Baskin-Robbins - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Queen Creek, Arizona

Enjoyed our visit to Baskin Robbins on a hot day yesterday. The owner, Nikki was very friendly and served us our ice cream. The store was clean, the ice cream was delicious, and the scoops were generously portioned. On our way out we noticed the beautiful cakes that she and one of the employees, Monet, had decorated! They had the cutest little mini ice cream cakes for sale! We will be back!!! read more

Always a great choice for fresh ingredients - ice cream. Love the many choices and friendly service. Can't imagine leaving less than a 5 star. read more

Baskin Robbins is so close to me and I had never gone before. My son and his friend wanted ice cream so we met them over at Baskin Robbins in Queen Creek around 3:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. It wasn't too busy, a few people were in there. We didn't have to wait long at all. It's pretty straight to the point, nothing fancy or elegant, just ice cream. I was sad that they didn't have soft serve because that's my favorite. My son got two scoops. One of the mama's cookie, which is a brown sugar and cookie flavored vanilla ice cream and also the cookie monster, which is blue in color and also has chunks of cookie in it, with a cone on top. We wanted a waffle cone bowl but the guy working there told us they were soft and showed us. I'm glad he did because it did look pretty soggy. It was delicious. My friend got the cookies and cream and her daughter got cookies and cream and strawberry, two scoops. Altogether it was about $20. Not too bad. The portions are moderate. The ice cream tasted good. The place was clean, parking is ample in the parking lot, the whole experience was convenient. Prices were a little higher than expected, but not bad. Ice cream tasted good, ice cream is ice cream, right? I would go back and get a milkshake because those look great! You can also order cakes, sundaes, the usual suspects. All and all a pleasant experience. read more

After a late lunch at Oregano's, my coworker and I headed for dessert. I can't believe this location was tucked away, far from street view due to a restaurant next to it taking up all the signage space. The customer service we received was fantastic and this will be my go-to place moving forward. Please come and visit this place if you're looking to cool off from the AZ heat. It's warm, it's friendly, it's clean and they have a large variety of ice cream to choose from! A true hidden gem I will definitely be back! read more

I am more a fan of yogurt and gelato but I went here because we had a $25 gift card.. I ordered the Nutty coconut, My sons ordered the America's birthday cake and cotton candy. My granddaughter ordered the Wild and Reckless sherbet. She raved about how good it was. The restaurant seats were in poor repair with blue tape on the benches in the booths. That said, the restaurant was clean and otherwise functional. read more

Just visited and was helped by the sweetest girl working the counter. When checking out I attempted to tip her $5.00 through the kiosk and was given an error message, "maximum tip amount reached". This is atrocious and should be fixed if you care about your employees at all. It's giving selfish. read more

It's ice cream! Nice folks behind the counter and quick service. Nothing fancy love the baseball nut. Clean and well staffed. No waiting and of course great flavors to choose from. read more

I don't even know where to begin besides what the heck were you thinking Baskin Robins!? How did you let a cake looking like this leave your store!?? I wasn't expecting the cake to be perfect, but I also paid a decent amount of money for it not to be grotesque. That is the only word I can think of to describe how my nephews cake turned out. It looked like it was slapped together 3 minutes before our pick up time. This is not ok! The cake at a birthday party is one of the most important pieces! I ordered a monkey ice cream cake for my nephews birthday party this past weekend and was very disappointed. The cake looked nothing like a monkey and nothing like the online picture from which I ordered. We had no time to find another cake to serve at the party! I still can't believe I paid money for this cake! I won't be going back to this location EVER again! What a huge disappointment and so upsetting for my nephews birthday! read more

I had been visiting out of state and decided to come with my nieces to Baskin Robbins. Everyone loves ice cream, so why not? But upon looking around at this place, I could see why the reviews are so bad! This location is filthy! The floors are disgusting and there was HAIR wrapped around the sprinklers, how safe. I will insert a picture of it. An inspection must be done, this is disgusting. These poor employees were awfully nice to us, but they seemed unsatisfactory in their work. The owner needs to clean up their act! And clean up their store! I will not be coming in the next time I visit, nor will I recommend coming to dine in here. read more

Several months ago, my family stopped going here because one of the servers gave me a cup full of whipped cream when I ordered a sundae. Literally. No ice cream at all. He was the kind of kid no respectable business would ever hire. Fast forward to tonight, almost a year later, we decided to give this place a try again. They charge 5.99 for a two scoop sundae. I got home and had 1/4 of a cup of ice cream and mostly whipped cream again. I called and they told me this is their new policy.. two CHILD sized scoops go into the sundae's. For 5.99. I can get a packed pint for 7.49. So for $31 total because I tipped like a dummy without looking into the packed bag first, we will never come back. It's one thing to up-charge due to "inflation," it's another to take advantage of your customers and serve portions not big enough for even a two year old. read more

I visited this location on 6-14-22 and ordered a 1 scoop sundae. The young lady that was making is was in training (which was fine and she was doing a great job) she put a scoop and started to put hot fudge on it, when a lady that was sitting in the lobby (I am sure was the manager) went back there told her to get another cup and scoop a smaller scoop in it. I'm thinking the trainee scooped to big of a scoop. Then the manager threw the original scoop away. What a waste! She could of had a training moment without wasting the ice cream. I don't care about the scoop size my issue is wasting the ice cream. read more

Stopped in for ice cream after dinner. My husband was craving butter pecan. We get there and over half of the ice creams are melted. I mentioned to the server maybe she should close the lids, all of your ice cream is melting. She said no we're restocking, so we let the ice cream sit out so it's easier to scoop. My husband passed. I got pistachio, and we drove home. With in blocks my ice cream is melting down the side of the cone like it's 120 degrees out. This is the 2nd time they served us melted ice cream. If I wanted soft serve I'd go to DQ. Seats have tape all over.,,very ghetto...this business is very unprofessional, for our growing community Come on BR.,.seems like a health code thing. read more

I've loved Baskin Robbins my whole life. This particular location is closest to me but the ice cream is always extremely soft. They don't bring in many of the great classic flavors like Chocolate mouse, bananas foster... Staff is decent, not a ton of personality. I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Thankfully real ice cream has arrived in Queen Creek. We have had the yogurt jungle, but c'mon, that's like hankerin' for a big Thanksgiving turkey and having to settle for tofurkey. The store provides a wide selection - the traditional scooped ice cream, in addition to soft serve and the 31 Below shake. Very kid friendly with child size items, novelties like the baseball helmet sundae and the occassional free cone day. In honor of the upcoming football season, the flavor for September is Quarterback Crunch. I went with the oreo sundae and it was excellent ($4.99). Fairly standard operation as far as chains go, but I expect the store to do well in the limited selection Queen Creek area. read more

Three words: gold medal ribbon. The classic BR flavor- chocolate and french vanilla swirled with a soft caramel ribbon. So simple yet so good. Of course, this isn't the only flavor you can choose from. Ice cream, yogurt, and sherbet are also on tap. My daughter likes the cotton candy ice cream (ick) and my wife tends to go after a sundae of some sort. The options are endless here- mix ice creams, put it in a cone or waffle bowl, add some syrups or other toppings- customize your creation! Staff is young and always friendly. Store is clean and small. There are a few small tables inside to enjoy your treat. There's also 2-3 tables outside on the "patio" if the weather is nice. You can also invest in drink options here- a milkshake, hot chocolate, sodas- pick your poison. I did notice that BR is getting better at offering healthier treats. Sugar free, low fat, etc. Just nice to see them make an effort to offer alternatives to the million calorie ice creams! read more

This BR location is like a breath of fresh air. The two employees working were friendly & pleasant to make small talk with. The cafe was clean. (The booths need to be reupholster.) The ice cream was well stocked & ready to sever. I was able to sample, order & pay without feeling rushed. We have plenty of options for ice cream but we'll be coming back here. read more

I love BR, have been going for years. Took my kids down tonight to the Queen creek BR for ice cream and ordered double cookies & cream on a waffle cone. It was creamy (completely NOT frozen) what so ever. The teen working there said that's just the way it is so it's easier for them to scoop. LOL. After 3, 4 bites I took it back and the second employee said they were in the process of defrosting so all of their coolers were warmer than normal. LOL. So why charge customers full price for NON frozen ice cream? Was nasty, we tossed both cones in the garbage. Non edible in our opinion. Oh well. $12 down the drain - no biggie read more

Not stellar at all. The hot fudge wasn't hot and looked like it was just globs of burnt chocolate - and it sure tasted like it too. The seats in the booths are ripped and taped over. The outside chairs were covered in bird crap. This location sure could use some TLC. read more

Ice cream scoopers are kinda rude sometimes, but awesome ice cream. This is the franchise I would always go to as a kid so I love it for that, but my main reason for leaving this review is to get the owner to smack the crew into gear and stop being rude. read more

5 star review based mostly on experience. I realize it's a chain and may not be the most authentic home made ice cream but it tastes great. My 5 star comes from our experience. We got a craving as a family late last night and at 9:40 looked up hours and noticed they close at 10pm. We (family) jumped in car and raced over hoping to get a good reception. 10 mins before closing you never know what to expect. Closed doors? Grumpy employee cause he doesn't want to clean up again or is ready to leave. We walked in to smiling faces and they could not have been more helpful. Very impressed with the young girl. It tasted great as usual and had a fun late night sugar rush thanks to the great staff. read more

I think we caught this place on a off night because it isn't usually this bad but it is worth mentioning. They were out of napkins and gave us paper towels from behind the counter. We went in for an after dinner dessert for Father's day. The place wasn't busy at all. One guy was behind the counter, who seemingly rushed us through our order. But when we were leaving, there were two other girls who must've come out of the back. The place was filthy, floors were dirty, no napkins in the dispensers, dirty tables inside and out. You would think with three employees in a tiny joint like this, someone would tidy up a bit...we won't be returning to this location. read more

Husband and I went to get some ice cream here. Wasn't very impressed, no body said hello when we walked in. One of the girls was getting something dropped off to her and the guy was behind us, she totally ignored us and went with the guy after she was done with him she came to us and said hello and how could she help us. Husband wanted a cookie Sunday, well they didn't have enough chocolate chip cookies. So he got two different one not by choice. The place wasn't super clean. Ice cream was good big portions. However We went back a couple of days later same girl that helped us out last time we went in for the same thing because it was really good, but they didn't have any cookies and mist of been short on brownies. The portions for this time were super small. That was a let down. read more
