But their duties were split; one seated new parties and waited table as well. Another, ours, admitted she had been pulled into the kitchen to assist in plating. As well, the kitchen must deal with takeout orders, which on a Saturday, are many. So the blame must be the management. The only solution should be to stay away- vote with our feet- go elsewhere, until management feels the loss of income and corrects the situation.
