We ordered grande burrito, breakfast sandwich, cappuccino and iced americano. Food was SO good. Not greasy and easy for on the go for car ride. Eggs were cracked and freshly whipped. Egg was thin in breakfast sandwich but I thought it was delicious as it was freshly pressed with gooey American cheese. Bacon was crispy and thick cut. I got it on sourdough but they have other options such as bagels or English muffins. Coffee did not have any aftertaste. It was freshly made and has a delicious nutty taste. Nice little place. Very clean. The service was good. Food was prepared quickly. The problem was the food wasn't very good. Cobb salad, Cuban sandwich and grilled cheese. My grandson liked his grilled cheese, he ate it all. The Cuban sandwich was not very good. It was dry and kind of bland. Only 1/2 was eaten. The cob salad wasn't a cobb salad. The greens were fine, the bacon was nice and crispy, tomatoes were ok and the hard boiled egg was good. Everything else was not right. Cob salads have blue cheese, no blue cheese - it think it was goat cheese. Yuck! I chose ranch dressing figuring who can screw up ranch dressing. It was the worst I've ever had. Cobb salads are supposed to have chicken. There is chicken pictured on the online menu. No chicken on my salad. Guess we won't be going back to this place. Such a shame. read more

Tacoma's best kept secret. Want a small quaint warm and cleanest cafe coupled with the best breakfast burritos ( and other meals) in town? Unbelievably good. You can select in burrito the fresh veggies you want and meat type and no cheap potato filler either! And love the carefully made white chocolate mocha I have ordered each time is tasty and hot! The quality of the food and services here is low. I have been here several times had several different people make me coffee and none of it was good. It is overpriced for the microwave gas station level of food and drinks. When I got a definite bad mocha that tasted like the milk had gone bad they said they did not believe me and grudgingly gave me a crappy drip coffee to "make up for it" never going back here :( read more

This has gotta be the cutest cafe in Portland for cat lovers! I got some coffee and cake from there. And it didn't just taste good. It also looked incredibly cute! The ambiance is artsy. Plain curtains and lights around it add to the pleasant environment. The staff was friendly too. Accommodated of our orders although there was a minute left for closing. read more

I was in the area before a meeting and was running early, so I decided to find a coffee shop. Sofi's Corner was fairly close so I headed here. It's close to South Tacoma Way, but it's tucked away in a very weird location (by Ted Brown) so I assume not many people know they're here. The inside is small and cute. Clearly updated and recently renovated, but you can tell the building itself is old. The menu situation is a little all over the place which is a little overwhelming because I didn't know where to look for what. Up above is drink options, on the counter there's a flavors list, the food list is on the counter AND up above. I got the sausage breakfast sandwich and an iced lavender latte. The latte was good and so was the syrup they use. A little strong, so I'd probably get one less pump next time. The sandwich was decent but a little pricey at like $9 for how small it was. All in all it's a cute little coffee shop and I would return - they have a couple of larger tables which would be good for working remote. read more

Nice little chill spot for coffee and a little snack for lunch. The space is a little odd... looks like it's tacked on next to a clothing company. But it's obviously a mother-daughter hustle and I respect that. The coffee and lattes were good. It's quiet. We had a couple of grilled sandwiches with chips and they were just fine. This place is nice, cozy and welcoming even though it's a little small but perfect size for me. Family owned, they take pride in what they do and they make sure you are taken care of. I was headed to a popular bagel spot for breakfast, but, again, the line was down the block. So, as it was raining and I was hungry, I typed "bagels" into Google Maps and discovered Sofie's Corner. Y'all! Don't sleep in this spot! It's so perfect and the it's run by Droids, because the customer service is super human. I was so glad that I skipped out on standing in line and drove to this small café. We had the huge cookie, a bagel with bacon and provolone, coffee and water. I now feel like I'm part of an exclusive club, and I want to die here. Perfect for an early outing with a friend to discuss anything! The music has a range and I'm simply excited! Wow...they messed up almost everything on our order. Glad I checked at pick-up....what a joke! First, they didn't have my 2 coffees I had to ask for them...mind you they were $7 each lol. They forgot one of my fruit cups, they didn't warm up and add butter to my banana bread, (stated on my online order) did not provide the extra cream cheese for the bagels I paid for, did not put the chipotle sauce that I paid extra for on my sandwhich. She then made my 2 coffees hot instead of iced (again stated on my online order) she told me on her end it didn't say iced but when I showed her my online order...of course I was right. And then she remade them iced but made them both the same instead of one with soy and Carmel and the other with cream and vanilla..but at this point I was embarrassed for them so I didn't go back to ask which coffee was which. Terrible and expensive and real mediocre. Food is so basic and bland. No clue how they have a 4.6 start review...has to be fake.... Also the bathroom is down a dingy hallway up a stair case next to someone's office...odd. read more

Major disappointment in all four things ordered. Their $9.25 "egg" breakfast sandwich was the most pathetic thing I've ever paid for. I went back in and asked if the thin slice of overcooked egg and dry English muffin was normal and they said yes!! It was also missing the tomato and avocado I paid extra for. I asked for my money back but they couldn't refund me because the order was placed through Yelp electronically. What a joke! Also, the small slice of banana bread was burned, the burrito was cold with same awful egg and poor/cheap quality ham, and the latte was way too hot to be safe with milk burned. What a waste of 30 minutes of my life and $33 for this inexcusable mess. read more

We stopped in because it was convenient to where we were shopping and we are so glad we did! Big, warm smiles greeted and welcomed us to this simple and darling little spot. We ordered the breakfast burrito and a grilled cheese. They came pressed panini style and were very tasty! The grilled cheese came with a side salad that had tomatoes, cucumber, croutons, and spring mix. I was invited for lunch by a friend and was delighted to discover this place that was so close but tucked away on a side street that I wasn't aware of yet. I had the pesto turkey panini sandwich, and a mocha. They have great service, the place is very clean and nicely decorated and they also serve breakfast and baked goods, made in house as well as offer a full espresso menu.
