This is the second one we have been too, disappointed in the atmosphere, dirty floors, fixtures, small storage to the left. We got the mini pancakes with Nutella, bananas, strawberrys and cookies and cream ice cream. Solid choice, go on Friday I think they are on special for $8.99! This was my second time visiting this establishment, and it seems to have gone a little more downhill from the last time I was here. Located in middle of a neighborhood, it can be a little tricky to find. Greeted upon entry, the 2 young gentlemen behind the counter were very sweet, helpful & patient as we were figuring out what to indulge in. Inside, the place is just overall filthy & could use a really good deep cleaning. All 3 tables were sticky, as were the floors, chairs & carpet. As a business, it's important to make a good first impression, & feel they should take this into consideration & make it a top priority, as it was pretty bad. Now to the goods: Elotè en vaso: corn in a cup topped off with mayo, lime, chilè, nacho cheese & hot Cheeto dust. I was shocked at how little flavor this dish had. It's not difficult to make a good tasting elotè so not sure what happened here. But needless to say, we didn't finish it & ended up throwing it out. Portion size was great though. Fresas con crema: this was really good & tasted just like it should. Strawberries in a cup with condensed milk & other varieties of milk & cream cheese, topped off with granola is almost like a parfait. A perfect summer treat! Pink Agua Fresca: This drink was refreshing, but just okay. I'm not even sure what flavor it was, but it had diced up pieces of apples for a nice little touch. Overall, our experience was just okay, but the employees were so wonderful. They also have a second location in Mesa that I would love to consider visiting, despite our experience here, as I love to support small local businesses however I can. read more

I went for a quick paleta! I got the guava. It was yummy! I Love that there are so many options to choose from. I first heard about them on IG, didn't realize how close it would be to my work. The location is perfect. Paletas are less than $2 each. A great deal, I even have been going around the office sharing with my coworkers. Only one person working the counter. Was typically for the line. I like that they had a little play area for families living nearby. I will definitely be back for the tosticeviche and update my review then!!! read more

Stopped by for a quick snack when I was in the area. The paletas and mini pancakes were delicious, with the paleta being my favorite. It was very creamy. The corn was a big no and I would never recommend it. It had too much going on and the corn itself was gross. Customer service was ok. They guy who is currently working was making orders and saw me waiting. I was understanding and patiently waited to get assistance and for him to take my order. For a first time customer there is no wait line option or anything. It looks very disorganized and scattered around. Another girl walked up and made another order. She was already there with her family & kids and completely ignored me and proceeded to do her order. I walked out after waiting 15 minutes. I had seen this place on tiktok the past few months and had to give it a shot. Everything we ordered was guilty pleasure deliciousness! They also have more basic items if you're not looking for something as gluttonous as a maruchan drowned in nacho cheese plus the works. The service was great, the cashier was friendly and engaging. My only complaint is the price, for 2 agua frescas, mini pancakes, and the maruchan with elote came out to almost $50. read more

Amazing!!! This place has been in this location for years but my Son discovered it whereas, I'm just now hearing of it. It's located in the middle of a quiet neighborhood so the location is hidden but in a easy to find spot. The staff are so nice and friendly, with great recommendations for us first timers. I visited the location in Chandler yesterday and I was charged $.89 for using my debit card. I have visited this location many times before and I always use my debit card to pay. However, when I checked out yesterday the cashier tacked on the additional fee. There was no explanation. I have since researched transaction fees and I've found that it is legal for businesses to charge credit card transaction fees to customers but NOT legal when they use debit cards. Great raspados place! The place is off of Arizona Avenue in a residential neighborhood. You could drive right by it if you didn't know it was there. Worth searching out if you want a raspado though. Both times I've been, I had the strawberry raspado with vanilla ice cream and lechera. They use thrifty ice cream and the portion is huge. One of my favorite raspados. There has been a little inconsistency with the fresas con crema, though. First time, it was great. Fresh strawberries and the crema was thick, sweet and creamy. Second time the crema was very thin and soupy. Didn't have as much flavor. I'd definitely return for a raspado, but I would skip the fresas con crema next time. read more

The instagram posts make this place look good but in reality, this place is garbage. My wife and I went and ordered a strawberry raspado with vanilla ice cream and the strawberry's tasted really bad and some were rotten we threw it away... My wife also got corn with hot Cheetos and the Cheetos tasted stale a total of 20.30 to the trash. Dear owner please make sure your fruit is good before serving to customers. We would appreciate it if can get something else from your business to make up for the food we spent due to use having to throw it away due to food being rotten and stale.. Thank you. The business owners response is a joke for having me go back and spend my money on something else lol that's definitely not a great way to run a business or making a customer happy. Drove all the way here to find some elote to fulfill some late night munchies and was so disappointed! Environment- To begin with, Antojitos was located in a sketchy neighborhood that was not lit at all with some children still on their scooters in the dark. I thought surely my google maps led me to the wrong place because my end destination was some sort of convenience store, but lo and behold Antojitos was right next door. Service- There was only one worker who couldn't speak English, until one of the male teens in the store translated for me. I was the only customer in the store, and then there was the one worker and two other males teen/young adult who were just chilling there by the register. Food- Finally I get my elote-in-a-cup which looks nothing what I had expected it to. It was not fresh and resembled a pile of mush. I finally tried a bite and it is the worst thing I have ever tasted! Price- There was an extra charge for using my debit card too so about $5. read more

I have to say I'm very pleased with what I tried today. I ordered a Vanilla Raspado with Vanilla ice cream and a mangoneada. Both were so good and reasonably priced too! My bf had a guayaba raspado and his was even better! Big bonus is the Thrifty Ice Cream they use- I never thought I'd find it here in AZ since it's practically everywhere in Cali and by far, the best ice cream. I'm originally from LA so finding a [GOOD] raspado place out here has been difficult, but I'll definitely be returning here. Stopped in around 7:30 tonight with my son for our first time. Waited about 7 mins to be attended and acknowledged at the front register. There were 3 employees and about 4 customers sitting down eating. I ordered a tosticeviche and a elote in vaso con hot Cheetos. I had to remind the employee about the signage that it was Tuesday and the toaticeviche was $7.99 and she fixed it in her system. After that, I paid a total of about $17.XX. Waited about 5 mins and we got our items. My tosticeviche was correct however-- my sons elote was an elote cubrieto. When I told the employee she basically said no, you asked for an elote cubrieto and I said no, I wouldn't have asked for that we always get our elote en vaso because my son has braces-- there is no way. It was a quick conversation with no resolution-- so he ate what he could which was a complete waste because he can barely eat it. Needless to say, I don't think we'll be returning. read more

I also got an elote for my son and it was hard like the kernels felt as if the elote wasn't cooked long enough so that is my reasoning for a 4 start review. Before finding this place we had to drive all the way to phoenix and some times I would rather not go at all. Their menu is very varied. Since this was a delivery order I cannot speak to the dine in atmosphere or service, but the food was packaged really well and everything arrived intact and still fresh. Nothing was soggy and the portions held up well for delivery, which I always appreciate. The nachos were definitely the highlight and something I would absolutely order again. Next time I would actually love to stop in during the day and try it in person so we can explore more of the menu.
