I loved how all the flavors were labelled out so we didn't have to keep asking them what flavor it was compared to other la michoacana shops. Service was very fast and efficient. As soon as you walk in, you get a calm, soothing, and most importantly CLEAN atmosphere. Really appreciated that. They had many items on the menu, like paletas and ice cream, but I ordered the chamoyada. It was pretty good. Can definitely see myself coming back for that alone, but the ice creams looked delicious as well. And what made them even more appetizing???? THE PRICE! Only $2 for a small and $3 for a big! I can appreciate those prices, for sure. Not paying $5 for a scoop like you would at places like Coldstone. If your on the fence about going, I say go and support this business. read more

This place has been a staple dessert destination for my family since we moved to Mesa last year. We stop and stock up on the popsicles every time we're in the area. This place is great. To be fair I've lived in West Phoenix where most of the shops in the neighborhood have signs in Spanish, and this place has that feel. Small , clean , good selection. The person that gave my boyfriend (white guy) service was racist and extremely rude. He went in for some strawberry ice cream, was ignored for a while, once the person decided to finally tend to him my boyfriend ask for their biggest container of ice cream, the person didn't even responded just shook the cup at him to show him the size. He didn't even get what he asked for because the guy did not want to give him service. When he got home I asked him why he had gotten fresas con crema instead of the ice cream, he said that's what the guy gave him when he asked for the ice cream and he didn't really wanted to engage because of the aforementioned treatment he had gotten, so he didn't check. So yeah, what gross behavior from this place, will never go there again. read more
