Parking is shared with the mall parking lot; easy to find when it's not busy, but can be challenging to maneuver when it does get busy. Seems like there is just one entrance at the front to the store, where the line is set up from the door so it doesn't feel like there is much room, especially if you're ordering takeout and have to wait for your order. I like to order ahead with the Jollibee app since it offers rewards with a points system and also to limit social interactions. My order is usually ready by the time I arrive, so no complaints there. What's great about Jollibee fried chicken is that it's fried perfectly, even when it's not fresh. I'm not going to question the magic behind it, I will just say it tastes crispy and yummy and tastes great with rice or the gravy that it comes with. The portions are fair for the price. My pre-teen son likes their spicy chicken sandwich; for the "spice," it comes with Sriracha mayo and jalapeños but we usually exclude the jalapeños. The chicken tenders taste a bit mediocre and chewy for me, so probably won't order that again. When it comes to sides, the mashed potatoes and the spaghetti is good! The spaghetti is a bit on the sweeter side for me, but I like all the ingredients mixed into it. I can taste some meat (beef or sausage?) and cheese. I tried it for the first time yesterday and might order it again. I haven't tried the fries here since the pics don't look all that impressive to me.
