Let me first say, the Froyo was good, and the topping selection was great. I have never tried the drinks or coffee there. Unfortunately... I will not return to this location. It was FILTHY. Every surface was dusty, sticky, and had not been cleaned. We took our daughter for a quick treat and couldn't let her play with the kids toys because of how dirty it was. The customer service was really disappointing as well. We had to go behind the counter in order to get the attention of one of the workers that were distracted in the back room. She barely even came out long enough for us to pay and disappeared the rest of the time we were there. I'm not one to write reviews for places, but what really turned me off was the fish tank. I'm so glad I saw it on my way out... I have attached a picture so hopefully the owners or other patrons will take consideration. read more

The lady working here was very friendly and provided us with samples of boba as we've never had it before. I got a mocha blast with the regular boba and it was amazing! My daughter got a mango milk tea with peach poppers....also very good. Customers can sanitize and wear gloves while getting yogurt, which we skipped on this trip. I had a frozen dessert craving. It could have been ice cream, frozen yogurt or a slushie. I wanted something. Froyana was the first "sweet" shop I passed when I left my house. I looked at the frozen yogurt selections, nothing stood out so I ordered a Chai Tea. I'm so glad I did. It was delicious! First sip I wish I would have ordered a bigger size. Very tasty teas and drinks, the frozen yogurt is the same in my opinion as any other frozen yogurt (I'm an unfair judge though as I don't care much for FroYo but the wife and child like it and say it's a good Quality. I've never been somewhere with so many popping boba flavors before. And their flavored black teas are delicious. The smoothies are supposedly very delicious as well. They also have a stamp card system here. read more

I've lived in the area for about 2 years and have driven by so many times...finally stopped in the other night and was not disappointed! They charged me and my friend an extra $3.00 for eating one gummy and not wearing gloves when putting our toppings on they didn't tell us we had to put gloves on so we didn't know since its our first time here and one of the workers kept giving us looks and kept watching us as if we were gonna steal it but we were just waiting in line to pay for it read more

Would give less than one star if possible due to the rude behavior of your staff. Your employee was very rude, had a bad attitude, and yelled at my daughter and her friends who were all going to purchase items but decided not to after this rude behavior. Due to the rude nature of your employee your business missed out on several sales and possible repeat customers. This is not the way to grow or maintain your business. Also she did not fairly enforce the "rules" to everyone and just singled out one girl while totally disregarding a different group. There is a polite way to let your customers know what your policies are without being rude, derogatory, or nasty. Will not be visiting your "establishment" anytime soon. read more

Love this place! I grab my favorite Thai Tea with Boba drink here all the time! Me and my husband just came to this place to get a drink and because we were not going to pay for something they didn't HAVE we both get kicked out and told both of us not to come back here , they didn't wanna give us a refund ! So I typically don't write a review unless it's good because I feel that businesses should have the best shot possible especially family owned businesses. BUT... this place deserves a bad review. My daughters and I came to this place last night, my mom moved here and we are in from out of town. We came in right before closing on Friday night. The two employees working were trying to close and we promised we'd be fast. My daughters got frozen yogurt and I swear the scales are off we go for frozen yogurt a lot and I was shocked at the price! One employee made sure we knew they like to be out right when they close and they were closing in a few minutes. I asked for a milk tea and was told the drink station was closed. Ok so today (Saturday) I decide to go back in the the tea and thought maybe the bad experience was because they were almost closing. Nope! The girl today was even more rude. I asked what milk they use for the milk tea and she said creamer so I asked to see it because I'm thinking super high calorie creamer. She rolls her eyes at me and shows me, it just dry CoffeeMate creamer. Ok that's fine she makes the drink and there's chunks of the creamer in it?!?! I love this place. I visit San Tan Valley often, as my sister lives here, and I always make a point of stopping here to grab a pearl drink. I really enjoy their smoothies and slushees. Cantaloupe is my personal favorite. Brother in law really likes their Italian sodas. They have the traditional honey boba, as well as a ton of flavors in their "popping boba". Those are fun and different. I've never had their frozen yogurt, but it looks pretty good. They only ever have a couple machines up and running with flavors, so it doesn't seem like they have too much variety at any one given time. I'm never going back to this place again. They are ripping people off. I ordered frozen yogurt for a family of 6. They said it will be $70.00 at the register. After I dropped my jaw and complained the cashier gave me a discount and charged me $60.00. They are absolutely too expensive when you consider you can feed a family of 6 dinners twice for the same amount as a self-serve frozen yogurt place. What an absolute joke! read more

Who loves boba? This guy does. Me the wife have come here a few times and it doesn't disappoint. They have such a wide variety different drinks to add the Boba goodness, it's awesome. The froyo is delicious and a great selection of toppings to choose from. We love this place and are happy that we live relatively close to this place. I miss boba from Tucson and I found this place I couldn't help the drive from Florence which isn't too far but it's amazing the taro milk with boba is awesome. Haven't tried the frozen yogurt but others have and it's great and the passion fruit green tea i awesome too and great prices!! read more

Place was dirty and cashier was just standing around and not cleaning. Yogurt also was completely melted before I even got halfway through it! Also tasted pretty bad and had a strange look to it. This is a great spot to stop by and relax. it has such vintage chairs and sofas for lounging. the lady is very nice owning up froyo, slushes and smoothies to Italian ice and coffee. reminds me of the '50s style old fashioned soda bars. she has a great boba machine and it even seals the drinks. it's very rare out here. I usually come for a newspaper and enjoy something chill to drink on Arizona sunny days. This place is perfect ke both kids and adults. I really enjoy coming here. read more

This place was dirty and had a disgusting fish tank in there that smelled up the whole place completely green and full of filth. They had toppings with bugs in them dirty tables and it was sweltering hot in there. There was nobody in the place and the employees were in the back just screwing around. Didn't care to listen to the complaint and said "then don't get yogurt". They shouldn't be able to have that fish filth where they are serving food! read more
