Corner location and parking immediately in front and plenty of parking or big rigs on adjoining street on south side.

Tacoma's best kept secret. Want a small quaint warm and cleanest cafe coupled with the best breakfast burritos ( and other meals) in town? Unbelievably good. You can select in burrito the fresh veggies you want and meat type and no cheap potato filler either! And love the carefully made white chocolate mocha I have ordered each time is tasty and hot! Service with polite 3 ladies there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]About 6-7 tables and fireplace setting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you want a nice place to talk with someone too treat them to your secret place: Sofi's Corner! Rarely would I give a 5 star but this place deserves 6! Go early too. 7 am (8 Saturday & Sunday), to 4 pm. Lunches are super too w many selections. 6450 Tacoma Mall Blvd, Tacoma, WA 98409 in same building as McCauslands fine men's clothing..

This place was great! I just stumbled upon it but they are extremely friendly! Great coffee and food options! I will definitely be back, I loved it and had no idea it was a great option for breakfast, lunch and coffee etc

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This has gotta be the cutest cafe in Portland for cat lovers![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got some coffee and cake from there. And it didn't just taste good. It also looked incredibly cute! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is artsy. Plain curtains and lights around it add to the pleasant environment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was friendly too. Accommodated of our orders although there was a minute left for closing.

I was in the area before a meeting and was running early, so I decided to find a coffee shop. Sofi's Corner was fairly close so I headed here. It's close to South Tacoma Way, but it's tucked away in a very weird location (by Ted Brown) so I assume not many people know they're here. The inside is small and cute. Clearly updated and recently renovated, but you can tell the building itself is old. The menu situation is a little all over the place which is a little overwhelming because I didn't know where to look for what. Up above is drink options, on the counter there's a flavors list, the food list is on the counter AND up above. I got the sausage breakfast sandwich and an iced lavender latte. The latte was good and so was the syrup they use. A little strong, so I'd probably get one less pump next time. The sandwich was decent but a little pricey at like $9 for how small it was. All in all it's a cute little coffee shop and I would return - they have a couple of larger tables which would be good for working remote.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is nice, cozy and welcoming even though it's a little small but perfect size for me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Family owned, they take pride in what they do and they make sure you are taken care of. Food was made fresh to order, I love how they toasted the breakfast bagel sandwich and breakfast burrito. Will definitely check out this place again and try something new.

I love this place! The food and coffee are always hot and delicious!! The staff is welcoming and so great! Whenever I'm in the area I stop by!!

Burned banana bread, small slice for $3.50

Major disappointment in all four things ordered. Their $9.25 "egg" breakfast sandwich was the most pathetic thing I've ever paid for. I went back in and asked if the thin slice of overcooked egg and dry English muffin was normal and they said yes!! It was also missing the tomato and avocado I paid extra for. I asked for my money back but they couldn't refund me because the order was placed through Yelp electronically. What a joke! Also, the small slice of banana bread was burned, the burrito was cold with same awful egg and poor/cheap quality ham, and the latte was way too hot to be safe with milk burned. What a waste of 30 minutes of my life and $33 for this inexcusable mess.

Stop in for coffee and breakfast Sammy or grab a sando and soda after lunch. Either way, this is a perfect multipurpose spot. Parking isn't bad, but it's a paid lot. Like $3.50 an hour which isn't bad at all. Long story long, I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and to get some homework done. I needed the free WiFi and I was not disappointed. The breakfast sandwiches are so good! Fresh cooked eggs and biscuits. The biscuits are so flaky and light and good!! The bottom is soft, but the tops have a crisp to them. I got the sausage egg and cheese. The egg was cooked perfectly, biscuit was superior to a lot of biscuits I've had in restaurants and the gochujang aioli on top was the perfect compliment!! It wasn't spicy, but still added so much flavor. I had a special soda made by Marisa with lime, mint, lychee and soda water. Very simple, but very satisfying and not overly sweet. The chairs are comfortable and there's ample seating. The booths have outlets at each table area which makes it super convenient for laptops and chargers. The crowd is mixed. Young and older people mill about. People were having meetings, chatting with friends and working just like me. It's not sketchy and felt totally safe. 10/10 recommend.

But good old street parking, mostly parallel parking or there may be a garage/lot near you, but usually have to pay $ for that. But anyways, back to the cafe. From what I gather, the cafe has/had a staff drink special menu that gets switched out ever so often. They do have the classic coffe drinks too oh, and if you're into matcha, that have that too. And if you want some baked goods or food, they have some option I can't remember what drinks I ordered though. Oops. But for the food, I got the pastrami and swiss and a pastry. The breakfast sandwich was okay. The pastry was good, but I can't recall what this is either. Goodness. But the staff was chill and welcoming. Its a cozy cafe. The spot has a few tables you can sit at too. They have a grab and go fridge and some swag section too.

We got a dirty chai and hot chocolate for drinks- hot chocolate was pretty but nothing special about it (spoiled by our hot chocolate at cadoon which had a hint of caramel and licorice which was crazy good and we are not even licorice fans!). I digress. The dirty chai was unique though and tasty. The stars for us was the food! We got the huevos rancheros and the savory egg sandwich. Both were delicious! Best HR we've ever had probably due to the crema and red sauce. Egg sandwich had unique flavors with the onion jam and the toasted roll was so perfect with the egg and arugula. Very well balanced. I usually never eat all the bread bc not worth the carbs but couldn't resist finishing this masterpiece. All the pastries were very good too! Just needed an option to warm up the orange cardamom morning bun to make it warm and crispy but the flavors were amazing. Also loved the brown butter blueberry muffin. Only disappointment was the ube ginger muffin wasnt fully cooked - tasted great for the parts that were. Wish we had one near us on east coast!

I'd even go as far to say that it's the best boba spot in the Tacoma area. They have smoothie, slushies, tea, milk tea, and etc. The drinks are quite filling, so I usually have no room for food! (Cost): $8.27 + tip (Location): The shop itself is on the smaller end, with a few tables inside for seating. It's located in a very busy shopping area-- a little bit down the street from Tacoma Mall. It gets insanely busy during the weekend, so plan your trip accordingly. The good thing is that there is a lot of parking. (Service): I have been here quite a bit and the employees have always been pleasant to interact with. I literally cannot recall a time where I had a bad experience, and the drink was made in less than 5 minutes. I don't know if it's ran by the same people, but I went to a Bobalust near Tukwila that also had excellent service. (Food): Summer Saas (5/5)-- a fruit tea drink with peach pieces in it. I also added in some black boba. I usually stick to the Orange Dreamsicle, but I decided to try something new and I am so glad that I did. This drink was amazing-- not too sweet but also not too tart. I will definitely order it again. Orange Dreamsicle (5/5)-- a smoothie type drink made with vanilla and orange. Also has fruity jelly pieces at the bottom. An excellent drink that reminds me of those old school orange cream soda floats made with ice cream.
