There's a good reason that this place is my first review. And trust me, I don't care what anyone else says. Frugals is the best tasting little burger shack ever. PLUS how cheap it is???? YOU CAN GET A LARGE FRY LARGE SHAKE AND A BURGER FOR LIKE $12. LOLLLL this place rocks. Has a special place in my heart for sure haha. My go to order is the crispy chicken sandwich with a fries. Literally blissful read more

I look forward to your monthly burger specials! Adding grilled pineapple would be great!

Frugals! It had been so long since I came to this location and I wasn't disappointed. Pros? Good pricing Fries delicious Moist burger with plenty of meat Lots of topping options Tasty milkshake Best fast food bacon around Cons? Buns get soggy very fast Hard to hear cause they don't have headsets Almost all toppings are add ons and it can be confusing cause some burgers have stuff on them already read more

For a drive through fast food stand they're ok, but they apply way too much sauce to the burgers. Also their milkshakes need more flavor. Overall they aren't so frugal anymore. Their prices have jacked up to match high priced burgers you'd find in big cities. This is Auburn and its FRUGALS... Come on. read more

My dog even gets the best customer service here. He LOVES the bacon. He knows when we go to Frugals. The best burgers in Auburn in the Valley. read more

I tried Frugals for the first time and was amazed by their friendly service as well as amazing Oreo shake! The lady who was cooking burgers also amazed my dog by cooking him bacon strips! We will be back for sure! read more

A little annoyed that they made a big deal about the regular frugal burger doesn't have cheese on it, just to get cheese on it. I've eaten frugals port angeles. Fries were awesome, and the burger was over all okay, just not a fan of cheese on my burger. Maybe it was just me getting on their nerves about it or something. read more

We were in the area doing some errands and decided to stop at any burger joint for lunch. Looked on Yelp and came across this place. Welll, we must've been so hungry we entered through the exit side An employee opened up the window and yelled "WRONG WAY!!" 49 shades hangry, 1 shade embarrassed- we went around and placed our orders. I got the bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños and a chocolate milkshake. Let me just say this louder for the people in the back- I DEVOURED EVERY BITE OF IT I've been to In-N-Out, Out & About, and Five Guys but none of them have truly been as satisfying as the burgers I just had from Frugal's. Go get some! read more

Really good, didn't even get a chance to take a picture....lol. Got the bacon double cheeseburger added jalapenos, large fries and a coke. SO GOOD. Will definitely return. read more

I really like this place. The burgers are great and they remind me of Pick-Quick Drive In but better. The ladies at the drive thru window we're cheerful and happy to be there. Love their energy. I'm definitely going back to try their milkshakes. read more

Really enjoy this place, great burgers, BLT's, good fries. Really can't complain, staff is friendly too.

Fries, Hot! Burger, The Bomb! Waiting time, hardly none at all. 1st time at Frugals. I recommend the double cheeseburger! Food is Fire!!

Good food, great prices, very nice service fries were a bit too greasy but ya know it's a burger place!

Good food in general. Sometimes it is better than others. Bacon cheeseburgers are delicious. Coke and fries.

Frugal's bacon cheeseburger! I have to say I'm never disappointed when we come here! So flavorful and they do put a lot of sauce but that's how I like it!!! And their fries are always crispy and taste fresh this is my FAVORITE burger place in all of Washington!!! read more

This hit the spot!!!! It was late, and was craving a bacon cheese burger. I didnt want Jack in the crack, so decided to finally try Frugals for the first time. First off, the prices were super cheap compare to fast food joints like Jacks and Mcds. Ordered Bacon cheese burger with Mint Oreo shake. The burger was juicy, greasy and sooooo good. Lol it reminded me of Dicks burgers but Frugals was way better. The shake and the fries was also good. They even give you fry sauce but i didnt get to try it since i was driving and eating my food. Dont knock it till you try it.. read more

The staff is cool and lively. Looking for a quick bite and craving a burger, this is a great spot. Cheeseburgers are made with real cheese so that's already a plus! My favorite is the double cheeseburger, you will not be disappointed! read more

The foods good. Fries were super salty and mot warm enough. The shakes not so much. I got so sick after eating here. Service was fine. Its a very popular place in Auburn. Lots of people love Frugals. Im just mot one of them. I wanted to like it. Went back a few months later to pick up for a friend and. Tried the burger again. To me its just ok. read more

Oooh my gosh! My fiancé and I were on a drive, it was late, we were grumpy, and all I wanted was a F***ing cheese burger!! Let me tell you, the woman who took my order out a smile on my face before we even got to the window!! We ended up ordering some fried cheese curds, a MUST HAVE, a cheeseburger and a double bacon cheese burger, and fries....obviously we filled our bellies, but these weren't just cheeseburgers, these were delicious, juicy, fresh veggies topped, quality, drive thru burgers!! Those cheese curds though, my mouth is watering just thinking about it! The service was incredible, I wish I could remember the woman's name who helped us, she was so sweet to our dog too!! We will be back to Frugal's anytime we are in the area! A+ Two thumbs up! Yummmy!!! read more

Great greasy burgers terrible lines. If that's what you're looking for it's good. Just be prepared to wait a LONG time.

Been going here for years. There fries are great and bacon cheeseburger (add jalapeños) is amazing. I've never had bad service until tonight. I told the guy I had a free fry promo from yelp. He said we don't have medium fries. I said yes I know so maybe it just means your regular fry. He said well we don't have medium fires but I'll just give it to you so I don't have to argue about it. I was being very nice to him the whole time, not arguing at all. Very rude service tonight. I hope I don't have to deal with his poor attitude next time. read more

So here's a question... Have you ever been driving, and your passenger DEMANDS burgers? Maybe you're the designated driver, or maybe you're a Lyft or Uber driver, or maybe you're in a Lyft or Uber, yourself, but a burger is NEEDED. And not a McDonalds burger with a super-sized order of SHAME... And not a Dick's burger with lines of drunk college students, and pan-handlers asking for handouts... Just a burger, but...WITHOUT the need to pass money or cards around to the driver, AND without you needing to get out of the car. FRUGALS IS YOUR PLACE! They're a drive-though, but have windows on BOTH SIDES of the building. This means that you can choose which side of the vehicle will be presented with the service (pay and grub-grab) window! Imagine you're driving your bratty teen home and they DEMAND a burger. Pull to the left side of FRUGALS, and after YOU order on the driver's side, the SNOTTY TEEN gets to pay HIM/HERSELF on the passenger side. And if they don't? THEY are the ones who get to explain to the employee as to why. :-D Oh yeah,... and their food.... As to food.... This place is AWESOME. Great burgers and shakes! Seriously, try the blackberry! NOMNESS! Or literally (have them) mix it up and get a blackberry strawberry chocolate! (Don't knock it until you try it.) Seriously though.... TRY IT! read more

This place is similar to Dick's - drive thru only- gotta eat your food asap. When I take the girl's out to Enumclaw - this is always the place that they want to get lunch at! They always order cheese burgers with grilled onions and fries with fry sauce. The burgers are to greasy for me - lots of times they will have a fish sandwich special and it's always good. We always get fries to eat in the car for the rest of the trip to Enumclaw. I think they are one of the few places in King County that hasn't switched to no trans fat - their fries still taste the same and are only good hot. We'll have to try the shakes after reading the last review. The prices are a little more than McDonalds but they are 10x better! So when you are headed to Muckelshoot, Enumclaw or Crystal Mountain - this is a great stop! read more

First: Terrible B.L.T . Hardly no lettuce (had yo take the sandwhich apart to find any lettuce) and the lettuce was shredded bag lettuce not leaf. Not fresh, no cold lettuce crunch. :( Tomatoe was fine, too much bacon! Call it a bacon sandwich. Just too much bacon. The bread was a hamburger bun, too much bread. Should have been toasted sliced bread for a proper BLT. Fast food, friendly service. The fries could use a quality update, small and cheap. Disappointing. The friendly service is the only reason this place gets a 2 star not a 1. read more

Frugals - BLT? just a pile of bacon and a hamburger bun. Barely any lettuce to be found. Not a consistant bite. Won't be back. - Fast Food Near Me - Auburn, Washington

Craving... a little nummy nums...? What is better than a drive-up window on a late night with yummy homemade shakes and a grilled cheese... FRUGALS! They take your pennies =D and give you a tastey treat! read more

Frugals is the best burger joint around. The cooks are fun and the food is great. My husband loves the bacon burger, I love the chicken, and my kids love the shakes. I love that the drive through window is open on both side so the passenger can order and pay if they want. There is eating inside, just order and go read more

Great place to stop on your way to Muckleshoot... or if you leave the casino with some change still left in your pocket (unlikely). Usually there's something I don't like about burger joints, if their burgers are good then the fries are crap... but Frugals is good all the way around. My family and I do Chocolate Shake runs every couple of weeks. The menu is simple, everythings good and it's pretty cheap. I LOVE the burgers. Pros: Good ole fashion grease dripping burger Great fries Good selection of milkshakes Fast and friendly... you can tell employees enjoy working there Great place to cheat on your diet! Cons: Drive thru only... (driving + eating a greasy burger = mess) lol lol lol read more

After reading these reviews, I must have caught them on a bad day. Easily one of the worst burgers I've ever had in my life. Dry, overcooked, tough and no flavor at all. Reminds me of high school lunch. Quik Pic is much better and they actually have tillamook cheddar as opposed to processed cheese food (aka American cheese). read more

The two stars are given for the taste of the food. The lack of the rest of the stars is for the customer service. After the person taking the order completely missed the first half of our order for 4 people, we drove up to the window (we could not hear him after telling him so and asking him to speak up). He repeated to us what the last 2 orders were, I told him the first two orders that he missed. When he gave us our orders he didn't give us one and told me I didn't tell him the last order. In the end we drove away with our orders but I have never had issues where I am looking directly at someone and speak my order to him and not have him take it. And then to tell me I didn't say it to him, that he repeated the order back to me (which he didn't) and that I was wrong is where the lack of stars comes from. read more

The foods great, just remember to verify your order before you leave. 50% of the time they get it wrong but when they get it right it's pretty legit. read more

The burger is pretty decent, and good size, so I would get one of those, but one thing i hate is they will charge you extra if you want tomatoes on a burger that doesnt have one, they also charge extra for their fry sauce, which I wouldn't get anyway, since I dont care much for their fries- their fries are bland and tasteless and in general cold. They do have a good selection of shakes, and always have a interesting flavor of the month, so if I get a drink here in general thats what I will get since they have Coke products and I dont like Coke. They only have a drive through, and its on both sides of the building- but if you go to the drive through on the left its kinda wonky, you have to give the cashier the money through your passenger window lol, and get the food from that window as well- so if you have issues bending over for any reason go to the drive through on the right. read more

Good food , fries and sauce everything there was a good thing like the cheese burger and the chick snadwich

A great fast burger. There are two sides of the drive through, although sometimes one half is closed on a slower day. I have been here several times and they are not consistent, but they are always good. Sometimes their lettuce is too wet and creates a very soggy burger, but who can fault them ‍ you can customize it to be however you like, although I don't believe they have any gluten free buns and when I asked for a lettuce wrap they said they only had shredded lettuce. read more

Normally I would always order a burger but I thought I'd try their Crispy Chicken Sandwich for a change. I was NOT disappointed and thought it was much better that all the other fast food joints that tout theirs....Thanks Frugals! read more

Yeah the cashier was super unfriendly and looked mad at me. I have to drop it to 2 stars for that. If the food wasn't so good it would be 1! Great burgers, love the deep fried cheese curds. The fry sauce is some of the best - buy an extea one, you'll be glad you did!

We love coming here to support a local business. Last night we we got our hangover burgers, fries and cheese curds they weren't up to par with the food we've gotten before. The fries were cold and tasted like grease(like the oil was too cold when fried) and the hangover burger bottoms buns were so greasy as well. We couldn't even finish them with the buns on. I was very disappointed with the food read more

An alternative to Herfy's with shoestring fries. Very efficient, but the burger suffers from the high volume. The shakes are good and the fries hot. Cheeseburger Breakdown (BOMC style): Bun - tasteless Burger - tasteless Cheese - orange, but no flavor Veggies - good lettuce and tomato read more
