If you are looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, look no further. We had an absolutely incredible experience with this family-owned business. Not only did they come right to our house to handle an oil change and run a diagnostic on our car, but they went above and beyond with their customer service. The mechanic, Austin and the owner Roger explained exactly what he thought the issue was and suggested we bring it into the shop to get it properly sorted. You know that rare feeling when you just know someone is being completely honest with you? That was the immediate vibe we got. No pressure, no upselling, just genuine, transparent, and expert advice. It is so hard to find an honest mechanic these days, and finding a family business that treats you like family is a total game-changer. We highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them for all of our vehicles moving forward! read more

I brought my 2015 Honda in for service to replace the starter, transmission fluid and oil change. First of all, the prices are very fair and inexpensive, and they don't charge you anything without telling you about it first. They don't have payment plans of their own but you can do Affirm on your own through Apple Pay. The mechanic and owner, Roger, was very kind and thorough in explaining what he was doing and what he recommended next (but also wasn't pushy on other possible repairs like I've seen from other mechanics). I had many questions and he answered them with patience and helpfulness. He even invited me back to show me and explain what he did and some potential issues. I haven't had a mechanic do that before. Also, while I was back there, the garage was clean and appeared organized, which I appreciated. I felt the mechanic was trustworthy and honest about the work he was doing and its costs. Added bonus - the storefront is very clean and has couches to relax in while you wait. 100% coming back to this shop for future repairs! read more

FSL Mobile was recommended to me by a friend. I reached out to Nicole and she sent over an estimate for service promptly and answered my initial questions and follow-up questions. Roger did maintenance on two of our cars and made recommendations for future service. He did not try to sell us services that we don't need, which I really appreciate. He worked quickly and we were very pleased with our service. It was especially convenient since we could continue to work from home while our cars were being serviced. No time lost at work! Pricing was very reasonable and we won't hesitate to call them out again and recommend to our friends. Honesty, integrity and great service is what you can expect. read more

Rodger is punctual, honest, and takes the time to explain things to you. I reached out to FSL Mobile and they were able to get me in quickly. Rodger fixed the issue I was having and even took care of a couple other things in the same visit. A month later, I developed another issue and he came out quickly to check it out. Unfortunately, it's not something he can fix but he did give a couple recommendations and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend FSL. read more

FSL is amazing! My family has owned an auto shop my entire life and I've seen what honest and quality work looks like. Roger and his wife are an efficient team who care about their customers and getting them back on the road. I appreciate the complete diagnostic approach because I can fix little issues before they become larger problems. I've had little jobs and some bigger jobs and they beat other prices and they come to me! Can't get better than that. Thank you for always taking care of my vehicles like they're your own. read more

The owner Rodger was the tech that came out and was awesome. He was the 2nd mechanic out he spent a good couple hours diagnosing the car. While doing live testing his readings were everywhere. He could not pin point the problem. He gave me his best guess from the readings he was getting. He recommended another shop that he believed could help me with the issues. Very honest and very reasonably priced. The place he recommended was able to fix the issue and Rodger had the right guess on top of some other issues found. I would definitely recommend FSL if you are in need of a mobile mechanic. It took almost a month to get the issue resolved but thanks to Rodger it started going in the right direction. read more

Finally! A fantastic, honest & reliable mechanic that you can count on. I have an electrical service company myself, Was in an emergency desperate situation. Not only was my service truck down but, my wife's vehicle due to rodents getting up into the engine compartment & chewing on cables, etc. I called and made an appointment with the kind girl over the phone. I then received a text back that she explained my situation to the owner and that now he himself would be the one coming out sooner, literally the next day! In a world of me being now on the other side of a emergency situation, I so much appreciate and respect this company and recommend to all! Thank you so much... You guy's are it Thank you! Thank you! Rodger at FSL was recommended to us by employees at AutoZone after we had been in the store 6+ times over two days trying to fix our car on our own and having no luck. We were starting to panic that we were in over our heads and needed the car fixed ASAP. We already had called several other mobile mechanics that could not/would not come out for various reasons. We called and spoke with Nicole who was friendly and helpful. She coordinated with Rodger the mechanic and we were so relieved he was able to come to our house within a couple hours, on a Sunday afternoon even! Rodger did the work for a super reasonable price. He was very friendly and explained everything. We will definitely use Rodger again and recommend him to all! Thank you for saving us Rodger! read more

I was most impressed with how honest Rodger was! I initially called to get brakes and rotors done on my car. I was quoted by another mobile company and they had me buy all the parts they felt I needed (without physically checking my car) and they flaked on me. Rodger showed up on time and told me exactly what needed to be done which ended up saving me money. He ended up only doing the work on my car that was necessary. I appreciate his honesty and hard work. I would absolutely refer him to anyone he needs work done. Very honest and very quick. He did more than I expected as well! read more

Could not recommend Roger and FSL Mobile Auto Repair more. Almost immediate service and they do incredible work! I was struggling to find time to go sit at a mechanic for a while and with Roger he made himself available on my tight schedule on very little notice. Nothing but professional and even diagnosed an issue that I wasn't asking about and instead of charging for something he could have done he recommended me take the car in for warranty repair to save me money. Completely honest, fantastic work and a pleasure to work with. Do yourself a favor and give FSL Auto Repair a call! read more

Rodger at FSL is the man!!! Until now, for me personally its been hard to find an affordable, honest and reliable mobile repair guy. One that will actually show up. FSL wont let you down, or leave you hanging out to dry. It's nice to finally have a "go to" mechanic. If you find yourself in a pinch, hit him up. You wont be disappointed. read more

I honestly don't know what I did before discovering FSL Mobile Auto Repair. I had taken my car into the dealership for a routine oil change and 5000 mile checkup and left with a long list of things that needed to be taken care of sooner, rather than later. A neighbor recommended FSL and I gave them a call. Rodger came out and went over my car and told me what needed to be taken care of as soon as possible and what could wait until the next month, when I had a little more money. And not only that, but he saved me a bunch of money over what the dealership quoted me. And just to make it better - I didn't have to hassle with figuring out alternative transportation like I usually do when my car is in the shop. He came to ME! and I was still able to work from home without missing any time at all. I'm spoiled now and don't plan on using anyone other than FSL for my automotive needs from now on! I can't recommend them highly enough! read more
