Bit soggy on the bun and the sauteed onions could have been a bit more "sauteed" though not a deal breaker. Fry's were crispy not to greasy or salty and the fry sauce is pretty basic, just like I make. The chocolate shake was good tasted like it was made with that stuff in the brown can... Called back to inquire about a refund called and spoke to Kennedy, who told me to call back in 30 minutes to talk to the manager Andy. Called Andy and he said he couldn't do anything about it and to call back the next day to talk to Shane the manager who could give me a refund over the phone. Just spoke to Shane on the phone who was incredibly unpleasant to talk to and he told me that they can't do refunds over the phone. Never coming back here. Waste of time and money. Response: "We don't use Yelp and we only have small and large fries Husband: "Is that a difficult question?" Response: (making it obvious she was annoyed and was short) "Pull up to the window, please" Woman at window: "We don't use Yelp and we don't have medium fries" She could have been a lot nicer about it and I put a lot of emphasis on service (as someone who has worked in customer service also) SO they would've got more stars if their service was better. The burgers really are quite good and the fries as well. Great portions and the price is right! FYI it's just a drive through so if you want to eat right away you have to park and eat in your car (which I personally don't mind).
