Frutilandia is a Mexican dessert chain that has partnered with Thrifty to add ice cream to a bunch of their products. They've got a lot going on from Tostitos, Antojitos, fries, sandwiches, nachos, hot dogs, burgers, fruit salads, raspados, aguas frescas and a variety of fruti drinks. This is one of those places where they would probably benefit by having a smaller, focused, higher quality menu. I had their Strawberries with Cream with a scoop of pistachio ice cream and it was amazing. I tried out their nachos supreme and it was of average quality. Other than the employees taking a really long time to process my gift card, service was relatively straightforward. My order came out to around $25. read more

Came in on my lunch break to get a Sonoran hot dog, OMG one of the best Sonoran style hot dogs I have tried! I also got an obispo, was offered to choose from their list or make my own so I chose from the list. I got a Mesadonia, which is literally heaven sent, my god! Thank you to the cook in the back and the woman at the front of house who prepared my orders, I really loved everything and will be here probably every single day now RIP MY DIET! Also got the elote which was 10/10 read more

If you haven't stopped by Fruitilandia in Queen Creek yet, you're missing out on one of the best hidden gems in the area. The food is insanely fresh, packed with flavor, and served with the kind of care that makes you feel like family the moment you walk in. Every dish tastes like it was made with real pride -- vibrant fruit, perfect seasoning, and portions that actually leave you satisfied. And the customer service? Top‑tier. The staff is warm, fast, and genuinely happy to help. You can feel the good energy from the second you step through the door. Whether you're grabbing a quick snack, a refreshing drink, or a full meal, Fruitilandia delivers every single time. Queen Creek needed a spot like this, and they absolutely nailed it. And such a great atmosphere! Highly recommend -- this place deserves all the kudos!! read more

My boyfriend and I love coming here. The girls working are usually pretty nice and get the orders out quickly. I love the Fresas con Crema and the Tosti Camarón and my boyfriend likes the Mangonada. I totally recommend if you want a quick snack or a meal. The menu variety is pretty good and they have ice cream. I've seen families go in there and stay to eat real meals. It's cute, colorful, and clean. read more

Been here a handful of times and pretty much get the usual things which were the Strawberries n Creme, Banana Split, and any one of the Agua Fresca's. This time around we got Chopped Fresh Fruit, Sinful Fruit Salad Escamocha, and Carne Asada Fries. The Chopped Fresh Fruit($9.99) you have your choice of four fresh fruits for them to chop and put together in a container. We chose cucumbers, melon(cantaloupe), pineapple, and strawberries. The melons weren't really ripe and it was not as soft as should be. All the other fruits were just right. The Sinful Fruit Salad Escamoca($12.99 for the 32 oz) has mango, melon, strawberry, banana, sweet cream, granola, sweet coconut flakes. Now this is even better than the Strawberries n Cream! You have other ingredients other than the strawberries! I mean, who doesn't want more? The Carne Asada Fries(11.99) was not good. The carne asada itself was very salty. The cheese or lack there of was a fail. Definitely not ordering this again. Service was decent. You order at the counter and then they call out your order to pick up. In closing, I would say stick to the desserts here. Based on the asada fries, I sadly assume that the burger and hot dog they serve is not good either. Also for some reason, they have the heat on high here. It gets pretty hot in there. It was a nice day outside and was not cold at all. Yelp 2023 Review #18 911 overall read more

This was our first time at this Frutlandia and it started getting packed. The cashier was nice and the place was small and cozy. People ahead of us ordered a lot of food, so I expected a bit of a wait. The wait was so worth it! I had the Strawberry Cheesecake Raspado and it was amazingggg. I can't wait to try a few others! Not sure why the reviews for this place are so low, but they do give a lot of food for the prices. The restaurant was clean and I appreciated the Thrifty ice cream as well. So good. read more

Our whole family went out this weekend to Fruitlandia for the first time. We got the carne asada fries and a hamburger. The fries were crinkle cut and had plenty of seasoning. They were served with a spicy red hot sauce that brought out the flavor in the meat which was equally well seasoned and delicious. The burger reminded our daughter of a larger White Castle burger, so it didn't have a char broiled taste, but she enjoyed it, and she isn't a big burger fan. The staff was friendly. I'm not sure why, but the the guest Wi-Fi password didn't work so I couldn't do a check-in as I didn't have a cell connection in the area. The lobby area was nice. It kind of reminded me of an old school ice cream shop but coupled with Mexican food. The food all looked great, but the dessert shakes looked epic. We may just have to stop in there some time just for them. The lobby wasn't real large, but we managed to sit inside on a Saturday night. Advice to management: post the guest Wi-fi password so your guests don't have to ask, and if they ask, be sure to make sure it works. Also, good job on hiring friendly people and keeping the lobby looking clean. read more

Very yummy! Decent sizes, amazing flavor, affordable and fast service! They are bilingual as well! Dulce de leche obispó is AMAZING as well as fresas con crema and the Tostitos locos! The raspados here are good but the customer service could be a little better. It was a busy day when I showed up so maybe the staff were worn out. Great place with great tasting treats. My kids love to go and get the shackles with churro in it.

Food was overpriced and tasted bland. We ordered a variety of different foods and desserts, but we were not pleased.

Their corn in a cup is AMAZING!!! Wish there selection was a bit bigger but overall clean and delicious.

Finally decided to try this place. Didn't know what to expect. Menu was different. They had a lot to choose from. We were boring and just chose ice cream. But maybe next time we will be a bit more adventurous and try one of their fruit creations. Staff was very helpful explaining everything to us. Store was clean and cheerful with all the bright colors. read more

I forgot the name of the drink I got. It was Chamango or a Mangonada. But it was AMAZING! I would definitely go back here! I want to try the fruit next. I do wish they had a smaller size than this because I wasn't able to finish it but it's definitely a must try! My mom got an escamocha and loved it too! The girl that helped us wasn't that outgoing but at least made our drinks good. They sell Thrifty ice cream also which I'm excited about because that's what I grew up on. It is in an odd location and the plaza seemed dead when we went on a Saturday. But overall, it was good & I definitely would go back! read more

If you're looking for a place to satisfy all your Mexican snack cravings, this is the place! They have everything from mangonadas to fresas con crema. I ordered the fruta picada that's let's you choose up to four different fruits and a side of lime. Then they have their own station where you can choose your toppings like chamoy or Tajín. I've also tried the fresas con crema which might be the best thing on the menu! The Sonoran hot dog was also really good. read more

I've been going to fruitlandia for a few years now, and usually it hardly disappoints. Today I went to the queen creek location because I was in the area. Walked in, the staff was great, not a lot of people. The quality has gone downhill. I usually order the "fresh" fruit combo. Where you get to pick your selection of fruit. I got jicama and mango. And then you add your toppings to your looking. The jicama was precut and dry, and then the mango was gooey and tasted like it had been in a can. Gross. I'll just have to make the drive to chandler to go another place because it wasn't worth the 9 plus dollars I spent. read more

You guys suck. We come in when there's no one and make a small simple order. Then we wait 25 minutes as the store fills up with customers and have to watch everyone get their order before we get o our turn in line again to ask about our order. Then you GM give us attitude like if it was our fault you messed up and don't even apologize. You proceed to throw shit around and half ass make our order. Then you call out our number, throw our order at us and walk away without a word. I've worked for reviews my whole career and know the importance of it. So here's a fuck you and have a nice day. Horrible service, bad food, and bitchy employees. read more

Favorite little hideout from the Arizona heat. I have tried Mango and Pineapple Raspados and they were fresh and delicious. We also had Fresas con Crema (Strawberries and sweet cream) that were yummy and now my sons fav. My husband had a Mexican hotdog and was disappointed to discover their lack of beans but other wise, good. Next time I'm planning on consuming some nachos and ceviche tostada.... I'll let you know how it goes. P.S. service was great! Very friendly and helpful. read more

Food was "ok" not very fresh, I got the nachos and the cheese was fine but the chips were stale. Their juices are pretty good and the raspados are good as well. Service was horrible... I mean bad.. real bad. Poor attitude, made me feel like she was in a hurry (even though we were the only customers) and was very rude about all my questions. I will NOT be returning here. read more

The first time we tried this place was about a year ago(when it was still under a different name)and ordered a chamoyada which was pretty good. The meat in the breakfast burrito wasn't very tasty. I really am so disappointed from this Queen Creek location. I have been going here for a while and bringing the family however this last visit will be officially my last time here. I ordered a Fruta Picada and asked for 4 items and unfortunately I only received 3. I did not realize this until I got in the car and it was just too late to turn around. I decided to call them so they can be aware and perhaps try to make up for their error. The person who answered was rude and basically stated there was nothing they can do. I didn't even get an apology or asked to come back so they can make my order complete. I got nothing. That's terrible customer service and not to mention the young man who took my ordered was so unwelcoming while taking the order. What happened to good customer service? I really like to support minority own businesses since I'm a POC but I guess this is just a business I will stay clear from. read more

Seriously just left and could not WAIT to write a review. We ate the Carne Asada Fries, Ceviche (amazing), and the Sonoran Hot Dog. It was tasty and definitely fresh. Again, I will say the ceviche was delicious! On to dessert, we did the Chamoyada, the Pina Coolada, the Oreo Monster, and a couple icecream cones. I am a huge chocolate person, so opting for the pina coolada was a big leap of faith, and it did not disappoint! Husband and children loved the Chamoyada, but I didn't ride that bandwagon Still a really popular choice with a kick in flavor. The service was pleasant and we really enjoyed ourselves. I have been following on Instagram for a while and have been wanting to try. Normally what I see isn't always what it looks like/turns out to be a let down. I WAS NOT let down at all! Definitely exceeded my expectations and I will make the drive out to QC again to try the list of menu items I want to try, and of course more ceviche. read more
