Family really wanted cookies so we just grabbed some at twisted sugar in the convenient location in the Queen Creek area we were at the time. We picked up a box with six cookies and everyone enjoyed. The attendant was helpful and prepared the box quickly. I didn't stay because it was just a pick up order but the box presentation was nice and most importantly the content of it were pretty great, the cookies. What a treat! read more

Came for the Harry potter inspired goodies & I was not disappointed, everything was soooo good! The chocolate milk was perfectly balanced u could taste the butterscotch & the chocolate at the same time, the cake was moist & not too sweet which i loved. Right next to Seven Brothers so the location is perfect for a complete meal between the 2 locations. I will come again and this time I will try one of their Dr Pepper mixed drinks. read more

The cookies were served cold and fresh tasting. The Oreo was perfectly coated in chilled confectioners sugar, the center had a glaze of chocolate that wasn't too goopy iykyk. The sprinkle cookie was absolutely devoured by my two year old, I got literally one bite! In that bite I could see why it was sweet, nice and chilled, the frosting was whipped to perfection and sweet, the cookie itself was soft and thick! I definitely needed some milk to go with it. My favorites were the PB Nutella, soft and sweet and like a cake and a Reese's cup had a baby Second favorite was the banana one, the banana topping was light and airy and combined with the whipped cream as it hit your mouth! Super delicious! Third favorite was the sugar doodle, I wish it had more cinnamon and maybe some whipped topping Now for the stinker *sorry* The sea salt caramel has great potential! The huge chunks of sea salt don't hit evenly while eating the cookie and I wish they used a pinch LESS! This cookie would improve 200% if they blended up the sea salt into the frosting and really let that salty and sweetness blend and hit simultaneously! read more

The service here is not the best. My husband and I came awhile back to get 2 cookies we waited 30 mins and we finally went up to them and somehow are order got cancelled. A little comparable to crumbl, but it's more affordable and has drinks you can make your own soda. That's always a hit for the kids.

There was 1 car in front of me and I sat in the drive thru for 11 minutes. I saw them hand out two drinks in 11 minutes. Service - need to improve. I walked into the place at 2:18 per the clock on the wall. There was one person in line, no people at the drive thru and three (maybe more in the back) people working. The one person in line got a box of cookies and left. I then waited 4 minutes while one person waited on cars at the drive thru, another person was filling drinks for someone, and another was walking around. Was it too much for someone to acknowledge me and say we will be with you shortly? Two people looked at me but no acknowledgment. I assumed they did not want my business and walked out. My boyfriend and I tried this place last week and got 4 cookies. We did the Reese's cup, s'mores, chocolate chip, and cookies and cream! I honestly find these to be even better than crumbl, wayyyy cheaper, great portion size, also checked and the calories are significantly better than crumbl so not feeling as guilty when having them. These cookies were honestly wonderful and we are excited to keep getting cookies from here! My favorite was peanut butter cup (because I love peanut butter) and I really enjoyed the original chocolate chip! The s'mores was really great too, and my boyfriend's favorite was the cookies and cream. Maybe the bad reviews were just a weird thing happening, but we had a great experience.
