to the lady to explain what was happening. She checked our receipt and was ready to fix our order when the manager came up and said we had to come inside. I am part of the vulnerable population most likely to die from Covid-19. Nevertheless, we traveled through the torrential rain for this meal, and nothing was going to stop us from getting it. My roommate went inside, and the manager claimed the receipt was from yesterday, May 25th. Today is May 25th, and he was the one to take our order! The nice lady at the window gave us the rest of our food, and wished us a nice day. I just wish this woman had the manager she deserves. read more

The employees at the drive-thru are disgustingly disresctpectful, giving more importance to a damn timer than their customer, me being the only car in the drive-thru. The food was ok, but the kid at the counter was very rude. I don't know his name because he was not wearing a badge but on the receipt the cashier name is Maria. I'm guessing that's not his name. I understand they are in a hurry and busy but the it's not the customer's fault. His responses were all as if we were bothering him. I have always been a fan of Taco Bell. Usually I can understand if the staff is a little off their game during the wee hours of the night, but my experience last night was truly unbelievable. My husband, my sister in law and I arrived at the drive through at about 10pm. We needed a minute to look at the menu which didn't seem like a problem since no one was behind us, but the guy taking our order already sounded annoyed and like he wanted to rush us. We ordered 3 burritos, 3 DL tacos, and a Crunchwrap. Then we get to the window and he hands us two bags. We sit there waiting for a third bag and he comes back out and says "naw that was everything." So we drove off. I start taking the items out to count because I was almost sure there were items missing. I realize we're missing my sister in law's entire order, which was a burrito and a taco. So, annoyed, we turn around and get back in the drive through which already had two cars ahead of us. While waiting, I was so hungry so I started on one of my burritos. We finally pull up to the window and my husband tells him there were two items missing and hands him the receipt. he bends down and gives me a weird look since I was eating a burrito and says "are you sure?" Which immediately set me off. Who the hell is he to question us when we were JUST THERE, and we had to wait in line AGAIN just to get the food we PAID FOR. So I hand back all the bags so he could count it himself and told him "yes I'm sure" and he proceeds to start arguing with us saying he checked it but he obviously did not. What I could not stand the most was the little sassy attitude he was giving us after, practically tossing the bags back out at us and still forgetting the last taco, which we had to knock on the window for. I stopped this evening @10:15 and had to wait in the drive thru for about 35 mins to place my order. The person taking our order couldn't get it right until 5 mins of repeating the order.
