This place was terrible. One cashier and ten people in line. Cashier/ Manager, Alvaro, was answering phone calls while we waited to place our order. He looked like he was in slow motion. Ridiculus amount of time! My chicken sandwich was dry and disgusting. I couldn't even eat it. I left my entire sandwich and walked out. The manager was handling the burger buns without gloves. He grabbed over a dozen of them and put them on a tray to take to the kitchen for use. He was also eating some of the bread at the same time and whipping his hands on his dirty pants. He later moved to the food delivery section and handled meals ready to serve. Food should never be handled without gloves. Even so more after two cases of Coronavirus have been confirmed in the state. read more

The best burger to ever come out of a chain restaurant. The offer delicious, and exotic burgers for decent prices. Even though this place is in the mall, don't let that fool you; this place offers really, really good food. I always get the 1/2 lb cheeseburger combo (for like $8), which, let's be honest, is about the price of a lousy hamburger combo at McDonald or BK, and those burgers are not even in the same level as this burger. They're not even in the same universe as this burger it's so darn good. I can picture it now: that big, juicy, mouth-watering 1/2 lb hunk of burning love (or heart-burn: can't really figure out which one) on a bun (You can't forget about the bun) that's oh so fluffy on the inside while slightly toasted on the outside, you'll feel like you're eating your burger on cloud 9. Let's not forget about the toppings: you have an array of fresh vegetables and other items that you can put on your burger: banana peppers, onions (I've never tasted sweeter onions in my life), tomatoes, salsa, another type of salsa, and lettuce. Their fries are also divine: they're true wedge cut fries seasoned to perfection. You also have access to free nacho cheese and condiments to accompany your fries. You also get a drink with that combo. It's a perfect, quenching way to relieve your thirst after gobbling down half a pound of succulent meat! Even though the food at this place may cause you to go into cardiac arrest, even though this place may be the leading cause of heart disease in Hialeah, and even if this is the most unhealthy thing you will have in your life, this will probably be the most delicious thing you will have in your life. I have a gluten allergy and mentioned this when ordering. I was pleasantly surprised when the menu included a gluten-free bun for my burger. I proceeded to eat my burger with my choice of fixins. Foolishly I didn't skip the tempting fries on my plate, but I did state my gluten allergy and optimistically hoped it meant something. It didn't. I ate half the burger and fries. Not to shortly thereafter, I regretted my first (and definite last) time eating here. If you have a gluten allergy or Celiac Disease, I do not recommend this place. I always thought that this burger was as close as you could get to a perfect backyard burger cooked at a friend's BBQ who takes his burgers very seriously. I have never been disappointed... Wow, what happened here, it's been about 5 years since we last came to this particular fuddruckers, you can't get within 2 feet of the soda machine, it's stinks as if they used an old wet rag to clean the area, disgusting, how can the employees or the manager not smell it?? The place also needs a cleaning, the table behind us left before we sat down and their left overs is still there. When is the last time the health inspection came here? I agree with Eglys...I was excited when this place first opened...finally a good burger place in Hialeah. The place was packed with a great deal of waitresses here and there, but I guess like all things the hype dies after a while. My coworkers and I go here every so often for lunch to get out of the office atmosphere, but I feel like the last time we came here there was nothing specifically special to report about and nothing absolutely terrible to report about either. The blackened tilapia was tasteless, without hint of any blackening. It looks and tastes like fish baked with some cheap spice out of a jar thrown on top. My mashed potatoes were stone cold. When I asked the manager for a desert instead of the stone cold mashed I was served, he demanded I pay the extra 90 cents. By far the best burgers i have eaten. I usually get the steak and this place introduced to the heinz 57 sauce. One day a came here for a party and order the 1lb burger by accident and it was a challenge to eat. I literally had to share it with someone the hamburger was so darn big. Did not like it, took a very long time for food to be cooked only to receive a raw burger

I've ate at many fuddrucker but this one it's not in shape. As I ordered my buffer burger & grab my drink... There's no straw. I told the co-works no help. They even didn't go check at the back room (which was a mess) so I have a rule I give myself when I go to a restaurant which is look at there bath room. It was like walking into a portal potty. I was scared to even walk into the stalls because how bad it smell. Washing my hands didn't even help remove the stench off of me. read more

Well I've recently been going to fuddruckers a lot because my son works here. basically I've tried a lot of the food! The other night I gave Rashel one of the cashier a difficult order since I couldn't make up my mind. What I wanted. I really like the coleslaw. But I don't eat bread and I wanted chicken. So I order a rajun Cajun chicken platter with coleslaw and a Cesar salad. And then I add mushrooms and onions. And then I took away the onions. I definitely was undecided. Poor girl. But she got it. She was pleasantly through the whole order. Then of course I sat in Seth section and let him wait on me. Seth work ethics is outstanding. I was watching home attending other tables. And how he would ask the customer if they need anything. Another cup of soda or if they where done with their plates. Just anything. I love that he treats me like a client while am there too. This is ordinarily one of my favorite places to eat. It's the ONLY place I go when at Westland mall. But sadly its the LAST TIME i will do so.frist: why would they ask you how you want your burger cooked if they ALWAYS give it to you well done. Second: we ordered a oreo milkshake which was left on the counter, when we asked if it was ours we were told its for order 42. So why ask for my name? The cashier, who was new was polite enough, however didn't know that a BLT has tomatoes. And now the best part: I got the roasted portabella mushrooms on my burger, they were ICE COLD. How the f#&@ does the burger get over cooked and the topping gets ICE COLD. And when our table number was picked up someone didn't tell this young lady that YOU DO NOT reach across diner's food. Wtf folks!?! Its like all the new hires were released on sunday and left to there own divises all day. They were hollering across the place to each other, I know it's Hialeah but please. And not a manager in sight. Well at least the restroom was clean. But I will be going to Pembroke Pines from now on. read more
