    Red velvet cake

Looking forward to returning! I put in an ordered for a velvet cake (wifeys fav). I dont really like cake but this cake was delicious. She likes simple cakes no filling or extra stuff and sometimes simplicity is better. The place has many other goodies and a line of hungry and excited people. The decor was very cute, indoor and outdoor seats too. The artsy ladies behind the counter are hard workers. Keep up the great work

I heard a lot about this bakery from a friend, but I don't see what she sees. I ordered the sausage quiche and a gluten-free chocolate cake with strawberry frosting. The quiche didn't have a whole lot of flavor probably because there wasn't a lot of sausage in it. As for the chocolate cake, it wasn't half bad considering it was gluten-free. It probably was the first gluten-free item I've had that actually tasted good.

I stopped by Corina today for a quick bite to eat before seeing a movie at the Grand Theater next door. The Chicken Pesto Sandwich was very good. In fact, every thing I've tried here has been excellent. I also tried the big salted chocolate chip cookie which ha a generous amount of chocolate chips in it. It was, as I expected, excellent. We also enjoyed some wonderful quiche and my friend had some coffee which she said was the best she's ever had. The staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions too. I'm looking forward to returning and trying more goodies soon. There is a comfortable nice place place to enjoy those trats too with seating outside for those nice days. It kind of reminds me of some of those nice little eateries I like to visit in my travels through Europe. I just plain enjoy this place.

On top of the obvious - incredible bakery- I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of teas offered along with gf/df options. A friend I like to go with has a corn sensitivity and everyone behind the counter has always seemed very knowledgeable as to which items will be safe for my friend. Very appreciated and allows my friend to branch out a bit with her selections. The store is a bit drafty in the winter months, so bring a jacket.

Looking for the best bakery in Tacoma? Then check out Corina Bakery located on the corner of 6th Ave & Fawcett. It's the place to go for your sweet tooth. Some of my favs: orange chocolate muffin, slice of chocolate ganache peanut butter cake, lemon bar, and German chocolate cupcakes. So good!

We stayed at the Silver Cloud Hotel in Ruston & they had cookies from this bakery in their little convenient store. Tasted so good we had to go to the source the this morning!! Great location although parking is tricky. The aroma of sweet baking things as you walk up is enticing! The case was full of so many goodies!! Staff is super friendly!! There are so many great choices!! Settled on 2 more of those delicious soft chocolate chip cookies which you can grab off the table of prepackaged items or get it warm from the case!! Also got a lemon poppyseed muffin for my daughter, I got an orange chocolate muffin, my husband got an oatmeal raisin cookie and a German chocolate cupcake for the MIL. 100% worth a stop!!

    Ridiculously loaded cookies!

Had a chocolate croissant, and later some German Chocolate Cake. Both terrific. The croissant was big, poofy chewy inside & crackly perfect outside. The cake was as I remembered from years back. Cute place too, everyone very friendly. Only drawback is snapping up some parking. But: I have to go back now, because: COOKIES AND SERIOUS MUFFINS.

I had the vegan pot pie and it was so delicious. Full of flavor and warmed to perfection!

First stop after arriving at SEA this morning! The bakery is bright and clean and smells of all the delicious tasty treats. I wanted to order one of everything! They have sweet and savory muffins, burritos, croissants, and more. The blueberry muffin starts with an amazing hit of cinnamon and nutmeg. The orange and chocolate muffin is a little more moist, and absolutely delicious. We also had hot Matcha with oat milk, and an iced mocha latte. All of the staff were moving quickly to take care of all the customers, and still smiling and friendly. A few people were clearly regulars, and it's always nice to be recognized when you come into a place like this frequently. Can't wait to come back!

Allergy free heaven! I so appreciate the fact that allergens are so clearly marked. Not only that, everything I've ordered from here is delicious. They filled my son's smash cake order- allergy free and the price can't be beat. The ladies were so quick to answer any questions I had, too. Indoor and outdoor seating is offered.

Corina Bakery is a busy and popular place! Tacoma's Award Winning Bakery! No wonder. This cafe has a lot of different areas for you to sit and relax. They sell a delightful assortment of sweets, savories, and drinks. They specialize in wedding cakes, their own specialty cakes, pies, cheesecakes, cookies, bars, quiches, dietary options, etc. They have such a wide variety to choose from! We settled on the following items: "Chocolate Chip: This all-American classic is taken to the next level with Valrhona, dark and sweet semi sweet chocolates suspended throughout a buttery brown sugar base. Finished with a touch of sea salt. This cookie rivals any you've ever tried!" (5/5). Wow, I can see how this cookie boasts to take on any other cookie. "Real Pink Champagne Cake: A soft pink, effervescent champagne cake, finished with vanilla buttercream." (4/5). I liked it, especially the fluffiness of the cake. Strawberry Cake (3/5). I was looking forward to this and glad we tried it. But, the strawberry flavor wasn't there. Otherwise, it was a good cake to try. Lemon Bar (4/5). Equally sweet and tart. My wife wished she had gotten more. Butter Croissant (4/5). My wife loved this. Flakey and buttery, but not oily like others. Blueberry Muffin (4.5/5). Full of juicy blueberries and the muffin was soft, moist, and sweet.

Chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, cream cheese frosting!

They've done it again. Easy 100/10. Just perfection. My daughter's first birthday. Will be back annually for her cakes.

Best Carmel Macchiatos! The milk is so silky smooth and the carmel taste is there til the last sip. These macchiatos are made so well I come back time and time again. They are consistent here always made well. I am gluten free so I order a sausage egg and herb and cheese biscuit breakfast sandwich too. Yum. They have these massive Rice Krispie treats with white chocolate gummies and sprinkles throughout! They are such a sweet treat and gf. Great spot to grab and go or stay for a chat with a friend. Love it here.

Cannolis are mentioned in some reviews. Are these consistently available?

Does this businesd have sugar-free or low glycemic index (diabetic friendly) options?

Are there vegan options or gluten free options?

They have Gluten Vegan Soy free pastries! Just depends on what they have up front.

Hi, I'm just wondering if there are specific breakfast hours (quiche, breakfast sandwich)? Thanks!

I don't believe there are specific hours. They sell all their baked goods throughout the day, just depends on availability of the items. Hope that helps!

I used to visit the Sacramento location, so it was a nice surprise seeing one nearby. My review is mainly for the desserts since I still haven't tried the coffee yet (though I'm sure it's probably great too since they're known for their Yemeni coffee). The menu seems very similar to the Sacramento location, but I'm giving 4 stars because they don't carry the one dessert I've been seriously craving: Turkish delight! The Sacramento location has it and I was definitely hoping to grab some here but I didn't see any on display or on the menu :( The milk cakes were thankfully just as good and super consistent between locations. We ordered the pistachio milk cake and the caramel milk cake (different pricing, depending on flavor probably). Both were incredibly moist, flavorful, and just really delicious. If you've never tried the milk cakes here, I definitely recommend them. They taste high quality, for sure, and a perfect treat for a sweet tooth. I had my husband try one for the first time since he likes caramel, and he immediately said it tasted so fancy he felt like he should be sticking his pinky out while eating it lol. I told him it *is* around $10 a slice, after all. We stopped by on a weekday afternoon and the parking lot was busy and the café itself was packed, so it definitely seems like a popular spot. They also have a points rewards program you can sign up for with just your phone number. I'll definitely be back for sweets again.
