Spending hours trying to find the right company and meeting with several contractors who fit all your building criteria is very time-consuming. That is why your search stops here with Elevate Builders Hawaii. From the initial consultation with Yaniv to the final touches, the team was professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. The team was amazing and even worked through the recent storms, despite our property being partially flooded. Our upstairs kitchen was outdated and needed a complete makeover, and Elevate Builders accomplished the work with stunning before-and-after results. (See posted vids and pics) Working with Yaniv made this whole process effortless. I initially met Yaniv on one of my trips back home for a consultation. After meeting with Yaniv, there was no doubt that Elevate Builders would win the bid against the other companies. We liked his recommendations, the quote was within budget, and most importantly, Yaniv's kind and pleasant demeanor made him stand out. Yaniv helped us choose modern finishes that matched our vision, came shopping with us, and sent several links to finishes he recommended. In addition, the workmanship exceeded our expectations. After we had things situated, I flew back to San Francisco and communicated regularly between my brother (who lives in Honolulu) and Yaniv. He was very transparent throughout the entire process, which included changes to work orders, his honest opinions when choosing the materials, and he always kept me updated with the progress. The project was completed on time and within budget, making the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend Elevate Builders Hawaii for anyone looking to transform their home, kitchen, or any part of their home or business. FIVE STAR rating to Jeff, Keith and the crew at Hawaii Home Remodel!…read more I contacted HHR at the end of December to receive an estimate. Instantly, I heard back from Keith to schedule a home visit. In the first week of January, Keith came by to do a look through. He was very kind and professional. Keith emailed my estimate within several days. Our bathroom remodel was scheduled to take 14 days, but it was completed within 9 days, which was good for our family considering we only have one bathroom. From initial contact throughout the project Jeff, HHR Supervisor, kept open communication with me every day. He kept me afloat on what they found, what needed to be done, what my options were. Jeff and his team were very detailed and the level of work they did was beyond superb. I'd like to send my all my aloha and much mahalo to Keith, Jeff and their Hawaii Home Remodel crew for their expertise and hard work over the past 9 days. You brought our outdated bathroom up to 2026. My COASTAL MODERN bathroom dreams have come true! P.S. so, when's our next project??!?! : ) HIGHLY RECOMMEND Liz Martin & Family

William and the team at Ming Yang (MY) Construction are phenomenal!…read more Kitchen remodel, 5 Stars. They helped us step out of the 70s and into something so much more modern. From the first site visit to the final walkthrough, everything was seamless. William managed this project very well and guided us through this process with ease. At any point if we had questions he was quick to respond. The showroom they have is great and the experience of setting your preferences on design and materials is quite enjoyable. The only hiccup we encountered is that the supplier of the original tile that had been selected did not come in the size we needed and so it wouldn't have meshed well with the current tile in the living room. William helped us find a suitable alternative and we were able to pivot and are very pleased with the outcome. There were a couple of adjustments during the project but again related to the tile, we changed the direction of the placement which allows for us to replace the remaining tile in the house in the future if we decided to do so. William and team thinking ahead with our needs in mind really provided a sense of care. To top it all off, we wanted this build done ASAP and the team was able to complete the remodel in 8 days compared to their estimate of 10 - 14. We are extremely pleased with the work and so glad we went with a business right here in Kaneohe. Thank you William, Wen, and team! Don't think twice, book with MY Construction, couldn't be happier with the renovation they did on…read moremy condo!! My renovation consisted of a full kitchen & bathroom remodel, with tub to shower conversion. I contacted a few companies and received various quotes, some of which required me to travel to various showrooms to select materials which as a first time home renovator, seemed overwhelming. However, when I was contacted by William, he informed me he had previously done renovations in my building and was very familiar with how the management office worked, water shut off, elevator reservations, etc. MY Construction's showroom had all materials/samples in one place where I could put everything together and get a visual idea; he also had tons of photos of examples on his phone to show me. Can't say enough amazing things about William and his crew, not only did he keep me updated daily, but he also handled so many of the nuance tasks on his own, making sure I wasn't distracted at work or taking on any unnecessary stress during the project. (He even dealt with a cranky tenant who had been accidentally double booked by management for the elevator as well as installing all of the new appliances!) The communication couldn't have been better. On to the finished reno; it's truly everything I wanted and more! I am currently renting the apartment to a friend and he's had no issues with any leaks, appliance function, and he's also commented how stunning the renovation turned out! If you're thinking of a new home renovation, big or small, look no further, these guys will give you an incredible result while simultaneously keeping the project stress-free!!

The work scope included kitchen renovation and new cabinets, bathroom renovation and new cabinets, new shower, all new plumbing fixtures, new electrical, and upgrading of all closets. At the initial stages of the work, the project manager provided us with a detailed proposal and drawings for the rooms. He also worked with us prior to construction to specify cabinets, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, misc hardware, and paint colors. This effort at the beginning made the whole project go very smoothly. The field team members are very courteous, professional, punctual, and experts in their trades. They were knowledgeable regarding the work scope, and worked harmoniously and safely. They completed the work two weeks ahead of schedule, and were very careful with detail and cleanup, and were observant of our condo rules and regs. The project manager was very easy to work with on a couple changes that we requested. I am very pleased with the excellent finished results, and all members of the Pivottos team are a pleasure to work with. Found these folks from doing a quick Yelp search and decided to go with their services for a few reasons: 1. Even though they didn't have many reviews, the ones they did have were all extremely positive, which gave me the confidence to take a chance on them. 2. Got a quick response to my inquiry via Yelp. 3. Nick was the person I communicated with throughout most of the process -- from getting the initial quote, talking details, and coordinating/securing a time frame -- he was super easy to talk with and was prompt in responding. 4. They were able to accommodate us and fit us into their schedule, since we wanted to get the work done soon (like within a couple weeks). 5. Veteran owned and operated. Nick was very clear with the scope of work, detailing everything they'd be doing and outlining the cost breakdown, as communicated through the official quote he provided; all of it was straightforward and made logical sense, so it was really simple to understand. You get exactly what you pay for. A two-person crew (Paul and Scott) was assigned to our project, and they did an amazing job of plastering, smoothing out, and painting our ceilings! I was very impressed by the team's high-quality workmanship, professionalism, and work ethics. The job was completed in the allotted time, and they took great care in cleaning up the unit after they were all done. This was our first time hiring contractors on our own to do a "big" project (for them it was a small job lol!), and we are really happy and relieved that things went so smoothly. I never felt stressed whenever I was dealing with Nick or his team members; everyone was super cool and a joy to work with. From what Nick tells me, they typically take on larger projects, but that they try to squeeze in little jobs here and there if they're able to. They don't normally work weekends but made an exception for us, since one of their team members was willing to work through Saturday and Sunday. For that, I am truly grateful, as we're on a tight schedule to get the unit ready by a certain timeframe. Overall, a very positive experience! We'd consider them again for future repairs/renovations!

Leon was a joy to work with. He has excellent communication skills and apprised us of the status of the renovation on an almost daily basis. We did go over budget, but that was because of unforeseen issues (such as plumbing) that came up, and not because of anything that Leon did. I wholeheartedly recommend him for any home renovation job. You won't be disappointed.
