The owner had health events and issues that made it hard to remember orders if you called over the phone so if you didn't want a particular ingredient or were allergic to something it may have been in there anyway due to that detail being forgotten. It became frustrating for the owner to correct these mistakes. While the health issues were unfolding and prior food items that were previously available like the Korean Pancakes for example became scarce while paying a visit there and eventually not made at all because it was too much work.
