Great greasy burgers terrible lines. If that's what you're looking for it's good. Just be prepared to wait a LONG time.

I tried Frugals for the first time and was amazed by their friendly service as well as amazing Oreo shake! The lady who was cooking burgers also amazed my dog by cooking him bacon strips! We will be back for sure! read more

A little annoyed that they made a big deal about the regular frugal burger doesn't have cheese on it, just to get cheese on it. I've eaten frugals port angeles. Fries were awesome, and the burger was over all okay, just not a fan of cheese on my burger. Maybe it was just me getting on their nerves about it or something. read more

We were in the area doing some errands and decided to stop at any burger joint for lunch. Looked on Yelp and came across this place. Welll, we must've been so hungry we entered through the exit side An employee opened up the window and yelled "WRONG WAY!!" 49 shades hangry, 1 shade embarrassed- we went around and placed our orders. I got the bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños and a chocolate milkshake. Let me just say this louder for the people in the back- I DEVOURED EVERY BITE OF IT I've been to In-N-Out, Out & About, and Five Guys but none of them have truly been as satisfying as the burgers I just had from Frugal's. This hit the spot!!!! It was late, and was craving a bacon cheese burger. I didnt want Jack in the crack, so decided to finally try Frugals for the first time. First off, the prices were super cheap compare to fast food joints like Jacks and Mcds. Ordered Bacon cheese burger with Mint Oreo shake. The burger was juicy, greasy and sooooo good. Lol it reminded me of Dicks burgers but Frugals was way better. The shake and the fries was also good. They even give you fry sauce but i didnt get to try it since i was driving and eating my food. Oooh my gosh! My fiancé and I were on a drive, it was late, we were grumpy, and all I wanted was a F***ing cheese burger!! Let me tell you, the woman who took my order out a smile on my face before we even got to the window!! We ended up ordering some fried cheese curds, a MUST HAVE, a cheeseburger and a double bacon cheese burger, and fries....obviously we filled our bellies, but these weren't just cheeseburgers, these were delicious, juicy, fresh veggies topped, quality, drive thru burgers!! Those cheese curds though, my mouth is watering just thinking about it! The service was incredible, I wish I could remember the woman's name who helped us, she was so sweet to our dog too!! Been going here for years. There fries are great and bacon cheeseburger (add jalapeños) is amazing. I've never had bad service until tonight. I told the guy I had a free fry promo from yelp. He said we don't have medium fries. I said yes I know so maybe it just means your regular fry. He said well we don't have medium fires but I'll just give it to you so I don't have to argue about it. I was being very nice to him the whole time, not arguing at all. Very rude service tonight. I hope I don't have to deal with his poor attitude next time. read more

First time here... Not a bad burger not a gourmet burger either. I added sauteed onions to a Frugal w/cheese. It was a tasty, drippy mess of a burger. Bit soggy on the bun and the sauteed onions could have been a bit more "sauteed" though not a deal breaker. Fry's were crispy not to greasy or salty and the fry sauce is pretty basic, just like I make. The chocolate shake was good tasted like it was made with that stuff in the brown can... My preference all the way. Service was quick and friendly at this location, just before lunch on a Wednesday. All in all I will go back and have another one and suggest you at least try it. read more

The two stars are given for the taste of the food. The lack of the rest of the stars is for the customer service. After the person taking the order completely missed the first half of our order for 4 people, we drove up to the window (we could not hear him after telling him so and asking him to speak up). He repeated to us what the last 2 orders were, I told him the first two orders that he missed. When he gave us our orders he didn't give us one and told me I didn't tell him the last order. In the end we drove away with our orders but I have never had issues where I am looking directly at someone and speak my order to him and not have him take it. And then to tell me I didn't say it to him, that he repeated the order back to me (which he didn't) and that I was wrong is where the lack of stars comes from. read more

After reading these reviews, I must have caught them on a bad day. Easily one of the worst burgers I've ever had in my life. Dry, overcooked, tough and no flavor at all. Reminds me of high school lunch. Quik Pic is much better and they actually have tillamook cheddar as opposed to processed cheese food (aka American cheese). read more

A great fast burger. There are two sides of the drive through, although sometimes one half is closed on a slower day. I have been here several times and they are not consistent, but they are always good. Sometimes their lettuce is too wet and creates a very soggy burger, but who can fault them ‍ you can customize it to be however you like, although I don't believe they have any gluten free buns and when I asked for a lettuce wrap they said they only had shredded lettuce. read more

This place is simply the best drive through burger joint from Tacoma to Bellingham and I don't even drive that far. Beverly is the best as always and once again they delivered. This place is similar to Dick's - drive thru only- gotta eat your food asap. When I take the girl's out to Enumclaw - this is always the place that they want to get lunch at! They always order cheese burgers with grilled onions and fries with fry sauce. The burgers are to greasy for me - lots of times they will have a fish sandwich special and it's always good. We always get fries to eat in the car for the rest of the trip to Enumclaw. I think they are one of the few places in King County that hasn't switched to no trans fat - their fries still taste the same and are only good hot. We'll have to try the shakes after reading the last review. The prices are a little more than McDonalds but they are 10x better! So when you are headed to Muckelshoot, Enumclaw or Crystal Mountain - this is a great stop! read more

First: Terrible B.L.T . Hardly no lettuce (had yo take the sandwhich apart to find any lettuce) and the lettuce was shredded bag lettuce not leaf. Not fresh, no cold lettuce crunch. :( Tomatoe was fine, too much bacon! Call it a bacon sandwich. Just too much bacon. The bread was a hamburger bun, too much bread. Should have been toasted sliced bread for a proper BLT. Fast food, friendly service. The fries could use a quality update, small and cheap. Disappointing. We love coming here to support a local business. Last night we we got our hangover burgers, fries and cheese curds they weren't up to par with the food we've gotten before. First id like to say that customer service is not that great and neither is the food even though the comments say so. Upon reaching the window and paying for my order, the girl at the counter shoves the bag in my face and says here and i grabbed the bag and was opening it to check my order and she says rudely to me "everything is in there", i asked "really?" Which she replies "yes" im already feeling unpleasant from the bag being shoved in my face so i say thank you and leave. On my way home i open the bag and guess what, the fries were missing. Great place to stop on your way to Muckleshoot... or if you leave the casino with some change still left in your pocket (unlikely). Usually there's something I don't like about burger joints, if their burgers are good then the fries are crap... but Frugals is good all the way around. My family and I do Chocolate Shake runs every couple of weeks. The menu is simple, everythings good and it's pretty cheap. I LOVE the burgers. The burger is pretty decent, and good size, so I would get one of those, but one thing i hate is they will charge you extra if you want tomatoes on a burger that doesnt have one, they also charge extra for their fry sauce, which I wouldn't get anyway, since I dont care much for their fries- their fries are bland and tasteless and in general cold. They do have a good selection of shakes, and always have a interesting flavor of the month, so if I get a drink here in general thats what I will get since they have Coke products and I dont like Coke. They only have a drive through, and its on both sides of the building- but if you go to the drive through on the left its kinda wonky, you have to give the cashier the money through your passenger window lol, and get the food from that window as well- so if you have issues bending over for any reason go to the drive through on the right. read more

Come here if you want someone named John to make you feel stupid when you order a cheeseburger. The speaker at Frugals is broken and next to a busy and loud road so it's very hard to hear each other. On three occasions while ordering I gave my order and it was repeated back incorrectly. After I asked to clarify a fourth time if he had a regular burger or a cheeseburger on my order he proceeded to explain to me what the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger was in an extremely condescending and rude manner. After all of that they still overcharged us for what we originally asked for and forgot our drinks. There are plenty of other burger places you can go to in the area who treat you kindly. I get the same thing every time- the Bacon Cheeseburger! It's absolutely juicy and flavorful. The fries with fry sauce are good too, although the sauce is an extra charge. This is just a drive through so you order and get on to your next destination. Sometimes they are slow to take your order, but that doesn't get in the way of me coming there because the burgers are on point! It always tastes so fresh.
