I almost had my husband leave, the person at the window was kinda rude. My hubs mentioned to her it says on Yelp when you check in you get a free medium fry. She said "We don't use Yelp" Husband: "It's (Frugal's) listed on Yelp and says we get a free fry, are you not going to honor that, then?" Response: "We don't use Yelp and we only have small and large fries Husband: "Is that a difficult question?" Response: (making it obvious she was annoyed and was short) "Pull up to the window, please" Woman at window: "We don't use Yelp and we don't have medium fries" She could have been a lot nicer about it and I put a lot of emphasis on service (as someone who has worked in customer service also) SO they would've got more stars if their service was better.
