    Turkey Gobbler
    Adam S.

So, I woke up this morning craving a chicken salad sandwich. So, of course the first place I go is Yelp to find the place to satisfy my craving. Omg this place not only satisfied my craving, this truly has to be one of the best chicken salad sandwiches I've had. It's finely chopped chicken with the perfect amount of spice and mayo. My husband had the Turkey Gobbler which he says was the best sandwich ever. The atmosphere inside is small and quaint with some outdoor seating as well. So, when you wake up like me craving an amazing chicken salad sandwich or any type of sandwich you may crave, this is the place to go!

Atmosphere is great. - small town cafe vibe. Nostalgic:) Everything I ordered was freshly made. Tasted good. Price is reasonable! Please don't change that! Busy place-- Service is fine.

    Fircrest club!!

My favourite thing to get is the Fircrest club absolutely BOMB! Amazing service! I got my food so quick and they make delicious coffee !! This is a family owned café and I love supporting small businesses come and check it out!(:

I absolutely love this coffee stand. I have been going here for a few years now. Missy is always so welcoming, the girls do a great job with the drinks/food. If you're in the neighborhood and want a delicious drink...Head to this place!!! Highly recommend. Missy really did a great job with this shop. Will, most definitely be returning.

I've only been here once and usually wait to check out a place at least a few times before reviewing if possible. But this place blew my socks off. I have been driving by it for YEARS and have never been inside. How adorable. How welcoming. My sandwich on sourdough was absolutely delicious and I keep thinking about it and can't wait to go back. Would love to try some of their baked goods and one of their coffees. So glad we stopped in for an afternoon lunch while on a walk one sunny afternoon. Loved the decor, plenty to look at.. Service was excellent also.

I'm always looking for new coffee shops to try and since I moved here I always pass by and decided to give it a shot. Definitely worth it igot the iced white chocolate mocha! The holiday decorations outside are beautiful. Service is great also!

My fiancé ordered the Tuna Melt and loved it. I ordered the Fircrest Club and had no regrets, freakin' delicious! We also ordered coffees prior to the food and the coffees came out super quick, great service all around. The ambiance was comfy and cute. We love this spot

Half turkey garden with side pasta salad to go, no pickle included

I was looking for a quick place to grab food while I was in the area when this little place popped up. Decided to try it out, will definitely be back. The drive thru line only holds about 4 cars and was backed up to the street when I arrived. There are just a few parking spots but mostly grab and go customers so parking was not an issue this day. There are a few seats outside for dining and a small lobby inside to dine in. Service was ok. Cashier was nice enough but they are a busy little spot. She had to answer the phone as I was checking out, she took their good order while I just stood there. When she was fine with the call she was going to move on to the next customer but I had a question do had to interrupt, also was not given a receipt. Now the food. Ordered the have turkey garden, to go. Was a bit disappointed I guess to go ordered so jot get a pickle, or maybe you have to ask for one, either way no pickle was included. Also I did not notice any pesto on this sandwhich. But....it is delicious! Large and tasty. Sandwhiches come with a side. I chose pasta salad. Yum Also ordered a muffin and coffee cake. Total was a little over $17. Everything was tasty. Already planning a return trip to bring my kid who loves sandwiches.

Being on STW (that is short for South Tacoma Way), I think this location has huge potential for attracting non-locals compared to their 6th Ave location (already established local reputation with regulars), hopefully they staff up to create more flexibility because a lot of times they're backed up on orders especially early mornings due to several crowd rolling in from Howdy Bagel across the street, they're also a bit stoic when it comes to simple greetings. Cortado is one of my favorite coffee drinks but I will not order from this location, today I ordered it with almond milk (which, for cortado of less than 4oz, the portion of milk is not very much but I paid a kidney for it, its my fault) it was $6.07. The barista did provide a tip for next time if I'm looking for a more fuller 8oz drink, I can go for a Flat White. I visit both of their locations fairly regularly and do appreciate this STW location that is closer to me. Parking is on street and has never given any problem finding a spot nearby. Great offerings of seasonal coffee drinks, and I enjoy coming here very early before the crowd hits.

I got a muffin, donut, and turnover and the latte of the month. Looks like their specialty is coffee and mocktails. I believe they roast their own coffee. They have a pretty good size mocktail menu. They sell packaged NA RTDs, as well as alcohol free/removed wines and spirits, bitters, syrups, elderberry syrup, fired cider, honey, teas and more. The folks at the counter were friendly and welcoming. They also had some alcohol free/removed wines out for complimentary tasting. The one I tried was surprisingly delicious. Incredible roasts, great pourover, friendly staff, what's not to love?…read more Most recent visit to Outer Dark I got my first anaerobic pourover: the pink bourbon, very sweet and vivid. It was a very nice smooth cup, an excellent introduction to anaerobics, which I'd never tried before. I also got a couple different bags to take home. The In Bloom, which is the spring seasonal, impressed me by its consistency across multiple years, which is not always achievable in a seasonal. The subtle effervescent quality, the jasmine and honeysuckle, are just what I remember from last year. But the real reason I am writing this review is the Vivanco anaerobic, which I am drinking right now. I've done it as a v60 pourover (4:6, coffee nerds, with emphasis on the first two pours) and I think this is the best cup I've ever had. First, the aroma is *so cocoa nib adjacent* that if you blindfolded me I could have been convinced I was making brewing cocoa. And the first sip *tastes like* brewing cocoa, but then intense juicy cherry and orange zest come out, and then as it cools further I get the warm baked-good brownie notes. This coffee just goes *so well with itself*. Do yourself a favor and pick up a bag. Before I buy it all.
